We had a wonderful stay at Mirage, it was such a peaceful oasis outside the city, it was very relaxing to sit on the terrace and listen to the birdsong.
We ate at the hotel every evening of our stay, the meals were delicious with plenty of choice. Breakfast was equally as good.
The staff were kind and friendly.
The pool was magnificent, kept spotlessly clean and a pleasure to use.
Would highly recommend this hotel!

The old five-star hotel is located on the Mahaweli River, the mother river of Sri Lanka. It is a must-have hotel for Kandy people to get married. The British service standard is very good. Compared with other Sri Lankan hotels, the check-in and check-out are very fast. The software service makes up for the old facilities deficiencies, it is recommended

Only stayed for one day, the little garden children outside liked it very much. It was quite normal, the facilities were a bit old, and the bathing water was very large, which was much more comfortable than the hotel. But now look back at the picture here, did I live in a fake hotel? In short, I did not come to my five-star standard, more general. Feel more suitable for business people.

Hotel Suisse carries a colonial charm that takes you back in time. The food is good, offering a fair range of choices. However, the dining experience was slightly marred by some worn napkins. The air conditioning in our room was a bit loud, but it didn't keep us from having a comfortable stay. I might look into other hotels in the area next time to experience something different.

Maybe it took too long to find the order, so we were given a suite with a large bedroom + bathroom + living room. 400 yuan includes breakfast + dinner for two people, child free is really very friendly.
It can only be said that the hotel is very old and the facilities are indeed a little behind, but overall the price/performance ratio is very good.

The Trees, Kandy was our favourite stay in Sri Lanka. The rooms are so comfortable and clean. We were welcomed by staff with tea and beautiful lotus flowers. The pool provides fantastic view of Kandy. It’s a shame that our stay coincided with the crowds for the sacred exposition of the tooth relic of Lord Buddha, otherwise we would have enjoyed our stay more. There were a few times staff did forget our orders at breakfast and at the bar, but other than than, thoroughly enjoyed the stay!

The hotel is relatively new, the scenery is nice, and the rooftop infinity pool is a standout. But it can't guarantee 24-hour hot water. If you use it a little more, you have to wait 45 minutes for the water to boil...

The environment is great, right next to Kandy Lake, and the hotel breakfast is also very good. The room is spacious, and the value for money is decent. It's convenient for dining and accommodation, close to all the attractions, and you can take a stroll in the evening.

The most wonderful hotel! We love the Radisson all around the world! This had a beautiful view, fabulous staff and a wonderful breakfast. We enjoyed a drink at the rooftop bar which was fantastic! Our stay, unfortunately, was too short!

Originally booked Grand, who knew that it was cancelled without reason before check-in, it was really speechless, and then I was forced to change this one when I was playing. This one has a good environment, but the location is too biased and there is nothing around. Originally, Kandy is the mountain city, eating is not convenient, The overall view of the top of the mountain is not as good as I booked before, but I can't see anything, because I went out to eat and passed by, the grand location is excellent. The room facilities are old, the roof is covered with foam, the service is not bad, the price is high, and the price is not high. Breakfast is also ordered.

The hotel is on the top of the mountain in Kandy. The mountain road to go is very winding, but the scenery is beautiful. The hotel itself is more like a high-end homestay in China, with a very stylish decoration and a local atmosphere. The room is spacious, with a large floor-to-ceiling window for a panoramic view of the beautiful scenery, and the exquisite bathtub is also very good. What's more worth mentioning is that the staff is very enthusiastic, and all of them have smiles on their faces😊. The most memorable thing for me is that the lady at the front desk is super beautiful and loves to smile. The children especially like her.

We booked a room with a view and it certainly delivered. We had a spacious balcony and could see so much, happily have sat outside for hours and luckily even the sunrise was watchable. Service was really good and staff were extremely helpful. Room was very spacious, bath was amazing and also came with the view. Other facilities we made the most of included the infinity pool, which again came with the view. It was difficult getting to the hotel but that’s what you expect when it’s on a mountain. We would stay again!

Stay for three nights. The hotel is heritage not recommended for a person who is afraid things stay alone. The location is perfect at the front gate of the temple of tooth relics. However, one male GSA do not respond well as I told him that the telephine is broken, the fridge inside is very hot and the light in the toilet is broken so many times. Until I checked out the telephine is still broken, the fridge inside is still very hot. But the light is fixed by an electrician who was recommended by male maid not GSA.FromIDR 924,960

The bed was comfy. The view was amazing. The staff were very friendly. The location is very close to downtown but up a hill so very very quiet. The food is good, EXCEPT the mutton biryani. The view is very good, the environment is OK, the building is very distinctive, including the decoration of the room, but the worst thing is that the hygiene is very worrying, the door is a bit old, the refrigerator is so dirty that you can't get it off, and there are stains under the toilet seat There were urine stains and hair on the bed. The bed was two beds pushed together and it was uncomfortable to sleep on. The quilt was a sheet and was too tight to pull out. It was very uncomfortable to sleep on. The most impressive was the swimming pool on the roof, from which you could overlook the mountains and the valley! The bar had very high quality delicious food and also cocktails. A wonderful hotel, which is difficult to notice from the street and with an inconspicuous sign. As expected, it was found and booked by chance and, alas, only for one night. Friendly staff, who met us with care and sent instructions before the meeting on what to do in case of arrival at an inopportune time. The rented tuk-tuk was driven to the back yard and before leaving, the staff themselves parked it next to the exit (considering the crazy traffic, a deep bow for this 😅). They guided us where to exchange dollars for rupees at a good rate. The room is gorgeous, two double beds for two were not that unusual, I'm just still wondering why they didn't limit themselves to one bed) The pool on the roof with a view of the city deserves special attention, unfortunately I can't rate the cuisine, we arrived late and had dinner in the city, and left early, limiting ourselves to coffee, but the overall impression is extremely positiveFromIDR 486,568
