When this building came for many years, it had not erected the stone monument of Jiang Weiguo's former residence. This time I stayed at Suzhou Nanyuan Hotel again. I didn't expect the room booked to be still in Nanzhilou. Now guests need to swipe their cards to enter. If they live in other buildings of the hotel, they can only make an appointment at the front desk. Every day, there are staff to lead a tour guide and visit several major attractions in the hotel, including this Nanzhi Building. It can be seen that it has been renovated and is much more beautiful, but the old house and facilities will always be a bit flawed and insufficient. After a little turn over the history, the original 1928 National Revolutionary Army Northern Expedition victory, in November Suzhou was built, the first mayor was Lu Quan, a third-phase graduate of Baoding Military Academy. The next year, Chang Kaishen built a private house here, and the second wife Yao Yecheng carried Jiang Weiguo to live in this building. At that time, Jiang Weiguo was only 13 or 4 years old, and Ms. Yao set up a Buddhist hall in the Shanqing Zen Temple opposite. So Jiang Weiguo spent his carefree teenage years in this building and garden. The halls on the first and second floors are displayed with many old photos. Chang Kaishen's father and son photos are particularly conspicuous, and other decorations are a combination of Chinese and Western, which makes people look a bit inexplicable. There seem to be not many guests living in this building. It is said that it has been used as a state guesthouse before. Liu Shaoqi and Margaret Thatcher and other politicians have lived in this building. Of course, it is not cheap to stay for one night now. On the downstairs side there is the entrance to the Linyi May 7th 1st Engineering Site, which is completely another style.

This is mainly a special historical relationship. First, it is the former residence of Jiang Weiguo, and second, the site of the "May 7th Project". The building itself is quite large, surrounded by ancient trees and rockery gardens. It looks very quiet.

当年是蒋氏住宅，现在南园宾馆里的一座客房楼。虽然历史建筑改造的旅馆有独特的风情感，但我宁肯选择住在新建的主楼里。晚上散步走到这里，想去参观一下，前台没有人，犹豫了一下还是走了进去，整个大厅空无一人，静得吓人。据说，屋内的陈设是根据蒋氏家族人的回忆复原的，印象很深的是有一个石刻棋盘的茶几桌，据说屋子的主人常在此对弈。匆匆从楼上看了一圈赶紧离开了。旁边有一座车库，停着林彪乘坐过的红旗车，这里曾经作为林彪在苏州的住宅，据说楼内有地道，由于没有开放，通往哪里不得而知。离开时遇到服务员，提起前台没人，他安慰我们说楼里非常安全，到处都有监控。其实旅馆管理很好，内心也相信很安全，但不知为什么总有种神秘的不安感。
