I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It has an excellent location, which made my trip around Shanghai very convenient. My room was comfortable and well kept, fully meeting my expectations. The best part was the amazing view from the window.l could see the Huangpu River, the Bund and the Oriental Pearl Tower clearly. Watching the beautiful city scenery was such a lovely experience every day. All the hotel staff provided great service with friendly attitudes.They were polite and ready to assist whenever I needed something. Everything went smoothly during my check-in and check-out. This hotel is a wonderful choice for visitors who want to admire Shanghai's iconic riverside landmarks. I would love to stay here again on my next visit to Shanghai and highly recommend it to other travellers.

I booked this hotel for its views. On the day of arrival, around 2 PM, the guest relations staff added me on WeChat to ask for my arrival time. I confirmed I'd be there between 5-6 PM. However, when I arrived at the hotel a little after 6 PM, the front desk stammered, saying the room wasn't ready. They even said I should have called ahead to confirm my arrival time, to which I replied that I had already communicated it via WeChat that afternoon. It's one thing for the room not to be ready, but when I suggested leaving my luggage with the concierge to be sent up once the room was ready, the concierge said they needed a request from the front desk first. I was truly baffled; the communication was so cumbersome. They pushed the problem onto the customer instead of ensuring internal colleagues had aligned information and processes. Finally, the room was ready after 7 PM, but my luggage still wasn't there. I had to go back to WeChat and ask the guest relations staff to chase it again before the concierge finally delivered it.

I was recommended this hotel because it doesn't stink of cigarette smoke like other hotels in China. The first room I moved into had no window and stunk of cigarettes. Including the towels. It's the hotel's responsibility to make sure guests understand some rooms have no windows; Write about the lack of windows on photos, figure it out. In the morning I changed rooms and the street facing room was smoke free. The breakfast was meh. The coffee maker kept running out of either water, or milk, or something else. Super annoying not getting coffee after waiting in line for it. Overall average experience. Staff spoke some English but mostly relied on phones. I know this is China but in Shanghai, at the Bund staff should be able to understand that the guest wants to change rooms.

Traveling with kids, this hotel, housed in an old building, is perfect for photos and incredibly convenient for sightseeing, with attractions all around. The Bund is just a short walk away. While the rooms are a bit small, they are fully equipped. The breakfast restaurant, though not large, offers a wide variety of delicious options, which is great! 👍🏻 The cleanliness was also excellent 👍🏻 and the staff were all very welcoming.

The Westin Bund Center is a five-star hotel with an excellent location. It's within walking distance of Yuyuan Garden Metro Station, Yuyuan Tourist Mart, the Bund waterfront promenade, and Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. The hotel is adjacent to the Bund Center, whose lotus-shaped roof acts like a crown for the hotel, giving it a grand and recognizable exterior. The lobby atrium is a design highlight, featuring a 26-meter-high glass ceiling and a glass 'sky escalator' connecting the first to fourth floors, seamlessly integrating natural light – it's absolutely beautiful. The Lobby Lounge, located in the atrium, is surrounded by palm trees and flowing water, evoking a Southeast Asian vibe. It subtly encourages visitors to pause, enjoy the scenery, chat, and sip tea – truly a delightful way to live. While the guest rooms aren't huge, their overall layout is well-planned and facilities are comprehensive. The Heavenly Bed is truly captivating; the soft, delicate, clean, and skin-friendly bedding enhances a deeply immersive dream. Three floor-to-ceiling windows offer panoramic city views – the more you stay, the more you'll love it! The Stage restaurant offers a bountiful buffet breakfast, with both Chinese and Western options. The omelets are shaped like egg dumplings and taste great, the croissants are quite good, the tofu pudding is delicious, and the latte coffee is also pleasant. We didn't get to try the Chinese restaurant as it was hosting a wedding banquet. The hotel also has a full range of fitness equipment and an indoor heated swimming pool. It's a truly joyful experience to relax and unwind here.

The store isn’t huge, but it enjoys a great location. The common area is fairly spacious, where you can have meals. The staff are very friendly. When my phone wasn’t working upon arrival, they told me where to buy a SIM card.

My stay at the Jinjiang Metropolo Hotel Classiq Shanghai Bund was excellent! The location is superb, within walking distance to the Bund and Nanjing Road. What truly stood out was the front desk service – the staff were enthusiastic and patient, check-in was efficient and professional, and they answered all my questions, even offering thoughtful tips for sightseeing. The room was clean and tidy, and the environment was quiet and comfortable. It truly has that classic hotel ambiance. Overall, the service was attentive and warm. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shanghai. Highly recommended!

Convenient Location & Attentive Service, Even on a Rainy Day The biggest advantage of this hotel is its excellent location, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and sightseeing. My stay coincided with rainy weather, and it was a bit damp both indoors and out. However, the room thoughtfully provided a dehumidifier, which significantly alleviated the discomfort – a huge plus! What truly impressed me was the front desk service – professional and enthusiastic. I needed to mail a package, and they proactively helped me take photos, pack it, and contact the courier. The entire process was seamless and incredibly heartwarming. Based on my current experience, both the facilities and service are quite good, with no obvious drawbacks. I highly recommend it to travelers who prioritize location and service.

This hotel is perfect for family trips to Lujiazui, Yu Garden, and the Bund area. It's a five-minute walk to the Bund, and two minutes to Yu Garden subway station, which is right next to Yu Garden Station on lines 10 and 14. Yu Garden itself is a 5-minute walk, and the Bund is an 8-10 minute walk. Getting to Lujiazui by taxi is very quick – following your route from yesterday, leaving at 5 PM to go to Shanghai Tower would be very smooth. There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making dining very convenient.
