Located on the right bank of the Moscow River, the estate covers an area of 390 hectares, giving a picturesque view of the Russian River. In the 14th century, the manor of Carlomingskoia began to become a summer resort for Russian czars. In 1532, the church estate was built to celebrate the birth of a prince who might become a future tsar.
