The Okinawa Prefectural Museum and Art Museum is located in the new district of Naha City, "Xinduxin". The architectural style of the entire museum is very modern, with white exterior walls and square grids, making people feel like a fortress. Here you can better understand the unique history and culture of Okinawa. The museum displays Okinawa's nature, history and culture from the two dimensions of "ocean" and "island". There are also five exhibition rooms of natural history, archaeology, art and crafts, folk customs and so on. The museum mainly displays works of art, photography, installations and other forms related to Okinawa. The exhibits are regularly updated according to different themes. There are also various enterprise exhibitions on the 2nd floor, which require separate tickets.
