"The location is great, near to many famous food places and shopping district. However, the hotel room is small, bathroom is small too. The room has a smell of mouldy air con, or clothes not dried with sun kind of smell that lingered for long. They don’t change bedsheets or blanket covers unless requested (we stayed five nights). And after night 3 I requested cos it was dirty. Ordering food and collection of Taobao parcels were easy. Service staff were friendly. So all they need is really a Reno I guess. Oh there is no drop off area for hotel so getting on cabs or didi was a bit difficult but doable."

"We stayed here for 3 nights while in Shanghai and enjoyed our time there. The location is excellent ( walk right out onto Nanjing Pedestrian street) The staff is welcoming and friendly. The hotel is clean and the room was spacious! Check in was a breeze. We opted for the family room and it had a separate living area and bedroom. It was super nice. We had a view of Nanjing Rd and heard zero noise from the bustling road below us. They provided complimentary tea and coffee in the room along with a mini fridge filled with various items ( drinks, beer, water and chocolates) They provided a safe, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, slippers and robes. It was my sons birthday they day we arrived and they sent a cake to our room:) I had mentioned that in the booking along with a request for a view. Both were obliged :) The breakfast was excellent with a ton of options ( both American and Asian cuisine) There is plenty of seating and great views! The concierge was fantastic! They arranged a riverboat cruise for us and an amazing massage for my mom and I. The spa was great and we had the most relaxing massage. The spa staff was fantastic and so friendly. They even took us in very last minute without issue. Though it is separate from the hotel- they gave a fantastic discount for being a guest there. Our stay was a 10/10 and I would stay here again!!"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient, close to public transportation and many attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and relaxing. I especially appreciated the cleanliness and the excellent service throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area."

"The front desk staff were really warm and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is super convenient. You can easily access People's Square Metro right outside, and Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street is just next door, making it perfect for dining and shopping. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit!"

"The hotel is in a very nice location near people’s square The metro station is across the street. The hotel is very luxurious with marble everywhere The concierge service was one of the best in Shanghai and helped me get reservations in multiple michelen guide restaurants last minute, and they are very gracious to provide an endless supply of bottled water. Check in and check out were very smooth with the aid of Judy and Jackie, who serve you to the absolute limit of their aurhority."

"I've stayed at this hotel multiple times, and unfortunately, on the day of my most recent stay, there was window cleaning service outside, so I had to keep the curtains closed the whole time. More importantly, the soundproofing is really poor. Or perhaps it was the noisy neighbors who left their door open; either way, I was surrounded by noise all night long, ugh! Another area that needs improvement is the hotel service. When I carelessly left some clothes in my room and called immediately, the front desk's service was quite inefficient. I didn't get a prompt reply, so I had to call again about 8 minutes later to inquire. Finally, they confirmed the forgotten items and agreed to mail them to me!"

"The hotel is conveniently located right next to Ruijin Hospital, just a 200-meter walk away. The entire place was spotless, even the corners were clean, making for a very pleasant stay. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and check-in was quick. The breakfast offered a good variety of dishes, tasted great, and was very reasonably priced – excellent value for money! Everything from transportation and accommodation to dining was hassle-free. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and will definitely choose this hotel again next time."

"We had an excellent stay at Youli Hotel. The location is very good as it is just few minutes away from everywhere we want to go in Shanghai. It is also very near to the Metro Station. Basically the location is 10 out 10! For muslims, u can easily walk to GuanGuanJi Halal Restaurant and Halal Hot Pot from the hotel. Below is also a Family Mart and across the stress there is Luckin. The staffs are also very helpful and courteous. I would like to applaud all of them for the excellent customer service. We can easily contacy them via WeChat for all our needs. Well done YouLi Hotel!! I will definitely come back to stay if am in Shanghai and will also recommend Youli Hotel to my friends!"
