Good View but few broken things in a room.

the staff is the best so far i have seen in India... Hyatt really trained and hopefully are paying them well enough to be way above the rest of Indian's hospitality industry... one staff even went all his way to help me with my taxi booking... which is much appreciated unlike Accor group's staff who keep using the word ”NO” first time travelers to india should only book Hyatt!!!

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel staff even remember my coffee order from yesterday. And when I went to the gym the staff offered me to turn on the sauna and steam in advance. I feel so welcomed by every single staff in this hotel. And it cost only 120 per night includes breakfast and lounge that offer two time slot of snacks day. Dev and Solu are the best manager and staff I’ve ever met. So friendly and thoughtful. Thank you Solu for remembering my order and room number.

This charming hotel is located very close to the airport. The staff is very warm and friendly and takes good care of their guest. The rooms are clean and spacious and reminded me of 5 star properties from back in the 90’s. A good place to host weddings as they have ample of space to organise all the various functions etc. Only and biggest drawback is the layout of the hotel. I really really recommend the owners/***agement accommodate another lift and staircase lobby as the hotel design is such that the rooms are quite far away from the main lift lobby and becomes a hassle to travel from one end to another

They tell me they would send a complimentary chocolate for my daughter before i return home. But nobody come. Well perhaps they might be forgeting about that. Too many guest to remember. Overall everything was nice.

It's a good place to stay. The breakfast is varied and delicious. It's located about 20 minutes from the airport. It's good for the price. During my 2-day stay, there was some inconvenience due to construction noise one day, but it was temporary, so... I would visit again.

I had a fantastic experience at Vivanta. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful. Great amenities and a delicious Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner made my stay even better. Highly recommend!
