Good location, clubs nearby, embankment, hotel in the very center. Active animation shows in the evening, after that there is a disco in the basement, but no one goes there. The food is delicious, the department is clean. I would not recommend it for young people, unless you plan to go to clubs every day.

Hotel is small, comfortable, from the beach 5-10 minutes, center nearby. Breakfasts are excellent, Swedish table, fruits: strawberry, cherry, apricots, apples, carrots, peanuts. There have been several boutique hotels in Turkey, no longer met such a rich breakfast, and the more fruit in such a variety. Tea varied in banks, you can cook whatever you want. Room: Clean and comfortable, drinking water in bottles, there is a safe. The pool, once swam, usually we are not amateurs in the pools to swim. This day was hot, walking out of the sea and decided to cool again in the pool. In the pool the staircase rolls and there is no rubber coating steps, I slipped and fell on a chimney. Be careful! I said about the problem, immediately started to fix, about rubber stacks too, let's see if they will solve the problem or not. Please fix the staircase, please! And so in general the hotel is good. Beautiful staff, obstructive, on the recession and in the restaurant know Russian, there were no problems with that. You will be in those regions, stop, don't regret.

We stayed for two nights. There were four of us: me and my wife, our eldest daughter and grandson (3 years old). We liked everything very much, check-in via WhatsApp, cleanliness and order, a full set of dishes for both cooking, including the necessary pans and pots, and for eating. A small minus - only one roll of toilet paper, but it was enough for us 😅 . Another minus - there are only two bar stools at the dining table-island. The other two guests are forced to eat standing up. 🙂

Rixos is not the same anymore... it needs to be renamed to Rixos Economy Tekirova. Last year we were disappointed in Rixos Sungate, this year we decided to treat ourselves to Tekirova, but all that was left of Rixos was the name and the inflated price. Savings at every stage, people go to Rixos out of habit (like us), there are a lot of people, and there is a catastrophic lack of staff. Of the evening entertainment, there is a disco inside the children's club and live music in the lobby, to be honest, in the evening it is frankly boring in the hotel. The heated outdoor pool is just for show, a small part is heated. It is unrealistic to wait for drinks in the restaurant, they should have made points where you can pour yourself, it is easier to go yourself. We bought a room with a sea view, we were given a free ”upgrade” to the room. A room in the far building with access to the pool (without heating), next to the playground, where you can only dream of silence) We refused such an ”upgrade”, because It was clear that there simply weren't any rooms of our class available. We came to the reception, and that's it, they checked us in only at 15. They gave us a side view of the sea instead of a direct one. The staff pretended to be as worried and understanding as possible, but they didn't change the room. Closer to check-out, they offered us another room, they wrote about it at 16:00, that they were cleaning it now, and in the end they ”cleaned” it until 22:00. We liked the room, but since the child was already asleep, they asked us to move the next morning, they refused, saying there weren't enough rooms. On the topic of rooms, there was a great building with standard rooms, but they remodeled it. This time we stayed in a ”deluxe” room, it's not clear by what criteria such a loud name was given, an ordinary small room, tiles on the floor instead of carpet, a bathroom with doors, you can't go to the toilet in peace, I think this is important for many. We came to the rope town, it's not working. It turns out that the wrong time was sent to WhatsApp. Rope town, climbing wall works for 1 hour a day around lunchtime. And for slightly older children, this is roughly one of the entertainments, Rixos kids is still for the little ones. In general, a strong disappointment from Rixos, not comparable to what it was before 2022, it is clear that they are trying to save on everything they can. What is left of the premium: these are expensive bottles of cosmetics and food, there was caviar once, red fish once, and otherwise it is an ordinary normal five, but not for that kind of money. After that we left for a hotel of a lower class, while the quality of rest was higher. Of course, Rixos is a very advantageous place, beautiful nature, well-groomed territory, but the hotel has changed its concept for the worse, they are just trying to make money on the former name. Thank you for the past trips, they remained in our memory for life, but a new time has come and it's time to look for new hotels)

The hotel is really great, the work is great, it is even more great that children are not allowed :)) Right by the sea, it is a great alternative to relax with the sound of the waves. We rested by the fireplace, drinking our nice drinks. All the employees were very polite and smiling.

Великолепное размещение для тех, кто ценит тишину, покой, комфорт. Просторные апартаменты с прекрасным видом. Техника (посудомоечная, стиральная, кондиционер) в наличии, на кухне всё необходимое в достатке. Отдыхали с машиной, до хорошего пляжа 7 мин., магазины есть в пешей доступности. Бассейн и территория отеля, а также приветливость персонала выше всяких похвал. Отлично провели почти две недели, мечтаем вернуться вновь. Рекомендуем.

If there were no aqua park area and all the delights on the beach, it would not be interesting here, but this park on the beach with white sand and good slides gives this hotel a good rating.

It was an indescribable holiday. My wife and my 7-month-old son and I chose this place after reading the comments on our first holiday. It was a perfect holiday. I wish it hadn't ended. The hotel has its own transfer. The relations department called and asked if there was anything you didn't like about your problem. I told them that we didn't like the food. They wanted to meet with us immediately. We went to the manager and called the kitchen chef ERDEM BEY. Mr. Erdem came and explained how they made the food meticulously, so well that he took one-on-one attention and as long as we stayed, ERDEM BEY was always like our family. He met our needs. We were shocked that he wouldn't do anything to relatives. It's a great feeling to know such a person. That's why we come to this hotel every year and we will. As for the other staff, from the cleaner to the reception, all the staff are so friendly. You seriously wouldn't believe it, you'd say you're exaggerating, but all the employees love their jobs and smile. They do it like bees, they never stop, they take care of whatever you want, you ask, they do it, the rooms are very clean, in fact the entire hotel is very clean, they always call to ask if you need it, ooof, leaving the hotel was very sad for the first time, we felt like we were leaving our family, we can't wait for the summer to come next year, thank you very much for everything.
