What a fantastic stay! I really have to give this place a shout-out. Finding such an affordable hotel during the National Day holiday period was truly a rare gem. They even offer Mercedes-Benz business van pick-up and drop-off, with the owner himself driving! The thoughtful and attentive service started the moment we got in the car, instantly upgrading the whole experience. The owner and the charming front desk staff not only helped us plan our itinerary for Zhangjiajie and Tianmen Mountain based on our stay duration, but they also explained everything patiently and meticulously. They even marked out the routes sequentially on a hand-drawn map, and purchased tickets and transportation passes on our behalf. It felt like a personalized, one-stop service that saved us hassle, money, and time. The owner's wife was incredibly thoughtful too. Since it was the Mid-Autumn Festival, she prepared mooncakes for all the guests early on and even set up the rooftop terrace with cozy tea and seating areas, allowing guests to admire the moon while enjoying distant views of Tianmen Mountain at night. It was truly heartwarming! Because there were quite a few foreign guests, she even wore a Qipao, actively showcasing the elegance and grace of Chinese women – beautiful inside and out! Oh, and from their rooftop, you can also get a close-up view of planes taking off and landing, and enjoy beautiful sunsets. For anyone heading to Zhangjiajie, I highly recommend staying here – it's an incredible value!

No longer able to do to pickup and drop offs from Wulingyuan. - Georgeous reception area and stair case, hallways everything is tasteful - Slightly higher price point compared to other hotels in area, but well worth it for extra level of service - Noise and light levels are unavoidable given location in the city and rooms located on 2nd floor above street level. Perfect for a family trip, we'll definitely stay here again! After sifting through many options online, we chose this one and it was a fantastic pick – absolutely no regrets! First off, the apartment layout was a wonderful surprise! The duplex structure felt incredibly spacious the moment we walked in. The decor isn't that cheap, 'influencer-style' you often see; instead, it's very tasteful and chic, perfect for snapping great photos, and extremely comfortable to stay in. There was even a white cat with heterochromia at the door, but it scurried away before I could get a picture, haha! The owner, a lovely lady, is absolutely wonderful! She's incredibly genuine and responsive, always addressing our needs immediately. You can tell she truly prioritizes quality; everything, from the cabinets to the wall art, has been chosen with such care. The attention to detail here surpasses many chain hotels. The only minor thing was the absence of children's slippers and toothbrushes. When we mentioned it to the owner, she thanked us for the suggestion and said she'd be purchasing them soon, as she's gradually working to enhance the quality. She also encouraged us to voice any other needs we might have during our stay. The owner is genuinely incredibly friendly and open-minded! The room has a mini-fridge for cold drinks, which the kids absolutely loved. They even said their favorite things in the room were the fridge and the tent, insisting I take pictures, haha! The location is also quite unique. While it's surrounded by other buildings, this place hides a charming single-story courtyard. Sitting by the entrance in the evening, enjoying the breeze and sipping tea, was incredibly relaxing. We also heard they plan to expand, which sounds like it will make it even better! The owner mentioned she has five properties, and this is her largest. It's certainly spacious enough, with three queen-sized beds, easily accommodating six people. When we checked out, the owner even gave us a lovely parting gift – a box of berry tea, along with instructions on how to brew it. For a family trip, you absolutely can't go wrong with this place. We'd love to stay here again next time!
