Wide variety for breakfast. Location is walking distance to DongGuan Street. Services is excellent. Note: Traffic can be bad during peak hours. Journey to train station is ＜30mins. Strongly advise to leave hotel at least 1.5hrs in advance. We missed the train 😪 as the didi was stuck in traffic for ＞30mins. Hote manager was very nice, activated the staff to drive us but still not able to catch the train. Anyway, thanks to them for been so thoughtful, going extra miles to help

After our arrival around 1:45 a.m., the hotel staff at the front counter request us to register on the next day noon due to the registration processes for the passports and gave us a nice room with a good view on the 16th floor. Unfortunately, the guests (I think a couple) neighbouring to our room were arguing and crying whole deep night. We complained that we cannot sleep well for that night to the hotel staffs on the following day. They even did not respond anything special and asked us if we would like to move to another room. We said yes and then they started to show us available rooms on the 20th floor. In fact, the rooms they showed us to move were more expensive than we actually booked. We chose one room as in the photos and this room was really full of privacy and satisfactory. In short, I really appreciate the positive attitude by the hotel staffs and their good will for the visitors. Even after checked out, still contacted me for any inconveniences during our stay. I hope everyone had fun there. I recommend this hotel for service, cleaness and location. P.S. The lift is too crowded in the day time and need to be patient.

There are also three bars/restaurants on the main floor (42) with exceptional views and good prices, staff is extremely helpful. Zoe, in particular, made us feel like VIP guests during our stay! The most important, though, is the service. As a foreigner it can be fairly difficult to get virus test and results. The hotel took care of everything for me, all the way down to sending someone to pick up my paper report and sending us a picture via WeChat so we didn’t need to worry about virus protection compliance. Next time in Chongqing, we will go directly back to this hotel!
