I heard the recommendation of the locals and went to Yuanji Roast Goose. It was already more than 8 o'clock in the evening when I arrived, but I waited in line for a while before I could eat. There are no small tables in the store, all of them are large round tables, so three or four people are two tables. I ordered a few recommended dishes, and roast goose is a must for each table. The number of cooks on the plate of each dish is the first time I have seen it, and I feel very professional and great! Then the most impressive thing for me is that a roast goose that was given to us was very fat, very thick fat, accounting for more than two-thirds of the meat. Especially after the roast goose that we put on the table, the difference is simply cloudy. Looking at a roast goose that couldn't be eaten, I had to eat other dishes. Although the other dishes tasted good, I always felt a little regretful, but thinking about the peak season of this tourist city, as foreigners, we want to forget it. When I ate most of the checkout, a waiter passed by. We occasionally complained. Unexpectedly, the waiter changed us without saying anything. It explained that the goose was divided into two parts. The fat oil on the hind legs would always be thicker~ The service and taste of the store are really the same. Classy, let me be full of good feelings about the city of Guilin!
