Best Westin ever! Fantastic service from Housekeeping team. Real customer service ever! Out of expectation. The team put a mouse pad beside my lap top and even tight up loss wire! Had never experienced such such in Marriott group before!

The location is very good, in the central area of Hyderabad, there is a lot to eat around. The hotel environment is also very good, and the service is very attentive.

The overall experience was surprisingly great. I previously stayed at the Lalit in New Delhi, and I was not impressed with their service. But this is the first time, I am staying at Leela. The rooms were big, and the service was top-notch right from the entrance all the way to the room. Special thanks to Hussain, the main door *** who always with his welcoming smile, Namal and Tulika the receptionist who were very welcoming with their ittar and guidance, Dorothy the waitress who made sure we were well taken care of with a smile and finally Rumanika the room cleaner who cleaned our room especially well and ensured every part of the room is cleaned thoroughly during our stay. Lots of names to mention but I managed to remember only a few of these names. I know this is a new hotel and I believe they will continue to keep this service, cleanliness, and hospitality. Thanks again for the wonderful stay at your hotel and we were very happy with our stay.

We booked a room with family of 3 members for 1 night. Room was good clean and the service was good. Only 2 things i can suggest is 1.)hotel can provide little higher rooms for families as there is sound coming into the rooms when parties are going on. 2.) Check in can be little but faster. But rest of all the things are top standard👍

Had no idea or instructions on how to use the room key to access the alloted room floor. The door would not lock. Beware and know the price of the items on the menu for room service before you order.Morning Tea ordered from the room was the costliest tea we have had during the course of our Trip.

Lovely old hotel, much nicer than the rather charmless new places opening up. Not the perfect location, not much around, but easy access to the metro and not bad traffic. Great breakfast and fantastic value. Highly recommended

Breakfast is very rich, with Western-style bread and fruit. There are various kinds of food from India and some Chinese food. The photo I passed was actually a dinner someday. Looks like there is a parking lot, it is underground.
