please plan and schedule enough time for the tour of all "7 hells".due to lack of planning and schedule on our own trip planning, we only managed to reach at only 3plus in the afternoon and had only enough time to comfortably do 1 hell tour. the hell that we went had an area with free foot onsen. it was refreshing soaking our feet on the hot spring water. it is recommended at least 2-3 hrs to complete all 7 hells.

Although it is smaller than Yufuin, the sulfur effect is the best. It sells specialty sulfur and green tangerine liqueur liquor, especially sulfur is less than half the price of direct district. If you go, be sure to buy it.

Beppu Hot Spring Hell all walked down for about 2~3 hours. It is recommended that you can buy a set for more time to be more affordable, and the price is 2200yen. Sea hell, blood pool hell is more popular and good, some have foot soup to soak, it is worth a visit!
