Villa is located close to the sea, so it is convenient to swim in the early morning. Villa is fully equipped with necessary equipment, beautiful furniture and quite luxurious in the old European style. The current location is still in a relatively remote area, far from entertainment and eating centers, so it is quite difficult to go to eat. If you drive a car, it's not very convenient to come, and if you call a car to pick you up, you have to wait a long time. The parking lot is located outside the sea area, but there is no shuttle to take guests from outside to the villa, have to walk, so it is also difficult for elderly and travel.

It was overall a great and super comfy stay ! Everything is amazing including the rooms, private pool & beach views where sun rise and sun set is truly amazing ! Only thing is that the caddy vehicle is not available to brings us to the main gate during check in or daily when we are going out and we need to walk like 5mins from the villa to the gate, not an issue daily but when checking in with many luggages can be tiring under scorched sun…

I had emailed the hotel in advance to arrange an airport pick-up, and as soon as I exited, I saw hotel staff waiting with a sign. The drive to the hotel only took about 10 minutes. Check-in was also very smooth and quick. The next morning, I had breakfast; the area wasn't large, but the selection was quite rich and featured Vietnamese specialties.
The hotel service was truly excellent; staff would proactively greet you whenever they saw you. I didn't experience the discrimination against Chinese guests that I'd read about online [facepalm][facepalm][facepalm]. About 100 meters across from the hotel, there's a supermarket and an ATM.
Plus, the mud bath is right next door to the hotel!

Staff were extremely helpful in all areas of the hotel. Room was cleaned daily to a high degree. Buffet breakfast was very good with a huge selection of Asian and western dishes. My stay at the Novotel was excellent this time. The room was clean, tidy, and well-lit, and the bed was very comfortable, allowing for complete relaxation. I especially want to commend their In Balance Spa. The spa environment was quiet and elegant, with a subtle aroma in the air that made me feel relaxed the moment I entered. The massage therapist was highly professional, applying just the right amount of pressure to accurately relieve muscle fatigue from my travels. Excellent! The hotel met my expectations, with delicious and varied breakfasts. To those who complain about repetitive food, I wonder if it's any different at home? :) We were given a Deluxe room with a pool view, even though we didn't request it. We visited during the off-season (August), and 6,000 rubles for a room with breakfast is a steal!!! The pool was clean, and there were plenty of sun loungers during the off-season. You can grab towels yourself at the pool and beach. The beach is excellent, just a 5-minute walk away. The grounds are lush with palm trees. Free bicycles are available, as well as a kids' club. A buggy takes you to Grand World, which is about a 10-minute walk. To get back, you just press a button at the stop and they'll pick you up. There's a supermarket nearby. There's also a convenient pass-through to the neighboring Wyndham hotel. Transfers to Safari and the park are also available on a schedule. Free airport transfer is provided.FromTWD 2,307

If you’re someone that enjoy the beach, sea, and sunset. This will be a recommended area to be at. Private beach. Quiet. Sunbed. 2mins ish walk from your hotel to the private beach by the hotel themselves. Or you can just chill by the pool enjoy the sunset too.

We booked the 2-bedroom Family Bungalow and had a really wonderful stay! The bungalow was super spacious, clean and comfortable, perfect for a family or group of friends. It would be even better if there was a small living room/common area inside the bungalow, but overall we were very happy with the room.
The buggy service was excellent — very convenient and the staff were always helpful. Surprisingly, there were not many mosquitoes even though the resort is surrounded by greenery, which was a big plus!
Breakfast was nice with a good selection, and we also really enjoyed the spa. I did the prenatal massage and it was amazing — very relaxing and comfortable throughout. Definitely one of the highlights of my stay!
Overall, a beautiful and relaxing resort with great service. We really enjoyed our 3 nights here and would happily come back again. ❤️FromTWD 2,165

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come again. The pool is large and pleasant, with easy access to the beach. We stayed in a 3BR villa, which was very nice and very spacious.
The resort is very spread out, but they offer tuk tuks to take people from the villas to the main areas - with few exceptions they arrived quickly.
The weather was not really great for swimming at the beach (strong winds and current), but we were generally content to spend our time at the pool.
Breakfast was good, with a wide variety of options, including Asian and Western food. I do wish the coffee at breakfast had been better. The spa on site is very good, the massage we booked included facial and foot treatment.
A few minor annoyances to note:
- One of our showers had no hot water on arrival. This took two requests over two days to get resolved.
- Despite a full kitchen, the villa has almost no dishes or utensils, only enough for making coffee/tea.
- Some amenities unexpectedly came with extra charge. We encountered this after reserving a tennis court. The fee is reasonable, but there was no indication of a fee until we showed up at the court and someone came to collect.
- Communication with staff was sometimes an issue. Be prepared to use a translation app if a request is not simple.FromTWD 3,029

This hotel is a bit old. The room I stayed in this time was spacious, but it's really not a hotel, more like a guesthouse. There's nowhere to put luggage, so it has to be placed directly on the floor. There's a drying rack on the balcony, but it's only suitable for children's clothes. There were ants on the table in the living room; they'd appear as soon as any sweet drinks or food were placed there, which was really annoying. The bed was very soft and not particularly comfortable. The breakfast offered many choices, enough to fill you up but not refined.
Only one slide at the pool was open, which was fine for younger children. The pool didn't have warm water for showering, and the shower area and water pressure were limited. There weren't many places to get towels. Coming from the beach, it was hard to rinse off properly before going to the pool.
The beach was beautiful, and we saw starfish.

We loved our stay. The hotel has convenient access to the beach and included all the facilities we needed. The restaurants were awesome, especially the sea shack restaurant is right facing the sea. There’s a highest point in the phu quoc island as INK 360 at the 19th floor, the bar has great music and atmosphere, would be good for both couples or families.
Our room has quiet forest facing, we can see the river and trees when opening the curtain. Closing the door it was very silent and we can only hear birds early waking up in the morning.

They say this is the most beautiful Marriott in the world, or at least in Asia. Before I went, I thought it might be an exaggeration, but after staying there, I'd say it's absolutely amazing!
Even though we arrived late at night, the lobby was stunning, and the check-in service immediately set high expectations. We even got a free upgrade to an ocean-view floor, complimentary breakfast for the kids, and they even added an extra bed for free. As a customer who booked through Trip.com, the treatment exceeded my expectations.
I think the hotel's beach is the best on the entire island. Kem Beach is split into two halves; the public area is bustling, but the hotel's private section is incredibly serene. Oh, and I should mention, the paddleboards and small boats by the beach are all free to use, and I enjoyed them every day.
The hotel also gave us free tickets to 'Kiss of the Sea.' I had already booked the Phu Quoc Sun World cable car and amusement park tickets, but we ended up spending all our time at the hotel and didn't even use them!
I rarely write such long reviews, but we'd happily return to Phu Quoc just for this hotel.
The only minor issue was dinner and breakfast – they weren't quite to my wife's taste, though I personally loved everything.FromTWD 9,284

Overall a good stay.
Convenient that it is right beside Grand World, and that there is free shuttle bus to Vinwonder and Vin Safari.
The pool is big and nice.
The hotel room is spacious, the showers are good, there is many power outlets and there is Smart TV. AC is good and reliable, bed is comfortable.
Didn't knew there were tickets for all guests from the booking so booked additional tickets, could have been clearer on this in the bookings (did not get a reply when enquiring over Trip.com).
Breakfast options were limited (might be due to peak season stay).

If you're staying in the northern part of the region, this hotel is a decent choice. At the very least, it's an international brand, so you have that guarantee. It's located right next to Pearl Land and quite close to the zoo. In the evenings, you can head to the nearby night market for some shopping and food. You can get to all these places using the free shuttle bus provided within the area, just check the schedule. The hotel is right by the beach, and it's incredibly comfortable to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the sea breeze. For swimming, it's best to stick to the pool and avoid the beach, as due to its geographical location, it consistently has very strong waves and is extremely dangerous. The hygiene needs improvement. In the morning, before I went out for breakfast, I found a dead cockroach. I thought someone would clean it up later, so I didn't call the front desk. But when I came back after breakfast, it was still there. So, when I went out, I informed the front desk in the lobby about the dead cockroach and asked them to send someone to clean it up immediately. My opinion is mixed. The hotel's location is great, but it's quite noisy (thin walls, construction). It's a shame it's not very well-maintained; it has the potential to be super. The staff was very responsive. We had an issue with our room because the hotel was full, but they immediately understood and changed our room. However, this new room was very dark and rather gloomy, with a view of a tree instead of the garden. It wasn't possible for us to stay multiple days in that room. They understood right away and gave us a brighter room with a pool view. There are 3 pools for those who like to swim, otherwise the beach is right in front, which is fantastic. For breakfast, I prefer sweet over savory, so it was a bit disappointing for me as there was only coffee, bread, and a few fruits. Still, it was decent. I was a bit hesitant when I first booked this hotel for two nights. But as soon as I stepped into the lobby, I was impressed by their warm and enthusiastic service. The hotel's decor has a lovely Vietnamese charm, and the rooms are exceptionally clean. The staff, in particular, are incredibly welcoming and friendly. I ended up extending my stay for another two nights, and I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends when they visit.
