What we liked best was the warm and thoughtful welcome—it felt like being welcomed into a family. Discreet and helpful ALL THE TIME! Professional and meticulous, they know how to organize customized tours based on the time you have and the kind of person you are. Absolutely seamless! Plus, they speak English—something that shouldn’t be underestimated, quite the opposite! Our room was on the fifth floor—spacious and bright. One suggestion we have to make it even better than it already is would be to update the mattresses. We were happy to have stayed here.

A hotel worth revisiting: The location is excellent and quiet, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. In particular, the front desk service was incredibly professional, thoughtful, and enthusiastic, almost anticipating our every need (they thoughtfully helped us purchase tickets, proactively upgraded our room, and recommended reliable and delicious restaurants... 100 points!)

We stayed at Sea of Clouds and had a truly wonderful experience. What impressed us most was the extraordinary kindness of the staff: always helpful, smiling, attentive, and ready to assist us whenever we needed anything. We felt genuinely welcomed and cared for in a very special way. The property itself is beautiful, completely surrounded by nature and perfectly integrated into the environment. The warm, natural wooden design creates a charming, relaxing, and authentic atmosphere. It is the kind of place where, as soon as you arrive, you immediately feel a sense of peace. The location is also very convenient, close to everything you need to explore the area, while still being quiet enough to relax away from the crowds. Waking up surrounded by greenery and tranquility is truly lovely. The rooms and common areas perfectly reflect the style of the property: welcoming, well cared for, and in harmony with nature. The only tiny thing missing for us Italians is coffee 🤣 but honestly, that is the only thing we could mention! Everything else about our stay was wonderful, and what we will remember most is the kindness of the people who work here. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for nature, peace, beauty, and truly special hospitality.

I love love this place. The hotel admin helped to book the park tix and planned the itinerary. I had to cancel the Grand Canyon and received a full refund. This hotel is located at a more quiet stretch of Wulingyuan. Unlike Pullman and Howard Jones their location is at the main street and more hectic. Manyuan room is spacious clean and mattresses are good. For those looking for halal options there are 2 restaurants nearby and amazingly there is also a halal fried chicken in the National Forest Park. Thanks to xiao xiao and xiao hai at Manyuan. ♥️♥️♥️

Before I got to the hotel I was speaking with Dai! She helped me book my ticket for all the parks with ease and convenience. Always available and quick to respond. Without her I wpuld be lost. Tickets were perfect snd helped me get theu the park without having to pay extra. This feature of the hotel is a deal breaker. Dai goes above and beyond.. The staff takes their time and helps everyone even though there is a language barrier to the best of their abilities. Even at breakfast everyone helps and no one says ”thats not my job” they all chip on to help! Zoran and his coworkers were especially friendly and helpful ..make sure I have everything I need in a quick amount of time. I wish I could stay longer, I truly enjoyed the staff and location.

I was super satisfied with my stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, and there wasn't any odor in the bathroom, which made me, a clean freak, extremely comfortable! Especially enjoying breakfast on the hotel balcony while admiring the surrounding beautiful scenery – it was so pleasant! There are tons of great restaurants nearby, making this hotel highly recommendable for both business travelers and vacationers. I'll definitely choose it again without hesitation next time!

Staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Wulingyuan met my expectations overall. The hotel environment is pleasant, with a spacious courtyard. It's a convenient distance from the Wulingyuan National Forest Park's main entrance, making it easy to get around by taxi. The rooms are clean, and the amenities are relatively new. The self-service laundry room with washers and dryers is very practical. The breakfast offers a good variety, and the staff are friendly. Check-in might take a few minutes, but the front desk staff provide excellent service 👍🏻. The hotel concierge can offer travel advice, and there's also a pool and fitness area. All in all, it's a reliable hotel near the Wulingyuan scenic area and well worth recommending!

For our family trip to Zhangjiajie, choosing this Four Points by Sheraton was absolutely the right decision! The hotel is incredibly close to the East Gate of the National Forest Park, making entry and exit super convenient. It was fantastic not having to trek long distances with the kids. The room was clean and spacious, and the environment was quiet. The breakfast spread was very rich with many flavor options, so even the little ones could find something they loved. Overall, the facilities are new, and the service is attentive. It was especially comfortable to rest here after a day of hiking in the mountains. This is definitely the top choice for families traveling with children to Zhangjiajie.

This guesthouse has a great location, not far from Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, within walking distance. The hotel also has its own swimming pool, and the breakfast is quite rich. Highly recommended.

Facilities: Everything was very new, and the bed was super comfortable—perfect for a good rest after a full day of hiking. They have their own large parking lot, which makes driving here very convenient. The breakfast had a great variety too. Location & Surroundings: It's about a 15-minute walk to the East Gate and just 10 minutes from the bus station, so getting around is incredibly convenient. Cleanliness: The room was cleaned daily and kept spotless.
