The environment is great, the staff is super nice 👍, they answered our questions very carefully, and the breakfast is great 😍. Special thanks to the front desk sister Khanh Le, Huyen, and Nhat Le who helped coordinate the room later.

Front desk was helpful. Language barrier was a concern with limited english that the staffs could speak but they were overall friendly and helpful. Perhaps can improve on the room service menu as alot of items were not available during my period of stay. Cheers!

Saigon Phu Tho Hotel is excellent overall. Its location is excellent, with convenient transportation, shopping, and dining options. The elegant interior, clean and tidy rooms, well-equipped facilities, and comfortable bedding ensure a good night's rest. The staff is friendly and attentive, and check-in and check-out are quick and efficient. The breakfast is also varied and delicious. While some of the facilities may seem a bit dated, this doesn't detract from the overall experience. This is a good value hotel and highly recommended.

The environment is very good and the room is super big. If the bedding and facilities can be improved, it will be more perfect. The Wi-Fi is not very good and the signal is a bit poor. It is very quiet and there is a lake in front.

The hotel staff from reception to cooking and cleaning were kind, professional and prompt. My stay in the hotel was comfortable and I would like to stay in SoJo hotels when I'm in Vietnam. The food was well made and the pho was delicious for breakfast. Its location on the main road was useful and there were ATMs, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket and beauty salons within walking distance. It was also only a five-minute walk from the stadium.

A very nice and clean place. Great facilities to relax in a comfortable atmosphere. Rooms are cleaned daily. I'd highly recommend staying at this place considering what you get for the price. Only drawback is that this is a big far from the centre of the city, but it's a close enough walk. And being a little further out makes it a quieter place.

The hotel facilities and proximity to the beach were amazing. Breakfast delicious and rooms spacious and inviting for families with children. As written in other reviews, the hotel only provided 9 beach umbrellas with seats and they were mostly taken by other guests, meaning that we often had to pay for other seats despite being Havana guests. We wouldn't stay here again for one big reason of noise. The paradise club opposite Havana totally ruins this hotel. It has live singing until past midnight, and the club itself doesn't close until 2.30am. The pool looked fantastic in the photos but in reality it was windy on the 5th floor and the water was cold. We found the beach water so much warmer.

Private Villa was very nice and modern. Private pool and view was amazing. Rest of the hotel area with public pool and dining area was not more than average. Layout for mass tourism. Staff was very friendly and helpful as far as they understood English. Breakfast buffet was ok but dinner buffet and also the a-la-carte restaurant was a nightmare - especially for the requested prices. I recommend everyone to drive to the cable car island station: there you get more choice, better quality and all this for 30-50% of the hotel price. All in all the private villas are nice for a family vacation but the main building (normal rooms) I suggest to skip.

We loved the private beach – the sand was fine, white, and the water crystal clear. Staff even picked up trash to keep the beach clean. We absolutely adored the beach, though there were sea mosquitoes whose bites hurt for days. It would be great if there were more activity options, as we didn't go to VinWonders every day.

The house staff were very efficient and did a great job of getting our room cleaned and ready often before we got back from breakfast. The restaurant was great, top floor looking over the beach. It was busy but handled the numbers easily. We extended our stay after the first 4 day booking, it was close to everything we wanted to do and very family friendly.

The hotel is in a great location, everything is close by, 2 minutes to the sea, many shops, cafes, restaurants nearby. The hotel is clean, spacious rooms, snow-white linen. There is a question about the size of the bed .... when booking it was written ”Kingsize”, but in reality it was not so big. The breakfasts are monotonous, not tasty, I also did not appreciate the sweets, there was always not enough coffee, there is also not enough fruit for Asia. Lots of Chinese, noise, especially in the restaurant at breakfast. But the view from the window was beautiful, the room has good sound insulation and comfort, and this brightened up all the nuances. In the end, you can eat in another place. The hotel staff is friendly, they quickly resolve all issues.

The hotel is perfectly located, in the very center, it can't be in the center. But this also has consequences in the form of city noise. On the 15th floor there is a staff room, so living on this floor means hearing conversations and the noise of carts every morning. One of the photos shows what the corridor of the floor looks like, it is completely filled with their carts and tools, plus sometimes they sit there on the floor, eat and sing songs. I constantly had to ask them to be quieter. They ignored me, but one day they heard me and became quieter, and began to close the door to their utility room. Breakfast is the same every day, but in principle there is something to choose from. I always took an omelet and vegetables. I recommend the hotel if the city noise does not bother you and if it is not the 15th floor.

Fantastic location close to beach and shops and restaurants. The room we had was very nice and very spacious eith ocean view (highly recommend ocean view). Breakfast was a little disappointing....not much choice of desserts and pastries , coffee is not so good. Breakfast meals are not all ways replenished and if you come fir Breakfast st say 8am you may miss out on food already gone which is not replaced. E.g. no milk, only a scraps of fruit, no coffee cups left or condensed milk etc.

The resort was awesome! I chose the ocean view villa for 6. The villa was so big with 3 independent bathrooms and 2 of them had bathing tubs. I thought the little path in the villa could reach to the beach directly but found that it reached to a trail that you could walk to somewhere else. But it was really an ocean view. We had breakfast, lunch & dinner in the restaurant that the food & drinks were delicious and looked decent! The prices are reasonable to us. All the staff were nice and can speak in fluent English. We also enjoyed a free tea set at the Ocean Bar. It is only available from 15:00-16:00 so guests have to take time to enjoy it after check-in at 14:00. Also, the “beauty” body massage was great too. The masseur massaged in a Vietnamese style with moderate intensity. But it was quite full in schedule so guests are suggested making a reservation earlier by walk-in. Because phone calls are always user busy. I was surprised that Amiana put a birthday cake in the villa after I came back from the beach. It was lovely! The golf cart came fast to take us from the room every time & it only took a few minutes to the resort lobby. We should have stayed here for 2 nights instead of 1 night so we could have enough time to enjoy all facilities. When I checked out trying to call a Grab to the airport, there was no drivers available. But luckily the receptionist helped us to call a taxi. In general, I had a very good experience In Amiana and would highly recommend it!

Great pool, but better come before 8 am to be sure you have a sunbed. Nice small gym. Delicious breakfast and they change main dishes everyday, but have cleaning issues. The floor is not clean after their cleaning and I always find black hair in my room....I'm blondy, so cleaners leave their messages to me on the floor😄. Also it's a bit far from the sea, 10 minutes walking, and the road , as everywhere in Vietnam is not safe to cross, but to get to the seaside you must cross 3 roads. Also my room window was facing the....wall.

A fantastic five-star hotel! Even though it's not right on the main road, Grab taxis can drop you off directly at the hotel entrance. The facilities are quite new and everything is spotlessly clean. The staff were all incredibly polite, always greeting guests proactively, smiling as they helped with luggage, and even assisting with the elevator. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and we thoroughly enjoyed it every morning. During our three-day stay, about 50% of the dishes were rotated daily. We booked an oceanfront room, and the view from our window was absolutely breathtaking. There's a swimming pool on the 20th floor, and it was wonderful to go up there to relax, sit for a bit, and enjoy the sea breeze. Remarkably, despite its proximity to the sea, our room wasn't humid or damp in the slightest. The hotel is very close to the beach, and it's incredibly convenient to find food, drinks, daily essentials, currency exchange, and pharmacies nearby.
