In Japan, ramen noodles are national-level cuisine, in fact, ramen noodles in Japan are divided according to the origin, and the ramen noodles in different regions are very different from the ingredients. For example, Hokkaido's miso ramen is strong and mellow, Hakata ramen is a perfect combination of guinea bone soup and "fine noodles", and the base of the soup is a large flat curl noodles mixed with pig bones and small fish.
