Jaffa Gate (Bab al-Khalil) Review

One of the eight gates of Jerusalem. Yafa Street outside Yafamen leads to Tel Aviv, Israel's largest port city on the Mediterranean coast. In ancient times, this road led to the port city of Yafa. It's easy to find.

Jaffamen is the entrance to the Jewish District of the old city. I used to sit at the gate and watch Jews come in and out. They wore black tuxedos, hats, braided hair and looked serious. Such scenes are invisible at other gates.
