Great location, downtown but walking distance to main tourist attractions, main shopping street and nearby many restaurants. Rooms are very clean and well designed. The team was great and helpful, veryy responsive. The food options at the hotel are not the cheapest however I think its very worth its value, i found it super delicious.

It is very convenient to take the airport bus and the Blue Lake bus. The city is concentrated in such a place. Trip.com booked a standard suite can live three people. When booking, two and three people have the same room rate, so it is convenient to fill two people. As a result, I went to the hotel and was charged 60 euros. I thought that if I fill one person, I would have to pay 120 euros more? Everyone can pay attention to this, communicate in advance to avoid unnecessary losses. More suitable for travelers who need to cook, if the oyster is not recommended for a short stay, staying at an ordinary hotel is more cost-effective.

The hotel is very cost effective and relatively clean. This price has such a hotel apartment, I feel really good. The hotel should be relatively new. There are free tea and lots of coffee. There are even a lot of simple seasonings in the cupboard. It is also good for a family to come out and travel for themselves. This kind of hotel should give a perfect score. The only thing is that no breakfast is served. If you live for a few more days, you can go to the small supermarket next to buy the challah and make your own breakfast.

Fantastic hotel 100/100 -Great location (city center + everything nearby, and also **not** noisy/loud at night; can also walk there from BSI Terminal) -Super room (Superior Room, was great, slept soo well) -Delicious Breakfast with English Breakfast, Iceland Food (Fish Skye), Pastry and Fresh Fruit. The hotel is in a good location, close to the church and Rainbow Street. Although the room is not big, the layout is OK, the mattress is very comfortable, and the breakfast is OK. It's just that the room price was still a bit high when we went there, which felt a bit expensive.

Hotel is very clean, location is superb, all amenities within short walking distance, free parking for those who drive and for those who dont city tour bus stops in front of the hotel. Spa facilities are lovely. Would recommend booking option with breakfast as food is pricy in Reykjavik. We went in group of 7, 4 rooms. Only downside was that not all the rooms are hot, some are warm and other hot despite radiators being opened on full. Would highly recommend staying there. Clean, modern and perfectly located hotel

I traveled to Iceland and chose this hotel for a total of three nights. This is the first night（8.6）,Everything else in the hotel is very good. The only terrible thing is that for the room on my left, I can clearly hear their phone calls. For the room on my right, I can clearly hear them coughing and talking, which is very clear in the middle of the night. I doubt whether every room can hear the sound like this, so I will consider whether it is useful to propose to change the room.

Perfect in all counts. Service was top, free private parking saved hassle of figuring out public parking space, rooms super clean and housekeeping everyday (we didnt really need it but they kept our room tidy everyday), very good furniture arrangement to open two big luggages with room to still walk. Reykjavik city centre is not too big so walking from hotel is not hard at all. Hotel is beautiful with so much art to admire, lobby decor was amazing and welcoming. I am just glad that on my return to Reykjavik from east of Iceland, we are staying there again before we fly off to our next destination. If you’re staying in Reykjavik and don’t mind a 5min walk to city centre, this is the place to book. One small gripe: bring eyemasks for summer as the curtains leak a tiny bit of light no matter how you arrange it (which is a common issue we faced in most Icelandic hotels).

I missed the welcome of warm cookies in the afternoon. There was nothing. The front desk staff was fine- nothing to write home about. It was nice they held our luggage after checkout for a few hours as we shopped before heading to the airport. Tip to others- P3 parking lot is about 3 blocks away close to the water side- there was always parking there. The location was good. In the middle of the action. We also loved the buffet breakfast. Eggs, salmon, breads, pastries, so many things. Only comment is that the variety was the same for the 3 days there- no changes- so it did get boring after day two. The beds comfy. room is nice. water pressure for showers good. I would stay here again.

The room though slightly on the small side, but still able to open 2 big luggages (walking space got abit tighter but still manageable). Bed was comfortable, however we found a stain on the bedsheet:( Overall, it was a nice stay👍🏼

Bus stop is 5 minutes walking distance away , US embassy as well (no use , simply mentioned though). Football stadium and sports exhibition hall is 7 minutes away.

Location: Hotel has several blocks of apartment, we were allocated to the one 4 mins walk from the reception, quite central in the downtown, 4 mins walk to Bonus supermarket, and about 10mins walk to the big church and harbourfront 2. Amenities: Room cozy and spacious enough with pantry and all necessary kitchen wares, so we can do our own cooking here, also have washing machine and dryer at basement for share use 3. Service: Staff are nice and helpful 4. Breakfast: Inculded, a basket will be put inside the refrigerator around 4pm everyday and freshly baked bread is provided in the morning at 8am, more than enough quantity and they are delicious

Location was right in the centre of town, in front of a popular taxi stand where many party-goers gather before heading home, so it gets REALLY noisy on friday/saturday nights. I usually fall asleep easily but the noise was keeping me up. Bring earplugs if you intend to stay here. Otherwise the location was really accessible, walking distance to bus stop 1 where the flybus from the airport would drop off, and many tours pick you up from there as well. Sunday night was actually pretty peaceful so maybe just stay there on sundays-thursdays. Room was also decent and clean. A bit small for longer stays but good for a couple of nights.

Everything is good except two things: 1. The shower area is too dark and small (only 2.5'x2.5' a small square). See picture below. Luckily my husband and I are small guys! Their photo on the website is a bit tricky! as I usually check the outlook of washroom before I book a hotel. I was so disappointed and frustrated at that time honestly. 2. No self service laundry in the hotel as it is very common nowadays. The price list of serviced laundry seems too expensive as they still charge based on your pieces. Lastly, I stayed there for 5 nights and quite a few hotels would offer an upgrade or special promotion like a free use of spa etc. Anyway, I didn't expect too much and made me feel better.

The bus hostel is really near the airport and quite walkable to major sightseeing like 20-30 minutes. Yet the Windows curtain could not even cover it well so if you sleep near a Windows in summer (as the night will be very bright) You will affect by the light. There was men snoring really hard so it affect as well (though this is not about the hotel) I got nose allergy and the entire time I stay in the hotel and it makes me feel very sick. The self check in system is quite good, yet the reception will be locked after 9pm(?) I was coming back at 10pm and there was no staff help unlocking the main entrance which the password is different. They provide no information about this. A few of us (new guests or those coming back) are locked outside until a guest know the password show up. This certainly not a good service at all. The toilet has automatic light which is Environmental friendly I like it, but it went off when I only have a short time in the toilet, this really not quite good. But the location is good and there is bus travel tour pick up from here.

The waiter can't have an extra bed after work, give us a bigger room, the surrounding is quite convenient, the hotel restaurant is OK, but prefer other restaurants around, the room is very clean and new, suitable for parents. The room is large and the hotel design is very beautiful, Nordic style. very quiet. There is an Icelandic Immigration History Museum downstairs, don't miss it.
