Villa is located close to the sea, so it is convenient to swim in the early morning. Villa is fully equipped with necessary equipment, beautiful furniture and quite luxurious in the old European style. The current location is still in a relatively remote area, far from entertainment and eating centers, so it is quite difficult to go to eat. If you drive a car, it's not very convenient to come, and if you call a car to pick you up, you have to wait a long time. The parking lot is located outside the sea area, but there is no shuttle to take guests from outside to the villa, have to walk, so it is also difficult for elderly and travel.

It was overall a great and super comfy stay ! Everything is amazing including the rooms, private pool & beach views where sun rise and sun set is truly amazing ! Only thing is that the caddy vehicle is not available to brings us to the main gate during check in or daily when we are going out and we need to walk like 5mins from the villa to the gate, not an issue daily but when checking in with many luggages can be tiring under scorched sun…

I had emailed the hotel in advance to arrange an airport pick-up, and as soon as I exited, I saw hotel staff waiting with a sign. The drive to the hotel only took about 10 minutes. Check-in was also very smooth and quick. The next morning, I had breakfast; the area wasn't large, but the selection was quite rich and featured Vietnamese specialties.
The hotel service was truly excellent; staff would proactively greet you whenever they saw you. I didn't experience the discrimination against Chinese guests that I'd read about online [facepalm][facepalm][facepalm]. About 100 meters across from the hotel, there's a supermarket and an ATM.
Plus, the mud bath is right next door to the hotel!

Staff were extremely helpful in all areas of the hotel. Room was cleaned daily to a high degree. Buffet breakfast was very good with a huge selection of Asian and western dishes. It's perfectly fine to stay here as long as you don't expect a 5-star experience; Novotel isn't a brand that exclusively operates 5-star resorts, after all.
The hotel facilities are great, and the grounds are expansive. The atmosphere in the afternoon is lovely, and the path to the beach at night is very romantic. I also appreciate their insect control efforts; for such a large area, there were surprisingly few mosquitoes and bugs.
However, don't expect much from the service or in-room amenities. Just treat it like you're staying in a business hotel. There's a wall-mounted hairdryer in the bathroom, and I wanted to borrow another one to use in the room. I called countless times, and they kept saying they were looking for it or sending it, but after three nights, the hairdryer never showed up.

Excellent! The hotel met my expectations, with delicious and varied breakfasts. To those who complain about repetitive food, I wonder if it's any different at home? :) We were given a Deluxe room with a pool view, even though we didn't request it. We visited during the off-season (August), and 6,000 rubles for a room with breakfast is a steal!!! The pool was clean, and there were plenty of sun loungers during the off-season. You can grab towels yourself at the pool and beach. The beach is excellent, just a 5-minute walk away. The grounds are lush with palm trees. Free bicycles are available, as well as a kids' club. A buggy takes you to Grand World, which is about a 10-minute walk. To get back, you just press a button at the stop and they'll pick you up. There's a supermarket nearby. There's also a convenient pass-through to the neighboring Wyndham hotel. Transfers to Safari and the park are also available on a schedule. Free airport transfer is provided.FromKWD 23

If you’re someone that enjoy the beach, sea, and sunset. This will be a recommended area to be at. Private beach. Quiet. Sunbed. 2mins ish walk from your hotel to the private beach by the hotel themselves. Or you can just chill by the pool enjoy the sunset too.
Just a 6mins-20mins to the nearby night market/cafe/ places to visit depending on what you want to do. Convenient location, pretty centralize to various stuffFromKWD 24

We had a wonderful 8-night stay in a bungalow as a couple. Our first impression was very pleasant - lush greenery, fish ponds, and a tranquil atmosphere. The bungalow with a large bed was comfortable, and cleaning was done every day. Breakfasts were varied, with Vietnamese, Asian, and European dishes. Highlights include the infinity pool next to the restaurant, the gym, free parking, and the option to book tours. There were almost no downsides, except perhaps the water in the pool sometimes didn't seem perfectly clean, possibly due to the rainy season. Overall, our expectations matched reality, and the place left a very pleasant impression. We would be happy to return to this hotel again ❤️FromKWD 21

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come again. The pool is large and pleasant, with easy access to the beach. We stayed in a 3BR villa, which was very nice and very spacious.
The resort is very spread out, but they offer tuk tuks to take people from the villas to the main areas - with few exceptions they arrived quickly.
The weather was not really great for swimming at the beach (strong winds and current), but we were generally content to spend our time at the pool.
Breakfast was good, with a wide variety of options, including Asian and Western food. I do wish the coffee at breakfast had been better. The spa on site is very good, the massage we booked included facial and foot treatment.
A few minor annoyances to note:
- One of our showers had no hot water on arrival. This took two requests over two days to get resolved.
- Despite a full kitchen, the villa has almost no dishes or utensils, only enough for making coffee/tea.
- Some amenities unexpectedly came with extra charge. We encountered this after reserving a tennis court. The fee is reasonable, but there was no indication of a fee until we showed up at the court and someone came to collect.
- Communication with staff was sometimes an issue. Be prepared to use a translation app if a request is not simple.FromKWD 29

I absolutely loved the two-bedroom suite at this hotel. It was very comfortable for our family of four, and the large balcony overlooked the pool. The hotel has multiple pools of varying depths, catering to different groups of people, which is incredibly thoughtful. The children's pool even has playground equipment, perfect for kids.
The hotel's beach connects to the JW Marriott's beach. The white sand is incredibly fine, and the sea is very clean and clear. They also offer complimentary sampans for hotel guests.
The hotel breakfast is extensive, running from 7 AM to 10:30 AM, which is a lovely touch. The beachfront restaurant has a wonderful ambiance, and I particularly enjoyed the background music.
Right outside the hotel is the free bus terminal for Sunset Town, making transportation very convenient.
The hotel also provided complimentary tickets to the Kiss of the Sea show, which was planned by a professional French company and was absolutely spectacular.
We moved from the north to the south, and choosing this hotel was a very wise decision! 👍FromKWD 27

We loved our stay. The hotel has convenient access to the beach and included all the facilities we needed. The restaurants were awesome, especially the sea shack restaurant is right facing the sea. There’s a highest point in the phu quoc island as INK 360 at the 19th floor, the bar has great music and atmosphere, would be good for both couples or families.
Our room has quiet forest facing, we can see the river and trees when opening the curtain. Closing the door it was very silent and we can only hear birds early waking up in the morning.

They say this is the most beautiful Marriott in the world, or at least in Asia. Before I went, I thought it might be an exaggeration, but after staying there, I'd say it's absolutely amazing!
Even though we arrived late at night, the lobby was stunning, and the check-in service immediately set high expectations. We even got a free upgrade to an ocean-view floor, complimentary breakfast for the kids, and they even added an extra bed for free. As a customer who booked through Trip.com, the treatment exceeded my expectations.
I think the hotel's beach is the best on the entire island. Kem Beach is split into two halves; the public area is bustling, but the hotel's private section is incredibly serene. Oh, and I should mention, the paddleboards and small boats by the beach are all free to use, and I enjoyed them every day.
The hotel also gave us free tickets to 'Kiss of the Sea.' I had already booked the Phu Quoc Sun World cable car and amusement park tickets, but we ended up spending all our time at the hotel and didn't even use them!
I rarely write such long reviews, but we'd happily return to Phu Quoc just for this hotel.
The only minor issue was dinner and breakfast – they weren't quite to my wife's taste, though I personally loved everything.FromKWD 93

Wonderful Family Stay at Vinholidays Fiesta Hotel
We had a wonderful stay at Vinholidays Fiesta Hotel from August 20–23. Everything was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet—there were so many choices, and everything we tried was tasty!
Most of all, we truly enjoyed our family bonding during our stay. The hotel made our family vacation in Phu Quoc even more memorable. We had a relaxing and enjoyable experience from start to finish.

1. There's no doubt the room facing the sea was spacious and comfortable.
2. However, the facilities are very old. The carpet was black and had ants, and it felt gritty underfoot, like sea sand that hadn't been properly cleaned.
3. The shower pressure was extremely low, making for a very uncomfortable shower.
4. I had hoped to take a bath, but the water that came out was both weak and yellow (the hotel did have a notice about the yellow water issue), making it impossible to take a bath.
5. On the last night, there was a storm, and I listened to the sea wind all night; the windows were rattling.
6. The hotel's private beach was uncrowded and clean, which was a big plus, and the pool was also large with not too many people.

The hygiene needs improvement. In the morning, before I went out for breakfast, I found a dead cockroach. I thought someone would clean it up later, so I didn't call the front desk. But when I came back after breakfast, it was still there. So, when I went out, I informed the front desk in the lobby about the dead cockroach and asked them to send someone to clean it up immediately. My opinion is mixed. The hotel's location is great, but it's quite noisy (thin walls, construction). It's a shame it's not very well-maintained; it has the potential to be super. The staff was very responsive. We had an issue with our room because the hotel was full, but they immediately understood and changed our room. However, this new room was very dark and rather gloomy, with a view of a tree instead of the garden. It wasn't possible for us to stay multiple days in that room. They understood right away and gave us a brighter room with a pool view. There are 3 pools for those who like to swim, otherwise the beach is right in front, which is fantastic. For breakfast, I prefer sweet over savory, so it was a bit disappointing for me as there was only coffee, bread, and a few fruits. Still, it was decent. The hotel is generally average, with facilities feeling a bit dated. Compared to hotels in the same price range domestically, it doesn't offer any particular advantage. The soundproofing in some rooms isn't great, and you can hear music from the street. The hot water can occasionally be unstable. While breakfast is plentiful, the hot food isn't kept warm very well, and cutlery replenishment is slow during peak hours. The pool is quite small, and there's no gym.
