The room is comfortable and warm, with a good view! I had a fever when I arrived at the hotel. I called the front desk and immediately helped find a doctor to come to the hotel for diagnosis. The service was warm and thoughtful!

The hotel is not in the center of Madrid, but the location is right, next to the luxury street, free upgrade, good room, no toothpaste and toothbrushes, extra bed, parking. There are very few Chinese in the hotel, so I haven't encountered it

The Four Seasons Hotel in Madrid is in a very good location. It is next to Starbucks and has all kinds of food and beverage. It is next door to Hermes and other brands. The whole hotel is very new, and the room layout is very good. It is spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom is also spacious and bright. The lobby is elegant and has the boldness of Spain, and it is magnificent. The breakfast is average, with too few choices. But it is nice to sit outdoors and enjoy the scenery. The enthusiasm of the waiters is also limited... It is just average. This is the only regret... In short, if you only consider the living comfort, you will still choose the Four Seasons. The room will not go wrong.

Went to meet a friend at their cafe and was very impressed with the black and gold colour scheme throughout the lobby and the cafe area. The cafe has a nice seating layout with very comfortable sofa’s and some decent arm chairs. The service is also second to none & the coffee was really nice. It also was rather reasonably priced considering the location. Would definitely recommend it if you’re in the area :)

The service was very good. Our luggage was lost when we arrived. After the Lost&Found was completed, it was about 10:40 pm. The front desk actively helped to book a restaurant in the nearby kitchen that was not closed. The bellman Persian brother Arian was also very warm to greet us and settle in to ensure our stay. The quality of the hotel restaurant enjoyed the next day is also the standard of the Lorechado series. The Filipino brother knows that we have to catch the evening flight to greet the kitchen to speed up the dinner production, and divide it into two in advance for convenient dining. Half a month of journey is perfect here to end, next time I go to Madrid will choose to live here.

It is a European-style hotel, simple and elegant, quiet and comfortable, it is suitable for travelers who enjoy authentic European style. Western breakfast is very good (provided that you like western food), the outdoor part of the breakfast restaurant is not big but the original European style is very good, the big bed is a double bed, the big bed is no longer necessary for the children to have an extra bed. I did not charge for the child's accommodation at the time of check-in. The hotel does not have a parking lot. The only drawback is that it is a little far from the city center and the museum area. It takes about 10 Euros for a taxi. The hotel does not have a swimming pool!

Mario (front desk), Enrique/Alex/Miguel (concierge) we super helpful to help arrange for our tours to Avila and Segovia. The best service we have received from a 5-star hotel the past 5 years we have been to!

This is my favorite hotel in Madrid, no one! ! So this time I stayed at this hotel for ten days. Besides, the breakfast at the hotel is one of my favorite buffets, and I can't get tired of eating for 10 days. There are miso soups and sushi for Asian tastes, as well as various hams and developed meats! Also, tell you in a secret way that you meet Mourinho in the breakfast restaurant. Don't ask me who I am. But I saw everyone talking quietly, no one bothered to sign or anything. PS, at the New Year, quietly decorated the room 😂

Hotel location is very good, very close to Madrid's fashion shopping avenue serrano, service is OK, breakfast type is not much, if you want to try the Spanish breakfast can go out of the store, it is not recommended to book the hotel's breakfast. The hotel's room classification is very clear and can be seen on the hotel's own website, but Ctrip's technical department generally refers to the room type photos. The deluxe room is obviously irresponsible. In response to customer service, their reply was that the technical department did not make a mistake. Can only suggest that Ctrip can not visit the hotel in person before sending a room picture, please carefully browse the hotel's website, the picture of the room is carefully classified to be responsible for the performance of the consumer...
