This villa truly exceeded my expectations! I was immediately struck by the high ceilings and pool table in the living room upon entering. The decor was a sophisticated and elegant white ensemble, and the natural light was superb.
The outdoor pool had crystal-clear water, was surrounded by lush greenery, and offered excellent privacy. Lying there to sunbathe was simply wonderful. The butler service was also exceptionally attentive; the entire experience was fantastic. I'll definitely choose this villa again next time!

Absolutely loved our stay at Nebuland Villa. Being right near Walking Street made evenings so fun, and there’s a 7-11 shop almost next door for any essentials. The villa itself was super clean and stylish, the white pool was a highlight, and the staff really go above and beyond. Felt genuinely safe with professional security. Highly recommended for anyone wanting luxury and convenience in Pattaya

This is absolutely the most comfortable villa I've ever stayed in in Pattaya. Although the surrounding area is a bit inconvenient, requiring transportation to get in and out, there are many popular tourist attractions nearby. Most importantly, the villa has complete facilities, making it perfect for a fun-filled getaway with friends. The host was incredibly attentive, responsive, and warmly friendly.

We went on a family vacation and chose to stay a bit away from Pattaya city. The villa's location was convenient for visiting tourist attractions like the tiger zoo and water park, though it is a bit farther from Pattaya city center. However, with car services like BOLT or Grab, the distance wasn't an issue for us. There's a supermarket (Lotus) within a 10-15 minute walk from the villa. The host was very responsive to any inquiries we had, and the place felt very secure with 24-hour security. I loved the villa's architecture and the décor, which showcased the owner's exquisite taste. For future improvement, I would suggest adding a toaster, small frying pan, and coffee maker.

Very new and quiet. The environment is beautiful and absolutely amazing. The swimming pool is very clean. The room is very large and much more spacious than the hotel room. The only drawback is that the location is a bit remote. If you are traveling with a group or a large number of people, you can consider customizing the first choice. You can have fun, barbecue, and play. It is not far from the bus station by taxi. The boss is Chinese and feels safe. The waiters and the gate guards are very enthusiastic.

The 6-bedroom villas are great and suitable for a large group of friends to live together
Each room has a bathroom. Two rooms have two large beds and can accommodate up to 16 people.
The host will also bring snacks/cup noodles and refill them every day 🥰🥰
The only downside is that the water pressure is not enough and the water in the bath is not hot enough. Everything else is perfect.

I live in Bangkok and am a frequent traveler to Pattaya. I stay at a lot of different hotels during my monthly trips. I had a friend visiting Pattaya from Australia and was staying here and highly recommended I stay here as well. I was not disappointed. The resort is stunning. The staff are extremely friendly. The location is perfect if like me you like to go to Walking Street. The room with pool view is big, and the balcony is large with a sofa for sitting. I can't recommend staying here enough. The only downside is that when you walk over the bridge to your room, you have to walk over the sewage stream. This is obviously out of the control of the resort, and does it's best to mask the sight and smell. This will now be my go to resort on my trips to Pattaya.FromVND 2,282,899

In Pattaya 🇹🇭, I've unearthed another amazing spa resort🌴. For just over 300 per person, you can relax in a resort hotel in the affluent area 👉 Garden Cliff Resort & Spa Pattaya. It boasts an endless infinity pool surrounded by lush greenery, a private beach 🏖️, and the best photo spot for the Sanctuary of Truth. You can also enjoy afternoon tea while watching the sunset 🌅 here. Every casual shot looks like a blockbuster Southeast Asian vacation photo! The rooms are super spacious with twin beds, perfect for families with kids who can push the beds together for extra space.
I highly recommend the hotel's 👉 Blue Dragon Cafe & Beach Pattaya. It's right next to the hotel's private beach 🏖️ and offers a fantastic view for photos with the Sanctuary of Truth, creating stunning pictures in minutes! Enjoy dining while watching the sunset; the atmosphere is absolutely incredible. The chef at this restaurant is a Michelin five-star chef who has long served the Thai royal family 🫅. Not only are the ingredients exquisite, but the taste is also super amazing 👍. We blindly ordered the Thai seafood pasta 🍝, Tom Yum Goong, and stir-fried squid with salted egg yolk curry 🦑 – my whole family, including seniors and children, loved it! And there's no minimum spend! Every weekend from 7 PM to 10 PM, there's a live band 🎸. Enjoying music while dining 🍽️ is just too pleasant!
The hotel is close to the Sanctuary of Truth, and there are 5 free shuttle buses daily to and from Terminal 21, getting you to the commercial area for shopping and dining in just 10 minutes! It couldn't be more convenient! Lying around the hotel during the day gives you a relaxed feeling of escaping the hustle and bustle. Ladies, this place is definitely a must-book!!!!

The hotel is beautiful, and the room is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff provide excellent service, and the location is stunning. The welcome drink was delicious, and the cocktails were great as well. The room was very comfortable with a soft bed, and the built-in bathroom didn’t feel too small.
Although the breakfast selection wasn’t very extensive, every dish was of great quality and very tasty — both Thai and fusion dishes, which can be ordered à la carte. Not sure why the big hype about this hotel especially for Koreans. The room is very tiny compared to other hotels and the way the room is displayed is very strange, particularly the shower. I just can’t understand why there is no electrical outlet near the sink for hair dryer. The hair dryer goes out after using it for a minute due to over heating. It's been a while since I returned home, but I still fondly recall our trip to Thailand and the Dusit Thani Hotel. I rarely saw this hotel promoted on Ctrip's homepage; I actually pulled up a map and searched for it. After seeing many positive reviews, I decided to book it. When I arrived, I genuinely felt it was excellent value for money! If you're coming to Pattaya, you HAVE to consider this hotel! It's much better than other 'influencer-hyped' or five-star hotels!
**Location:** Unbeatable. If you check the map, you'll see this hotel is situated on a prominent coastal point, right next to the beach (and I mean *on* the beach, not just across a road!). The retaining wall built around it also keeps it isolated from the beach's noise, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling public beach nearby (which can get very crowded, a crucial detail!).
**Environment:** Simply stunning! The lobby area features a massive indoor botanical garden. It's much larger than what appeared in user photos online; they even built a waterfall. You can enjoy breakfast right next to this garden. It's fantastic! The entire hotel is filled with lush greenery and beautifully manicured lawns, making it very pleasant to walk around. Additionally, the hotel has multiple pools, divided into two large areas, offering plenty of choices for kids to splash around. The views are incredible, with sea vistas everywhere, as shown in the photos.
**Breakfast:** A wide variety of options, including both Chinese and Western dishes.
**Service:** Staff were all smiles and helped with luggage throughout our stay.
The hotel environment is so superb that staying in and not going out at all would be perfectly fine. It was truly the most satisfying choice for our family on this trip!!FromVND 3,164,414

This hotel is a great. 2nd time booking this hotel and it never disappoints me. Location is right where you want to be. Near Terminal21 and Central mall, with amenities like 711 just opposite the hotel and the beach just beside.
Baht bus available both ways, massage parlours and bars are plentiful with just 5 minutes walking distance, as well as a night market just 2 minutes walk.

I would like to say , that ls one of the best Hotel in this place.
Family friendly and Huge surrounding , with a great atmosphere.
Only two little points i need to mention , the air-conditioning is sadly too loud and also the water games from the pool we could hear up to 15 Level. Not so nice when you like to spend some time on balcony.
Breakfast , great ! Service fantastic, rooms are great and clean.

I had a day's break in my stay. Upon checking in again, I was informed that my previous check-out hadn't been processed, which caused a slight delay. Despite that, it was just as good as my last visit. I was surprised to find they had a DJ playing at night. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Indoor parking is available with easy access up the building. The room was fully equipped and neatly organized, and the massive smart TV was a personal highlight—definitely a win in my book!
All the staff were friendly and attentive, providing warm, professional service throughout our short stay. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to spend much time at the hotel as we had to head back to Bangkok early.
We booked the Oceanfront room, which had a great view, but one drawback was the lack of privacy. The room was located right next to the pool, and families with young children started swimming early in the morning, creating quite a bit of noise. The glass doors didn’t block sound well, so if you’re looking for peace and quiet, I’d recommend choosing a different room type.

(-) As a lover of tea, a larger variety of teas would have been good and soy milk for lacoste intolerance.
(+) Quiet rooftop, pool, and sunbathing area, great if you want some fresh air in the morning and go for a swim - pool open 8am-10pm. Nice detailing with potted flowers and antique-looking lampposts.
(-) I would recommend re-painting the rooftop bar walls and adding some more decor to enhance the rest of the hotel's sophisticated feel.
