The biggest attraction here is the murals in the workhouse, many now considered masterpieces of the Mexican Art Center, which were made by the most famous Mexican mural painter of the time, Orrosko, and were definitely art treasures.

The Kavania Relief Home was built by the Spanish colonial government to relieve people in need. It is used to care for and shelter people who have difficulties in life, such as orphans, the elderly, the disabled, and people with chronic diseases. The relief facility is also famous for its harmony of interior and exterior space, simple design and scale. Now it is a very large museum, which is worth visiting.
