The building itself is really impressive. However, I dont think Osaka skyline view worths it. You better visit it in daylight.

Don’t have to queue. Go straight to 39 floor and redeem the voucher at the service counter. I’ve reached there before 6pm and managed to capture sunset and night sky view. Great experience. Highly recommended.
