National Mall Review

At both ends of the square are the Capitol and the Washington Monument. The surrounding circle is full of museums: the History Museum, the Natural History Museum, the Aboriginal Museum............ In the middle is a large pool, and the green space next to it is full of small squirrels. They are not afraid of people at all. They will ask tourists for food. There is a feeling of cartoon reproduction, there are helicopters passing around the super cute Washington Monument, very shocking

Located in the National Mall, the most visible natural number is the Washington Monument, built in honor of President Washington, 169 meters high, and the world's tallest stone building, no matter which direction in Washington, you can see the Washington Monument from a distance. In Washington, there are rules that no building can be higher than your monument in Washington, and this is the tallest building in Washington

The National Mall is an open national park in Washington, DC, the United States, which has many green spaces, stretching from the Lincoln Memorial to the Capitol, and is the preferred place for national celebrations and ceremonies in the United States. It is also an important venue for major demonstrations and civil rights speeches in American history. Nearby attractions include the Library of Congress and the U.S. Supreme Court building on the east side of the Capitol, the White House on the north side of the Washington Monument, the National Documents and Archives, the Old Post Office building in Washington, the National Theatre, Ford Theatre, Albert • Einstein Memorial Sculpture, National Postal Museum, Washington Federal Railway Station, Jefferson Memorial Hall, Roosevelt Memorial Hall, etc.

The National Mall has many landmarks, the White House on the north side of the Washington Monument, the Jefferson Memorial on the south side, the Capitol on the east side, the National Library, the Senate, the House of Representatives, and the National Museum of History, the National Museum of Natural History, the Roosevelt Memorial, Museums such as the Vietnam War, the Korean War Memorial Park, the National Aviation Museum. After a walk, I went to the next scenic spot.

The National Mall is located in the south of the White House, from the Lincoln Memorial to the west, to the Capitol to the east, and the Washington Monument to the center, with the reflection pool connecting the Washington Monument and the Lincoln Memorial. The National Mall also has museums such as the National Aerospace Museum, the National Gallery, the Natural History Museum.

The National Mall is large, and tourists like to see Capitol Hill, the White House, and the monument. But in fact, the green lawn in the park, the cherry blossoms in April, and the cute little squirrels that can be seen everywhere, this scene seems more worth seeing!

There’s always something to see and do in the capital of the United States of America. Exploring the National Mall alone can take a few days (and best of all, most of the museums are free). Then there’s the presidential memorials (Lincoln, Jefferson) and war memorials as well as the National Monument and government buildings (the Capitol). I have visited DC more times than I can remember growing up and still have so much left to see - if only I had the time!!!
