Cining Palace is the essence of ancient Chinese palace architecture. It was built in the 15th year of Jiajing in the Ming Dynasty (1536), and the Ming Dynasty Cining Palace was the residence of the former emperor and concubine. The early and mid-Qing Dynasty was the flourishing period of Cining Palace.
