Shade Winery Review

Wow, it’s beautiful inside! When you enter, you see a terrace area on their side, covered with plastic to keep out the wind (it gets colder when we’re there), and can be turned on in warm weather, as well as heaters. In your eyes, immediately turn to the beautiful grand piano on the left and the impressive horizontal bar ahead. They are also strewn around other tables and another outdoor seating area. The decoration is lovely, heavy wood bar, beautiful flooring and lighting is perfect. We sat at the bar and spent $10 for a cheap drink that included five wines, two white wines, two red wines and almond champagne. I don't drink white so they were good enough for me to replace two whites with two other reds. The wine was very good, the service was great, attentive and very knowledgeable about the wine and the area. My daughter and I both wanted to buy a bottle but we had already spent a budget at another winery.. We wish we hadn’t been, these wines were much better, but next time we know exactly what we want! Don’t be charmed by the appearance (to be fair, they did tell us that they were adding other content to the outside), absolutely don’t get in, you won’t be disappointed.
