A beautiful garden. The Yuanmingyuan in the Mid-Autumn Festival coincides with the flower exhibition in Shangyuan. Yuanmingyuan has spent a lot of afternoon strolling through the subway station, which is also very close to the Great Summer Palace in North China, Qinghai Province. I was quite impressed by the water method and the maze. At that time, because of the time relationship, the labyrinth was no longer going to walk. The feeling was to follow everybody and then return to the original road, otherwise you would be afraid of not coming out. ~Dashui method can be said to be the earliest impression of Yuanmingyuan. It was always thought that Yuanmingyuan was just a big water method. Only after this visit did we realize that the garden was very big, not only Dashui method, but also the black swan in the garden felt very rare. Also, the model exhibition is a simulation of Yuanmingyuan. When you see the model, you feel very shocked. When you look at the model carefully, you feel that the model is very delicate. The whole garden has a great view and a great view to see.

Walking through the vast grounds, I was enchanted by the remnants of ancient buildings, serene lakes, and carefully landscaped gardens. The park's layout beautifully combines elements of Chinese and Western architectural influences, creating a unique and awe-inspiring atmosphere.

The Old Summer Palace, also known as Yuanmingyuan or Yuanmingyuan Park, originally called the Imperial Gardens and sometimes called the Winter Palace

Yuanmingyuan Park in Beijing is a tranquil oasis steeped in imperial history and natural beauty. Exploring its gardens and ruins offers a glimpse into China's rich cultural heritage and resilience.

Was lucky enough to go on a sunny day that was not crowded! Mid-morning is best, and it’s good to spend at least 2 hours here. Easy by ride share or subway/walk. There’s a lot of history, and the site is massive in terms of ruins and unkept landscape. Perfect April-September.

Particularly beautiful during wintertime to me. It’s cold, but less crowds and everywhere can be picture background. recommended

Gaze at the swans occupying these once meticulous man-made lakes and look upon the destruction wrought by Western imperialism. There's lots to be seen here if your imagination works well and sections of non reconstructed original buildings which bring history to life.
