Washington National Cathedral (Washington National Cathedral), officially known as St. Peter and St. Paul's Cathedral (Cathedral Church of St.Peter and St.Paul), is an Episcopal cathedral in the United States, which is actually not confined to a certain denomination. The tall church stands on a high hill, making it more majestic. The interior is decorated noblely but not luxuriously. There is a small courtyard outside the church. Martin Luther King Jr. preached here a week before his assassination. Sunday is free to visit. The National Cathedral is in the northwest suburbs of Washington and can be reached by bus. There is a bus stop near the "DuPont Circle" (Metro Red Line, DuPont Circle Station Dupont Circle Station). Massachusetts Ave & 20th St Bus station, take bus N2, N4, N6, get off at Massachusetts Ave & Wisconsin Ave. There are also bus stops of No. 31 and No. 33 near the church.
