The location is great and some of the staff are too (was made to feel invisible on more than one occasion). if you’re expecting to have that moment of relief when you finally collapse on your bed following a tiring journey, this isn’t the place. I travel a lot and don’t mind paying premium prices but not for a less than ordinary room which this hotel is. I received an upgrade but even this resembled a poorly decorated worn out living room… not worth the money.

Everything was great, just a tiny notice about housekeeping they have forget to clean the coffee bar inside our room. However we used the request tablets to get new cups and coffee pods and they delivered within less than 20 min. Thank you Four Seasons team,

The hotel is very clean and the waiters are very considerate. My husband caught a cold and had a fever on the second day after checking in. The hotel staff took the initiative to call and ask if he needed help. On the last day of checkout, they also asked if he had recovered. There are also a variety of beautiful desserts in the hotel lobby for guests to taste. The hotel is also very conveniently located. It is within walking distance to various important attractions. There are also many restaurants and bars nearby. It is worth mentioning that the hotel's breakfast is very delicious. If you come to Athens again, the dolli is definitely the best choice!

We booked two rooms and were very satisfied with the room. I would like to know the brand of their mattress and quilt. How come they are so comfortable? Sleeping on the bed after a day of traveling is like sleeping on cotton. The hygiene is also very good. After all, we are allergic. They replied to me by email that they have very high hygiene standards, which is true. By the way, the water next to the coffee machine is also free. There is just a relatively high environmental tax, but I still like it overall.

One of the best hotels near the south beach, the rooms are small but designed with care. There is also a professional spa, which is worth recommending. The price is a bit expensive, but this summer, hotel prices in Europe have risen sharply.

The 8th and 9th floors of the hotel, as well as the rooftop breakfast area (which is also the top floor), offer direct views of the Parthenon. Plus, the infinity pool on the rooftop is perfect for photos! Probably because there are so many guests (and many rooms), after calling the front desk, service takes a long time to arrive (sometimes I even had to directly ask a housekeeper in the hallway for what I needed). The room facilities are quite old. Around noon, the front desk gets swamped with guests checking out. On another note, the hotel offers a free shuttle service to the old town every hour on the dot.

Nothing negative about this awesome place. The personal is so friendly, they try to help you with all small details. You will feel yourself like at your home, you will not want to leave this place at the end. Stunning view at the rooftop to Acropolis, amazing location close with Kolonaki,Syntagma and all popular brands,cafes,restaurants by walk. Excited to come back to the hotel. Thanks to all the staff again and again.

Athens Airport has long been my gateway between Ireland and Israel, and Sofitel is the only real comfortable option for an overnight layover. The location is unbeatable — you just walk out of the terminal, cross three zebra crossings, and you’re in the lobby. The hotel is definitely 5-star and feels it in cleanliness and comfort. The room was spotless and quiet, and I appreciated the complimentary coffee and water. However, prices are steep. Normally it’s around €400 per night for two adults and a child, though I managed to book midweek for about half that. Still expensive, but I wanted comfort — and got it. The booking didn’t clearly confirm if an extra bed was included for my child, and neither Trip nor the hotel replied to my message, though we did get the bed in the end without extra charge. Breakfast is not included in the high price, and €30 per person felt excessive, so we skipped it. Also, food options are overpriced — €22 for a “Greek salad” that oddly came with ricotta. We ended up getting Burger King from the terminal, much better value. The indoor pool was clean but the water was colder than expected and the size modest. The shower had fluctuating warm water, a small annoyance but tolerable for one night. Overall: great convenience and comfort for an airport hotel, but pricing for food and extras feels unreasonable.

Must say: a great choice! Charming Breeze made our trip to Santorini perfect. The hotel is in the quiet town of Oia. The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast is excellent. We had breakfast on the balcony facing the Aegean Sea. It was beautiful! The bed was also very comfortable. It was the most comfortable place to sleep after being out for so long. The staff was also very friendly. The person in charge was even more enthusiastic and friendly. He responded to everything. When we arrived, he waited for us on the roadside to help with the luggage. He was very thoughtful. Because we Chinese cannot download Whats up😱😓, we can only contact by email, but the person in charge responded very quickly. He was still replying to our emails late at night. I felt the sincere and responsible service attitude. This hotel is really very cost-effective and highly recommended! The balcony of the family suite is great
