St Peter's Eastern Hill Anglican Church Review

St. Peter's Basilica, this church is one of the symbol churches of the Catholic Church. It is still very worth visiting. When we went there, there were several couples holding weddings here. It felt sacred and mysterious, especially great.

The eastern hills of St Peter began in the 1840s, when most buildings in Melbourne were not thought of. St Peters was a congregation of the High Church. It was involved in missionary work in Melboune. It is currently providing food packaging to young people who are poor due to the corona virus pandemic.

Just opposite St. Patrick's Church, the low-rise old complex. The night view of the nearby Yarra River is colorful and charming, but the two sides are full of high-end sky-high restaurants. The cheapest Chinese fried dumplings are 53 yuan and 6 yuan. I can't afford it. I went to buy a bowl of noodles and went back to the hotel to eat. Later, the jar broke and fell, completely abandoned the fine tradition of the hard and simple domesticity.

The interior of the church is beautifully decorated, and the ancient objects such as painted glass and paintings tell the history. The church itself is not particularly large, but history is the most interesting place in the church. Colleagues said the church music was famous, but I didn't catch up when I went. According to Melbourne colleagues, this church is the first church in Melbourne. The cornerstone of the church was set in about 1846, so it is a very historic building in Australia.
