The hotel is very large. We stayed in a room on the first floor. The overall environment was relatively clean. However, when we first checked in, we found several hairs on the sink in the toilet. The room was dimly lit. The food in the restaurant was not tasty. During outdoor activities, we could see the staff cleaning all the time. This hotel is very suitable for bringing children to play various amusement facilities. It is far from the hotel's own beach and there are many people. You can either take a shuttle bus or walk there.

The hotel is very beautiful, showing off the beauty of the sunrise over the Red Sea. There are three swimming pools, which are large and comfortable. The food in the restaurant is of high quality, especially the buffet. I hate buffets, but this high-quality and extremely rich buffet can last for several days.

We couldn’t find any new orders no matter how we checked. We tried to contact Ctrip but couldn’t get in touch. It’s recommended that you pay it yourself or contact them at this late hour! This is the second time that Ctrip made a mistake in booking a hotel for me in the three days I came to Egypt! ! The first time was in Cairo. There was an order but no room! I told Ctrip to check the subsequent orders, but it made another mistake! I contacted a Ctrip specialist and it took me until midnight. I used my international long-distance specialist to talk to the manager for nearly an hour, and they asked me to pay the fee by credit card before I could check in! I found the elderly and children again. They were all asleep on the bench in the hotel lobby! They were cold and hungry. There was a free dinner that night, but the restaurant was closed. I almost cried. Ctrip treated a 70-year-old man and a 10-year-old child like this! This is how we feel displaced overseas during the Spring Festival! I complained to the backend, but it has not been resolved in seven days. Please give me an explanation. Why did the hotel have problems twice! Can Ctrip still be trusted?

I came to Egypt for a trip and found this hotel on Xiaohongshu. Although it was far away, I still booked it and stayed there. I can say that I was very satisfied. The hotel's service and details were very thoughtful, and the food was delicious.

This chedi is really not recommended! The air conditioner in the room jumps out sometimes. The bathroom design is extremely leaky and poorly planned. The shower room is extremely small and the water pressure is very low. Taking a bath is very uncomfortable. The housekeeping is also a mess. New dental kits and cotton swabs are not placed in the room. The twin room is obviously for two people. There is only one pair of slippers and I don't know what it means. The public area of ​​the hotel is also very small. You can visit it in ten minutes. The service is not up to par. A hotel that costs almost 3,000 a night is really not worth it.

The room was so spacious, I was a solo traveler, but the room was big enough for 4 people. The room had its own walk in closet, and the bathroom was great. Shower space was huge, also had a spot to sit/ lie down whilst showering. There was also a nice balcony overseeing the resort. The rooms were cleaned everyday, I had a guy named Sabary cleaning my room, who is a top bloke, extremely hard working, and he could speak 4 languages (Arabic, English, Russian and German). He tried his absolute best to keep the rooms clean, and to ensure you were enjoying yourself. The food was great, there was a huge variety, the aqua park and pools were awesome. Everything about this resort was just brilliant.

Notre séjour c’est super bien passer, l’hôtel était incroyable, calme et propre, grande piscine bien entretenue, ménage fais tous les jours parfaitement , literie très très confortable. Super personnels très gentille et très arrangeant. Plage très propre très bien entretenue avec la marina pas loin pour manger. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Compared with other Egyptian hotels, it is much better. The room facilities are average, many of them are broken, and a puddle of yellow water appears when the tap is turned on. However, the overall style of the hotel is not bad, and the food is also good.

Incredible hotel with amazing views, service and food. We were given a free room upgrade. If you are a keen snorkeller I would recommend walking to the veranda opposite Tropitel as the coral reef there is incredible
