The environment is good, the hygiene is clean and the stay is very comfortable! I left a lot of clothes for the trip these days and washed them. There are clothes hangers for ventilation and drying! The standard room I stayed in has two beds, each of which is very wide and comfortable. The view outside the window is very open. It is very close to Tianmen Mountain and you can see the cable car! The boss is very nice and enthusiastic, and the cost-effectiveness is high! The overall stay feels very good! It is worth recommending!

Green oasis! Incredibly beautiful and relaxing surroundings and very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious and the Chinese restaurant served tasty dinners. I had three flight cancellations while I was there, and staff member Knight was incredibly helpful and responsive as my plans changed and changed again. I loved staying at the Harmona.

The hotel is located in the mountains, and it took a lot of twists and turns to get there. I like this very much, which fits the name of the secret place. The staff are very enthusiastic, and the service is also very proactive, giving necessary assistance. The hotel design took a lot of thought, but unfortunately, there is no basic maintenance in the later stage, the washbasin in the room is full of stains, the bathroom door cannot be closed, and there is a lot of garbage in the crevices of the bed frame, etc. The swimming pool has no circulation system, it can only be regarded as water storage The pool can't get into the water at all. So the price is too high, very disappointed.

Really nice hotel conveniently located near the railway station (not the high speed station though). It’s a 3min Didi from the Cableway to Tian men mountain, around 6-10 cny. It’s a 16-20min Didi from high speed station, around 18-30 cny. They upgraded our room for free and it was quite spacious and modern. Breakfast had several options, mostly Chinese and some pastries; it included a soup with noodles that is done on the spot. Staff was nice, able to answer all of our questions despite language barrier. There’s a washing machine and dryer free to use. The best part was the 2:00pm late check out which allowed us to spend our time without hurries in Tianmen mountain (be prepared for crowds). They also accepted to store our luggage for 3 nights while we go to Wuling. So a really nice option all around, no wonder it’s classified as one of the best hotels around the area in trip.com.
