An absolutely wonderful experience! The front desk service, provided by a Malaysian girl, was exceptional. From check-in to personally guiding me to my room and explaining all the facilities and their use, she was incredibly nice. The room itself was spacious, and the fresh and delicious fruit delivered daily was a lovely touch. Evian water was readily available everywhere. The room was also cleaned promptly and thoroughly. The 31st-floor pool was sparkling clean. All in all, this is hands down the best hotel in Macau. I will definitely choose Banyan Tree again for my next visit.

This is my first time stay in this hotel. Room conditions is good but the pool inside the room is a bit waste because it seems no use except a family stay in with kids. Water, welcome fruit, mini bar really good enough. lighting, room set up is at high level. sauna room is a bit disappointed because no rest room, no wet towel, no 1 time use underwear, the only good is the opening time is at 08:00 - 22:00 which is better than other hotel. the best is the service, front desk and the floor manager very concern the tenant's comments and the reflect action is quick. Definitely will stay again to try their SPA.

Because I'm used to it, I like the hotel feel. Familiar feeling. Moreover, it is very convenient to go to Yaohan, the old street, and it is convenient to eat and shop nearby. The hotel service is also very good. We were upgraded to a luxury suite once. Very praiseworthy. It's a pity that the big fish tank is gone. . .

At least ten likes, free upgrade to sea view room, the handsome guy at the front desk is super good, actively helping the elderly, the room is large, clean and bright, very satisfied! You can also visit the Yuanmingyuan animal head exhibition for free, which is a feast for the eyes!

I checked in early because of Ctrip VIP, but other guests didn't. The room was standard and relatively new, and they gave me a small gift and welcome fruit. They also gave me a subway card, which was unexpected. I didn't plan to take the light rail, but I experienced it and went to the Mazu Temple, which was very popular. The breakfast was OK, but not very good. There was one problem, the shower water temperature was unstable, and it was scalding from time to time. This is unacceptable for a hotel that costs 5,000 per night. In short, I didn't like it very much, nor did I dislike it very much. I probably won't book again.

excellent service by the staff of MGM Cotai, from the reception to the front desk. Very well service by the individual restaurants staff , including the Chinese catering 淳, and 好煱。Very helpful and nice service staff, not only rendering appropriate seats and recommending delicious but suitable dishes, according to the needs of the customers. It was difficult to obtain transportation means in the morning, but the staff , namely Richard Liu of the main lobby, has spent extra efforts to call a taxi for our aged patients. Many thanks to this gentleman and his fellow workers.

One of the most iconic buildings in Asian (one of the ugliest too??) with a great view over the lake from the room. A lot of options for foodies and the food quality was high. Service was good even before the holiday. However, if you are looking for a relaxing and zen holiday, this would not be ideal. The lobby is always packed; it looks like a train station. The interior design of the room... I am not capable of appreciating it (yet). Love the in-room steam shower very much.

Booked this room for the second time as it is really convenient to everywhere. New Yaohan, Senado Square etc. Many small eateries and shops around the corner. Room is huge and I love the amenities and facilities provided by the hotel. Daily breakfast set was flavorful too with some Chinese dimsum / local variety.

This hotel had just opened, and because I have a special connection with London, it had been on my radar. For our anniversary trip, it was the obvious choice. Five days before our arrival, a hotel staff member called to ask about our needs for the stay. They also added me on WeChat to provide important check-in information, including the airport bus connections and details about the Huating Club benefits. **Facilities:** The layout of the living room, bedroom, and bathroom was well-designed and flowed seamlessly. The bathroom fixtures were all luxury brands, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. There was even a foot massager in the living room, which was a thoughtful and friendly touch. **Environment:** All the rooms are designed as suites, making them comfortable and practical. The lobby, breakfast area, afternoon tea restaurant, and cocktail bar all boast an exquisitely luxurious design with a strong British vintage feel. **Service:** From the moment we stepped into the hotel, the butler service made us feel truly at home. After checking in, our butler, Cindy, escorted us to our room and provided a thoughtful introduction. She was available online throughout our stay, arranging meal times and seating, organizing anniversary room decorations and a celebratory cake, and even bringing us small desserts and handwritten cards in the evening. The service was incredibly meticulous.🌹 The restaurant staff also made our experience very enjoyable. A special thanks to Willian, the handsome gentleman at afternoon tea. His warm smile was charming, and his professional and attentive recommendations for freshly made desserts felt like he could read my mind. I was holding a bottle of sparkling water and was about to open it myself when he appeared by my side, providing the perfect service – twisting it open and pouring it for me, all seamlessly. This is the highest level of service. Candra, who worked at the Leadenhall Market breakfast, spoke fluent English and was delightful and incredibly attentive. We went back for breakfast a day later, and he immediately recognized us, greeting us warmly with a special sense of familiarity. Knowing we were leaving after breakfast, he mentioned he had specially made a rose latte for Madame, which made us very happy. I also want to thank Jessica at the evening cocktail bar for making us anniversary fruit cakes for two consecutive nights and for taking photos that beautifully captured the ambiance.❤️ After all that, I haven't even mentioned the amazing food at the Huating Club. The breakfast was so rich it was moving, with various sashimi, seafood congee, seafood noodles, chicken soup with fish maw, various Cantonese dim sum, steak, and lamb chops – all fresh and delicious. And it's available until 1 PM, which is perfect for late risers. After exploring and sightseeing, there's also an excellent afternoon tea with a wide array of exquisite desserts, savory snacks, and beautiful small bites. During cocktail hour in the evening, not only are drinks unlimited, but they are paired with a whole set of beautifully plated snacks, and the offerings change daily – so much thought put into it. The service and food are absolutely top-notch. The experience was fantastic. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I come to Macao next time.

The Londoner Macao is undeniably the benchmark for luxury hotels in Macau! From the moment you arrive, you're enveloped in an immersive British experience. Replicas of Big Ben, red double-decker buses, and the Crystal Palace transport you instantly to the streets of London, making every photo op picture-perfect 📸. The room was spacious and opulent, with an elegant and refined British design. Dark wood furniture paired with velvet sofas exuded quality. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom amenities were high-end, and the toiletries from the British brand Miller Harris highlighted the aristocratic touches. The dining options were plentiful. Churchill's Table offered an English afternoon tea and Wellington beef that were both ceremonial and delicious. The breakfast at Huating Club was even more astonishing, with freshly shucked oysters and lobster Eggs Benedict – the quality was superb. What truly deserves praise is the butler service! They were attentive 24/7, with incredibly fast responses. Before check-in, they proactively communicated our needs, helped reserve restaurants, arranged transfers, and even warmly fulfilled personalized small requests. Their professionalism and meticulousness truly elevated the entire experience. The location is excellent, situated in the heart of Cotai. It's within walking distance to The Venetian and The Parisian, and there's a shopping mall downstairs, making it a one-stop destination for dining, entertainment, and shopping.

A legendary hotel. Designed by Zaha Hadid, with an investment of 6.5 billion, utilizing 28,000 tons of steel, and managed by Lawrence Ho, it opened in 2018. The service is impeccable; guests are escorted to their rooms, and luggage is handled for them. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, and the fully smart features were truly ahead of their time 8 years ago. Don't miss the open-air pool on the 50th floor. Breakfast is served directly to the room. Guests in executive rooms can also have breakfast at the lounge on the 30th floor. It's a semi-buffet style, and the quality is superb. I do have to complain about the behavior of some mainland Chinese guests. Half of them were wearing slippers in the lounge, speaking loudly, playing audio on their phones without headphones, and generally lacking etiquette. Such 'uncouth' individuals really shouldn't be present in such an establishment.
- Muxi456
Stayed for two nights with my child, and it was simply perfect. First off, the design is stunning; the hotel is so beautiful. The room was spacious and very clean. Fresh fruit was provided daily, and the mini-bar was free and fully stocked – we couldn't even finish everything. The turndown service each night was also excellent. Breakfast was a set menu delivered to the room, more than enough, with both Western and Chinese options available. The hotel is also very close to the airport, just a 5-minute taxi ride. All in all, extremely satisfied!

We came to Macau for our anniversary this time. We stayed at Studio City's Celebrity Tower first, then the W. The contrast was so stark that I absolutely had to leave a glowing review for Celebrity Tower. Before checking in, I sent an email hoping they could help decorate for our anniversary. When we opened the room door, the bed was thoughtfully decorated with rose petals and towel-folded swans. The room was a basic suite, very spacious and beautiful. My girlfriend loved the bathtub and vanity area. What was most touching was that the Housekeeping Manager sent us a handwritten anniversary card and a small pony plushie – it was incredibly heartwarming. On the day of checkout, we went for a swim, and the hotel proactively extended our checkout until 1 PM. When I returned to the room after swimming, I found staff members waiting at our door with a luggage cart. They helped us load our bags onto the cart one by one and carefully delivered them downstairs. The butler stayed with us the whole time, waiting for us to sign off on the handover, and then personally accompanied us all the way to the W Hotel. Since the two hotels are not interconnected, the butler specifically explained, 'I need to go with you to ensure a smooth luggage transfer' – such attention to detail completely exceeded our expectations. Compared to the W where we stayed afterwards (they mixed up our anniversary with a birthday, offered perfunctory compensation, and only gave us an hour for late checkout), Celebrity Tower truly made us feel 'at home'. Their service isn't just going through the motions; they genuinely treat you like a valued guest. From now on, whenever we come to Macau, Celebrity Tower will be our only choice. Thank you to the butler and the housekeeping team; you made our anniversary truly special.

Studio City is consistently excellent, and the service is truly outstanding. The staff are friendly, respond quickly, actively inquire about our needs, and enthusiastically provide information about local attractions, activities, and bus routes. When they heard I had a slight cold, they promptly sent a pot of hot water to my room. In-room dining was also very pleasant; the congee arrived piping hot and tasted delicious. The room was clean and tidy, with a turndown service. Complimentary fruits, snacks, and drinks were replenished quickly. That's why Studio City is always my top choice whenever I visit Macau. 🥰 Just a little heads-up for those who enjoy visiting the casino: I recommend booking at The Celebrity Tower (巨星汇) as it's more convenient, being right downstairs. The Star Tower (映星汇), apart from its proximity to the DONKI supermarket, is a bit far from everything else, especially the casino, which requires a bit of a walk. Calling a taxi or taking a bus isn't very convenient either, as you still have to walk to The Celebrity Tower's entrance. That walk can be quite long, though it's very close to the 'Get Rich' 💰💰🧧🧧🧧 bus stop. Personally, I find the main entrance of The Star Tower a bit too quiet and secluded. 🧐 Other than that, everything else is genuinely great. I'm planning to celebrate our anniversary here next time! 🥰🥰🥰

Not the most convenient location, but there’s shuttle buses provided by the hotel to/from the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, The Venetian and The Parisian. Shuttle buses to the hotels at Cotai Strip only starts from 11AM though, would be great if it can start earlier. The staff also made up for it with their service! They were very helpful in directing us to the bus stop that we were looking for, and helped us to break our note to give us small change so that we can get around Macau by public bus. Ron very kindly upgraded us to a sea view room and we had a very comfortable stay!

I usually book my hotels through Trip.com, and they've always met my expectations. This year, however, my stay at Wynn Macau was a bit disappointing. While I did get a non-smoking room, other requests like a higher floor weren't fulfilled. As a long-time Trip.com user, I'm a little let down.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the service is attentive and meticulous. The front desk kindly upgraded us to a deluxe room. The incredible Victoria Harbour night view was absolutely stunning. I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Mandarin Oriental is one of my favorite brands, so staying here whenever I visit Macau is a must. It truly embodies a rich cultural heritage and understated luxury. From the warmly welcoming doormen dressed in traditional Qing dynasty attire, to the bellhops and front desk staff, everyone was wonderful. A special shoutout to the lovely Ms. Ye, the Front Office Manager, who upgraded us to the best view room, personally wrote a card wishing my child good luck on their exam, and prepared a beautiful, delicious cake (with chocolate frosting bearing a message of good wishes). It was such a delightful and touching surprise! Thank you again! Oh, and the bellhop even arranged for a cute cartoon electric cart to take us and our luggage to the neighboring MGM to catch our bus back to Hong Kong 🚌.

It was a wise decision to choose the Mandarin Oriental again for my second trip to Macau. I received a room upgrade and was pleasantly surprised to catch the sunrise. The housekeeping service was incredibly attentive; every evening when I returned to the hotel after resting and before heading out for dinner, I'd find turndown service, a tidied room, and refreshed amenities. The desserts and breakfast were as delicious as always. Very satisfied.

In late May, I took a ferry from Hong Kong's Sheung Wan pier to Macau's Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, then walked 20 minutes to the Rio Hotel. The hotel strictly enforces its 3 PM check-in policy, and there were many guests waiting to check in at that time, so we all had to queue up. The standard room was very spacious (much more so than Hong Kong hotels). I booked the hotel through Trip.com for an average of CNY 450 per night, which included breakfast for two (the breakfast was decent and suited to average tastes). The hotel is very close to Macau's famous landmark, the Ruins of St. Paul's, and is within walking distance. After checking out this morning, I stored my luggage and spent most of the day exploring Taipa. To get back to mainland China via the Gongbei Port, you can hitch a ride on the shuttle bus from the neighboring hotel. I visited Taiwan in 2019, and now that I've explored Hong Kong and Macau, I've checked off all the boxes for my travels!

Our premium sea view room offered a lovely ocean vista – I highly recommend requesting a higher floor. The hygiene was impeccable, making for a very comfortable stay. As for transportation, there are bus stops directly opposite and next to the hotel, covering most of the popular tourist attractions. If you're heading to The Londoner or The Venetian, you can walk just 5 minutes across to Sands Macao to catch their free shuttle bus, which is super convenient. For a hotel on the Macau Peninsula, it offers excellent value for money! Plus, it's only a 3-minute walk straight back from the famous Marco Polo Open Air Plaza.

The bedding was quite comfortable, and the TV channels mainly included local Macau stations, Phoenix TV, and Taiwan's CTi Asia. The toiletries were pleasant, and the hotel itself was very clean. Right downstairs, there's a popular photo spot where you can get a great shot with the Grand Lisboa. It's about a 15-minute walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's. When I checked out, someone helped me load my luggage into the taxi that was hailed for me. On the downside, the air conditioning was a bit noisy, likely due to the older facilities. My room also had a small door, probably connecting to the room next door. Although it was locked, the soundproofing wasn't great, and I could hear children from the other side. Considering the price, it offers pretty good value for money (the price on May 5th was half of what it was a few days prior).
