We noticed on first morning after first nights stay on our credit card a charge for 253$, when I called the desk, I was treated as if I was lying, the clerk began asking if we had eaten steak and salmon, I said no we ate at Troys. We had two drinks at the bar, but we used our credit card, nothing charged to our room. She told me an investigation would be done.
Of course later she called back stating it was a server error.

Stayed here for the Dodgers game at Globe Life Park. It was last minute booking the hotel is in a pretty good location lots of restaurants around and the park only being like 1 mile from the hotel. Theirs a guy in their giving rides back and forth from there for a fee. The hotel is somewhat nice for the price but could be a little more cleaner IMO. I had money left out on the counter and other valuables that I didn’t have put in the safe bc I didn’t have time to throw it in there. I stayed there for 3 weeks feeling good! It nearby my working location and so many shops and restaurants around. The staff are nice and I love the room with kitchen, big fridge and stove. Not much choice for breakfast but taste good and have a funny waffle machine.
However, something still made me feeling sad. I understand that cos of COVID no more daily room service. But for the long stay and specially room with kitchen, I feel sad that every time I back to the room the room is not cleaned... I need to call reception to request for cleaning within working hour. That's still fine but in the last week, I requested for cleaning, and then I found room is cleaned but have a shoe mark on the bed cover!!!!!! Since I back to hotel at night I can't ask to change it... I need to tolerance for a night and ask to change it the next day. I sleep on the bed that have a shoe mark and the area is close to my face....
I may stay again for location reason and the kitchen, but I hope that I can see improvement on cleaning service.

The beds, pillows, and sheets were so comfortable. I had one of the best nights sleeps ever. The room was really clean and unique. Loved the design. The only thing was they didn't straighten up the room while we were out. They just changed the towels. I know some hotels do that now to save on cost but sometimes you like it when the cleaning fairies 🧚♀️ come and you come back to your beds made. To be honest...it didn't bother me. Hotel was great no noise room was clean Didn't smell like smoke they actually gave dove soap 🧼 so I was really amazed by that also they provided complimentary breakfast they served variety of things the food was fresh and hotel was clean also the hotel staff was nice polite made sure we enjoyed our stay The location the hotel is located really good if you have family with kids it's by the mall lots of food places so book hereFromHK$599

Older hotel with lots of noise in parking lot from other guess, good location for Cowboys and Texas Ranger games, Front desk changed my 2 bed room to single bed room once I checked in. NO Breakfast, just barely warm coffee. If you go through Trip for reservation, you can NOT get RED ROOF INN points!
