The room is huge, a suite with luxurious decor, all marble, and a strong British vibe. Our luggage was delivered directly to the room. There's a separate walk-in closet, a dressing table, and a bathroom with double sinks. The toilet has smart controls, and the wash, blow, and flush functions are all automatic. The shower room is spacious and bright, with a marble seat and six showerheads (one large overhead rain shower, a handheld shower, and four small side jets – great for a back massage!). The water pressure is really strong; be careful when turning it on as there are many controls, and water can spray out suddenly. 😄 I regret not trying the hotel's provided bathrobe; I heard it's very comfortable.
The room is fully stocked with complimentary snacks and drinks, more than you could possibly finish, because the hotel's included three free meals are incredibly filling!
For breakfast, we chose the Chinese option (there's also Western on the other side). You absolutely must order the Lobster Benedict, Crab Congee, and Abalone Siu Mai. While afternoon tea consists of small bites, it's definitely enough to fill you up! Don't miss the evening cocktails either; you might not feel like eating much more, but it's a must-try!
Be careful not to go to the wrong place when checking in; The Londoner is on the left, and Conrad is on the right. Guests who aren't familiar with the names might easily miss it.
Special thanks to Abin from the lobby for his enthusiastic and thoughtful care and all the tips, as well as the beautiful Jessica, supervisor at Huating, and Mr. Pu, the breakfast supervisor. Your hard work is appreciated!
A truly rare experience on Taipa, Macau! Oh, and don't forget to go see the free musical fountain and take the SkyCab at Wynn Palace at night – it's absolutely beautiful! It's about a 10-minute walk from The Londoner, just turn right when you exit.

The food and accommodation experience at Macau hotels is definitely top-notch. The only difference between The Londoner's Victoria Suite and Louis Suite is the twin beds versus the king bed; otherwise, the environment, hygiene, and facilities were all very satisfying. The shower facilities, in particular, were truly luxurious, with a super large wall-mounted TV that made watching shows a high-definition and enjoyable experience. The minibar drinks and snacks were generously provided. The breakfast and afternoon tea at Huating were truly impressive.
However, there were some drawbacks: The hotel's check-in lobby was narrow and not brightly lit, and it shared a space with the Conrad next door, which felt out of place with the luxurious room facilities. Much of the service felt superficial; the check-in process involved too much polite but empty talk and took a long time. We were told an exclusive staff member would escort us to our room, but we waited for over 20 minutes – it felt unnecessarily complicated. At breakfast, the Huating staff were already overwhelmed, yet they insisted on asking each guest what kind of tea they wanted. It took a long time just to get a pot of bagged tea. The dedicated butler called and added me on WeChat beforehand, which I initially found very thoughtful, as she promised to fulfill any request. In reality, she probably didn't remember the guests' requests. On the second day, she even gave me the wrong license plate number for our car, leading my family and me to search for the car outside the hotel for 30 minutes without success. During the communication, she was unwilling to give me the driver's phone number. In the end, it was only after I strongly insisted on calling the car driver that we discovered the license plate number was incorrect.
Overall, I was satisfied, but don't expect too much from the 'exclusive service' that The Londoner aims to provide.
