I checked in early because of Ctrip VIP, but other guests didn't. The room was standard and relatively new, and they gave me a small gift and welcome fruit. They also gave me a subway card, which was unexpected. I didn't plan to take the light rail, but I experienced it and went to the Mazu Temple, which was very popular. The breakfast was OK, but not very good. There was one problem, the shower water temperature was unstable, and it was scalding from time to time. This is unacceptable for a hotel that costs 5,000 per night. In short, I didn't like it very much, nor did I dislike it very much. I probably won't book again.

excellent service by the staff of MGM Cotai, from the reception to the front desk. Very well service by the individual restaurants staff , including the Chinese catering 淳, and 好煱。Very helpful and nice service staff, not only rendering appropriate seats and recommending delicious but suitable dishes, according to the needs of the customers. It was difficult to obtain transportation means in the morning, but the staff , namely Richard Liu of the main lobby, has spent extra efforts to call a taxi for our aged patients. Many thanks to this gentleman and his fellow workers.

The hotel service is very good, but the facilities are a bit old. I learned that the upper floors of the hotel are also being renovated, and I am looking forward to seeing the results. After all, in Macau, this hotel is still very desirable.

This is a top-tier Thai-inspired luxury hotel located within the Galaxy Macau resort. All suites are at least 100 square meters and come with a private 'Yuexinchi' hot tub. The 2800-square-meter Banyan Tree Spa has an excellent reputation. A sky bridge connects guests directly to the shopping district, and hotel guests also enjoy complimentary access to the Grand Resort Deck. The service is meticulous and the night views are delightful. However, the prices are quite high, the entrance is a bit hidden, and the children's facilities are limited, making it more suitable for couples than for families with young children.

One of Macau's top hotels (right next to Hotel Okura). The room is massive, with a sofa big enough for one person to sleep on, and a private plunge pool. Both the elevator and the elevator lobby look incredibly luxurious. The in-room amenities are also top-notch, featuring a separate bathtub, a dedicated vanity, two TVs, and a mini-bar with all drinks and snacks complimentary. Even the bottled water is French Evian. After checking in at the front desk, a dedicated staff member escorts you to your room and explains all the facilities and important details. Absolutely fantastic! 👍🏻

My stay here truly exceeded my expectations. I was thoroughly impressed with everything, from the hotel's environment and facilities to the overall service. I'd especially like to extend a big thank you to Julie, who assisted me. Right from check-in, she was incredibly warm and professional. She personally escorted me to my room, patiently explaining all the hotel's amenities, services, and the surrounding area in great detail. Her service made me feel truly at home. Her genuine and thoughtful service left a deep impression on me, and it made me realize this isn't just a hotel with excellent hardware, but one that truly values service quality and the customer experience. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and absolutely worth recommending. If I have the chance to visit again, I will definitely choose this hotel, and I hope to encounter wonderful staff like Julie once more.

This is our second time choosing The Londoner, and the service is truly outstanding. A week before our arrival, Cindy from Guest Relations reached out to ask about our needs and preferences. On check-in day, they had already prepared coloring pages and a small puzzle as gifts for our child, and the room was incredibly well-prepared and thoughtful, with kids' slippers and toiletries. They gave us a detailed overview of the hotel's dining times and locations, and even arranged a custom taxi to the airport – truly exceptional service. We absolutely love the hotel's ambiance and style; it's clean, beautiful, and always smells wonderful. Turndown service is provided in the evenings, and all the staff are very enthusiastic. The food at Huating is also exquisite and delicious. We highly recommend the foot massager in the room – two thumbs up!

The hotel boasts fantastic views, well-maintained facilities, and excellent cleanliness. The breakfast spread is impressive, featuring a wide variety including lobster, and hotel guests get priority seating by the window without queuing. The service was superb! We were upgraded to an Eiffel Tower view room, and they even presented us with thoughtful gifts, wishing my family success. Furthermore, the breakfast restaurant staff were incredibly well-trained, with enthusiastic attitudes and professional, polite communication. Knowing we had to rush off after checkout, the hotel arranged a late checkout and sent a dedicated staff member to our room to help with luggage storage. The service was truly attentive and impeccable. This hotel's zero negative reviews on Ctrip are definitely well-deserved!

This is by far the most welcoming hotel I've stayed at in Macau 🏨. A lovely lady at the front desk, realizing we were two families traveling together with two children, proactively arranged connecting rooms and upgraded one of our original king rooms to a Parisian Macao Eiffel Tower 🗼 view room. We ended up with a spacious two-bedroom, two-living room suite, and the kids were thrilled, playing trains 🚄 and doing gymnastics 🤸 in the room. When we requested a change to the minibar drinks, a server 💁‍♀️ promptly came to replace them. Plus, we received a complimentary exquisite afternoon tea set upon check-in, a three-tiered French Eiffel Tower 🗼 pastry stand 🥧 that was incredibly ceremonial!

The room was spacious, and the amenities were complete and brand new. Since I was here for my daughter's graduation, the hotel even specially prepared a graduation bouquet and a cake. The most pleasant surprise was the customized room cards, engraved with the university's logo – a truly delightful and memorable touch. I'd like to extend a special thanks to Angela from the reservations department, who meticulously inquired about our room preferences and travel arrangements before our arrival; her service was incredibly thoughtful. Overall, the staff at the front desk, room service, and housekeeping were all very enthusiastic and attentive. It was an extraordinary experience!

Staying in Morpheus has been a gorgeous experience for both my friend and me. Both its architecture and service are top-notch! We arrived at 12 noon aiming to simply drop.off the luggage to wait for checking into.the room at 3 pm. The receptionist kindly advised us that the room will be available at around 1:30 pm. Then, he personally took us to the room and patiently explained to us all the advanced operating tech in it. The ambience and the facilities in the room are unforgettable! This is one of the best value for money hotel-stay I have come across so far! Thank you for booking this nice hotel for us and look forward to my next visit there! M. Chan

My girlfriend and I traveled from Hong Kong to celebrate our 2-year anniversary, and our stay at this hotel completely exceeded our expectations! I originally booked via Trip.com, but wanting to arrange a small surprise, I emailed the hotel directly about three days before our arrival. Ms. Jane Chong handled my request, and she went absolutely above and beyond. Not only did she arrange a beautifully warm and lovely room design for the surprise, but she also proactively shared fantastic local recommendations to help us build a memorable itinerary. Her assistance truly made our trip unforgettable. Throughout our stay, I was consistently impressed by the hotel’s meticulous attention to detail. For example, finding a glasses cleaning cloth provided in the room is a rare and thoughtful touch that most hotels overlook. The entire staff is exceptionally professional and well-trained; every team member who assisted us always made sure to ask if we had any other needs before finishing their service. I also want to give a massive shoutout to Trista at the front desk. Since it was our first time staying here, she gave us a wonderfully detailed walkthrough of the room services and amenities. Later, when she was helping us view a higher-tier room setup, she showed remarkable consideration. She arrived and waited silently outside our door 10 minutes early, purposely not knocking until the exact time just to ensure she didn't disturb our rest. This level of dedication, discretion, and personalized care is world-class. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a flawless experience, and I deeply hope management formally recognizes both Jane and Trista for their outstanding hospitality!

Having stayed at Galaxy, Andaz, Venetian, and Ritz-Carlton, I have to say that Hotel Moxy is the absolute best for traveling with kids. The transportation is incredibly convenient; the shuttle bus terminal is right downstairs, and it connects to the light rail station, making it easy to get anywhere. If I had to pick a flaw, it would be that you need an elevator to get in and out of the Lotus Light Rail Station from the hotel, and the existing escalator is very unsafe when you're carrying luggage. The entire hotel staff is super enthusiastic and incredibly nice, always willing to help with anything, even assisting with food deliveries. Their service is so thoughtful, I don't even know how else to praise them! Be sure to try the preserved egg and lean pork congee at Moxy's breakfast; it's not available every day, but it's truly delicious with crispy fried dough sticks.

I've always wanted to stay at Hotel Okura, but it's so hard to get a reservation. I finally managed to book a two-night, three-day stay last week, and I was so impressed by the meticulous and thoughtful service. I have to give it a big thumbs up: 1. Before checking in, I emailed the hotel to let them know it was my husband's birthday in June and asked for some birthday decorations. They replied quickly, and to my surprise, they even sent a delicious matcha cake! [Strong] 2. The hotel lobby is open and airy with a simple, understated design. The bamboo garden courtyard is serene and luxurious, creating a wonderful ambiance. The front desk staff are all attractive and friendly. When we checked in, Johnny thoughtfully extended our check-out time to 1 PM. When we checked out, Alsen proactively asked about our stay and even gave us a hotel fridge magnet. The service from both gentlemen was truly exceptional. 3. The guest room layout is well-designed, comfortable, and practical. The Japanese design details are perfectly executed. The tea set is very practical, and there were also candies and fruit, with complimentary beverages. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job cleaning and thoughtfully organized all my jewelry and cosmetics. It's been years since I've seen such a comprehensive turndown service – water, slippers, and a bathmat were all meticulously placed, and they even provided a sleep spray and paper cranes. Coming back to a tidy room every day after enjoying the Grand Resort Deck was incredibly comforting. 4. I've already decided to bring my mom to Hotel Okura next time, and I hope it will be easier to book then. I do wish the trash can in the bathroom was a bit bigger. All in all, my stay at Hotel Okura was very pleasant and excellent.

From the moment I checked in, I experienced thoughtful and attentive service. A special shout-out to Val for the warm welcome; they helped me with my luggage to the room and gave a detailed introduction to all the room's amenities. The room itself was clean and tidy. It was a truly memorable stay.

I've always wanted to stay at the Galaxy Macau, but unfortunately, there was a thunderstorm warning on the day we checked in, so we couldn't enjoy the water activities. It was a bit disappointing. However, staying at Galaxy is incredibly convenient; there are plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options available. Plus, if you show your Air Macau boarding pass, you can get many discounts and free gifts. It's also super easy to get to the Venetian, Big Ben, and Parisian from here. After a good night's sleep, we could even pop over to Rua do Cunha the next day, which is very close by. What I'll remember most is how incredibly comfortable the beds are at the Galaxy hotel. The room was beautiful and clean, and the service was absolutely fantastic. Truly five-star service! Since we were traveling with kids, they even gave us complimentary 'Toto' slippers, a 'Toto' tent, and a 'Toto' doll for them. My kids were thrilled and said Galaxy was the most fun! ^_^ Haha. I will definitely stay at Galaxy again next time I visit Macau. What I personally loved most was being able to choose my own pillow. This time, I picked the lavender sleep pillow and even received a free pillow mist. All complimentary, truly excellent value for money.

The best family-friendly hotel in Macau! The front desk staff were very welcoming and even told us about nearby attractions and how long it takes to get to the border gate by car. All the staff were incredibly enthusiastic. Our room had amenities prepared for children, including slippers and mini bathrobes, which was a thoughtful touch. The small tent was adorable, and they even gave us a doll – my kids absolutely loved it (100% approval!). The two adults and two children received complimentary access to the Grand Resort Deck: the water park was fantastic and came with life vests. The mini-bar was well-stocked and free. We also had free access to the 'Kids' Fun Zone' at Galaxy Kids, limited to two adults and two children per room: they had many fun craft activities, but you definitely need to book in advance. Plus, there are plenty of delicious food options downstairs!

I went with a few friends this time. First, let's talk about the hotel's location. Although it's not in the bustling city center, a good stay prioritizes peace and comfort. This location is perfect for that. It faces the Macau Tower directly, which looks great for photos at night. There are also attractions nearby, definitely worth checking out. The guy at the front desk who checked us in was also very nice, sorry I didn't catch his name. We booked a sea-view suite, and the room was very clean. It even had two bathrooms. The large balcony was also fantastic, great for enjoying the view and taking pictures. All in all, it was perfect. Finally, the hotel also has a free shuttle bus that picks up guests at Gongbei Port, though the pickup spot is a bit hard to find.

The Grand Lapa Macau, as a long-established hotel, excels in being family-friendly, making it an excellent choice for families with children. - **Family-Friendly & Pool:** The hotel is very attentive to children's needs, providing kids' slippers, toothbrushes, and other amenities. There's also a kids' club and indoor/outdoor play facilities. If your kids enjoy swimming, the heated outdoor garden pool with slides and a dedicated children's pool is a fantastic place to splash around. However, since it's open-air, it can't be used on rainy days. - **Location & Convenience:** The location is incredibly convenient, situated on Avenida da Amizade on the Macau Peninsula. It's within walking distance of Sands Casino, Fisherman's Wharf, and Lotus Square. The Macau Grand Prix Museum and Science Center are also nearby. Plus, there's free shuttle service to the airport and Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, or it's just a short taxi ride, making getting around hassle-free. - **Overall Experience:** Even though it's an older hotel, the facilities are well-maintained after renovation. The Portuguese-style garden environment is very pleasant. The overall service is friendly towards both families and the elderly, making it a great family-friendly option for a relaxed stay while exploring Macau.

Environment: The hotel environment is quite good, clean and tidy! Minibar free snacks and complimentary drinks: The snacks were abundant, and there were 4 glass bottles of water, but the water didn't taste particularly fresh or sweet. Service: The service was good. However, after check-in, they called to say I hadn't signed something and asked me to sign it. Since I had my child with me, it was a bit inconvenient, so I asked them to come up to our room to get the signature. Facilities: The bathtub couldn't switch to the shower head function, which was very odd. They said someone would come up to fix it, but because my child had already showered in the walk-in shower and it was time to put them to bed, I didn't let them come up to repair it. I'm not sure if the bathroom has an extractor fan; I couldn't find the switch.

Although it's an older hotel, it still maintains its standards. It's clean and tidy, and you can take the casino shuttle bus to nearby attractions. This stay at The Venetian's Royal Deluxe Suite far exceeded my expectations. The hotel itself is a popular photo op; the lobby boasts exquisite European-style relief frescoes, and the third floor replicates Venice with an artificial sky, canals, and arched bridges, creating a fantastic atmosphere. A gondola ride here is perfect for photos. The room was spacious, with a sunken living room design, comfortable bedding, meticulous housekeeping, and a full range of amenities. Its prime location in Cotai offers indoor walkways directly connecting to other major hotels, and Taipa Village is within walking distance. The hotel provides free shuttle buses to the border and airport. The Grand Canal Shoppes inside feature numerous luxury brands, Andrew's Egg Tarts, and many specialty restaurants – everything you need for dining, accommodation, and entertainment in one place. Shirley at the front desk was efficient during check-in and helped arrange a late checkout, and Ava in housekeeping provided attentive service. With amenities like a swimming pool and gym, it’s perfect for both family vacations and couples' getaways. Even after multiple visits to Macau, I would still choose this hotel. Highly recommended.

Stayed in the Deluxe Grand Emperor Quadruple Room at the Grand Emperor Hotel Macau. The room had one king bed, one single bed, and an additional rollaway bed, so everyone had their own space without disturbing each other – the room was perfectly spacious. It was newly renovated in 2025, so the facilities were very new, and the lighting design was comfortable. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, with both a shower and a bathtub, which was very convenient for multiple people. The hotel is located right in the heart of the peninsula, next to the Grand Lisboa, and it's not far to walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's. Downstairs, there are plenty of dining and shopping options. So happy to stay here again. The room type was different this time, but still very spacious and clean. It faced the sea, with an open view, and even though there's construction downstairs, it doesn't block the ocean view. The facilities and environment are excellent, but the staff's attitude doesn't match the hotel's star rating. 1. When checking in, I was carrying a large suitcase and my phone, along with many other items. A staff member saw me but no one offered to help, not even to push my luggage into the lobby. 2. The hotel reception doesn't allow external food deliveries. I wasn't informed of this during check-in. I'm not sure if the delivery person was told, but the front desk doesn't check which room an order belongs to by name, nor do they instruct the delivery person to leave it elsewhere. My phone had no signal locally, so the delivery person couldn't reach me and left the food at the front desk. Within a mere fifteen minutes, it was cleared away by a cleaning staff member, mistaken for trash... Although the front desk staff helped me look for it, they were extremely impatient, as if it had nothing to do with them. If you plan to order takeout at this hotel, I recommend getting a local SIM card beforehand, otherwise, your food might be thrown away, even if you go down to pick it up in just ten minutes.
