Cebu's Fort San Petro was a military fortress left over from Spanish colonial period at that time. It has a history of more than 500 years. The castle is a typical Spanish-style building, although not tall, but very large. There are artillery on the castle at that time, all of which are antiquities of the time. The castle is now a park, in which birds and flowers are fragrant, the environment is very beautiful, is one of the must-come attractions.

this was an amazing experience and having a tour guide to explain the history behind the fortress made it worthwhile.

This fortress itself was very good. As of July 2022, it is open. Admission is 30 pesos. However, I went with a friend, and when I paid, I was told to pay all of them together. When I said that I wanted to pay separately, I was bitterly laughed with my eyes on other security guards ... It didn't feel good. But the fortress itself was very good. It was a holiday, but there were few people, so I was able to watch it slowly.

Fort San Pedro, I went out early, the tour bus has not come yet, there are three cats still sleeping in at the door, everyone can have a free tour guide when they come in, my young lady is super nice to explain the history of Cebu for me, I think I will go again! Because you made the trip even better!

Don’t go during noon, its very hot.. this place is a historical place in Cebu, in the middle of the city. Its a little bit crowded outside and not easy to find parking space.
