The hotel is right next to Central Park. Outside the window is the land of New York, where every inch of land is worth a lot of money. Most attractions can be reached on foot. Valet parking is convenient and fast. In addition, there is a subway station downstairs, so transportation is convenient. The hotel looks very old, but it is very well maintained. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with an old-money aesthetic. Water and various special snacks are delivered every day, which is very considerate and interesting. The rooms are cleaned twice a day, and there is never any garbage or dirty towels piled up in the house. The suites have a living room, kitchen, and double bathrooms, and the space is much larger than hotels of the same level. The staff is enthusiastic but not excessive. The doormen, front desk staff, and guest rooms are very friendly and are always ready to provide convenience for customers. I will come again after staying for a week.

*note that due to NY laws, we cannot accept reservations for less than 30 days. In order to be compliant, you must block at least that many days.***New for 2024 - we now finally have a washer and dryer! You wouldn't believe how much of a challenge it was to alter the building to accommodate them!**This apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. That means 3 flights of stairs. For you Europeans and Asians, that's the 3rd floor. Before continuing, please make sure you are ok with this. The stairs aren't challenging but they are there and you need to know about them. We want you to be comfortable so only book this apartment if your entire group is healthy and able. This place is in the best location, it is huge with nice furnishings and everything is brand new as it was renovated just recently. When we say nice furnishings, we mean it. We've spent over $150,000 decorating this place. It looks and feels like a model home. Everything was thought of.Let’s talk about the location first. We are right next to Columbus Circle. That means you can get a quick train ride to anywhere in the city in less than 20 minutes. That said, you won't need a train to stay occupied as it's right next to Central Park! You can walk to Times Square in less than 10 minutes. It's a Midtown address for business travelers and shoppers. For the foodies, Hell's Kitchen is right there. For museum lovers, we are right next to the Lincoln Center and the Upper West Side to reach the Natural History Museum and more. The space is beautiful and huge. This is a completely renovated unit, completed in late 2021. We had the whole floor gutted and rebuilt. All of the walls, floors, etc, are brand new. It's a new place in an old building. It is the entire floor of the building. All three bedrooms are huge by NYC standards. You will not have neighbors. The finishings are all top-of-the-line. The appliances are high-end, beautiful name brand furniture, it's all been thought of. Each room has a queen bed. The electronics are all as lovely as you would expect in a place such as this. I stay here with my family so I spare no expense. When I personally stay at other people's vacation rentals, I'm always disappointed by the quality of their supplies. You won't experience that with me. The kitchen supplies, the furniture, the towels, everything is top-notch. We even have salon-quality hair dryers! Great location in the heart of Manhattan but the hotel was very basic and lacking facilities. Good value for money and great front desk staff who was very helpful. Room was quite large but very basic with both the rooms and hotel in need of a face lift. But for the cost you cant really go wrong as the location is Epic!

The hardware location is perfect, the front desk service is super perfect, the only bad thing is the room service, it's terrible. Location: Opposite the Carnegie Theater, very close. Two blocks away from Columbus Circle, very safe. Such a high-priced place actually has a hotel as big as a one-bedroom and one-living room, 46 square meters really feels full of space. Configuration: The sofa bed is not an ordinary one, it is very large and sturdy after opening, much larger than the single bed in most hotels. Coffee machine, coffee capsules, cutlery dishwasher, microwave. Dining table, each room has a TV, and there are many channels. The one-bedroom has two bathrooms, one shower and one bathtub. Except for the toiletries that really can't be squeezed out, the rest are very good. Free wifi, gym and ice making upstairs. There is no free bottled water in the room. Hygiene: The overall lobby and room are good, and they are cleaned very well. 😡But the worst housekeeping must hang a sign, I encountered it twice: The first time, the waitress knocked on the door and said housekeeping, but she didn't listen at all and didn't wait for a second. I didn't have time to say wait a minute. At that time, I didn't wear all my clothes. Fortunately, the room was big and I was inside. The second time, I was in the bathroom near the door, and a male waiter didn't knock on the door and just swiped the card and pushed the door in, with a huge bang. Fortunately, the bolt was stuck. I was very angry and opened the door to argue with him. He still said housekeeping with a nonchalant look, but he had just done cleaning in the morning, and he changed his words and said he was just checking. Later, I was very angry and said that you should at least knock on the door, and he reluctantly said sorry and left. After closing the door, I still heard him telling others that I yelled at him. In this case, you can call the police in the United States. Every time the housekeeping gave extra tips, and specially wrote a message to remind them that there was a time difference, and they had to deal with emails at night and sleep during the day, but they still didn't get any respect and personal space, and didn't respect the privacy of guests at all. Finally, the front desk was really good, patiently helped solve problems, and prepared everything in advance, which made me very grateful. It can be seen that the grade and level of the housekeeping department is far behind that of the front desk and bellman.

The hotel was amazing the location was also good. The only thing was I there was no room service with a 22month old rooms service is always a good shout. We required milk for the baby and the receptionist said we don’t do this service. The lifts were very tight and of course busy so with a stroller it was always a hit & miss when you can get into the lift. The cleaniness and staff were very pleasant and professional. I would recommend this hotel to other visitors and will stay here again.

Minimalist breakfast. Because I had to leave for Chicago for two days in the middle of the road, I was able to leave my luggage here after I had a feeling of trying and talking with the front desk. I agreed very quickly. So I decided to live here after I returned to New York from Chicago.

Very good hotel close to JFK. Our room was very new and we had a great stay. Only downside is that the windows are not very soundproof. Also there was a lot of (cleaning?) noise in the morning in the room next door. I m not sure what it was but the vibrations of the wall had the phone fall down on our side.

It was a very nice classical style hotel! Personally, I even felt a sense of luxury like the Ritz-Carlton in Osaka. The location is within walking distance from Grand Central St, and you can get to Times Square by subway or taxi. The area around the hotel is very calm, similar to Nihonbashi and Kyobashi in Japan, and there are no shops like DELI or $1 Pizza. I think it's a location for adults. Room facilities such as coffee maker and hair dryer are perfect, but refrigerator and mineral water are not installed. Regarding the location, I think that the convenience and inconvenience will change depending on the purpose of stay, so I can not say anything, but the total evaluation is very high and it is a good hotel!

1. **Prime Location:** Situated in East Midtown Manhattan, it's a quick 5-7 minute walk to Grand Central Station. Subway access is incredibly convenient, and the surrounding area boasts numerous dining and drinking establishments. Plus, it feels very safe. 2. **Stylish Design & Vibe:** The industrial-chic common areas are super trendy, perfect for photos and socializing. The famous rooftop bar (Salon de Ning) offers amazing night views and a lively, buzzing atmosphere. 3. **Clean & Comfy:** Excellent bedding ensures a comfortable night's sleep. The shared bathrooms are impeccably clean, with multiple private stalls on each floor. While the facilities might be compact, they're intelligently designed, featuring abundant USB ports and clever storage. 4. **Good Service:** The front desk staff are young, friendly, and very efficient. 5. **Excellent Value:** Given its prime location in core Manhattan, the pricing here is exceptionally competitive.

In Chelsea, next to the New York headquarters of Google and other companies, there are many luxury stores, rolex, lv, of course, I don’t think anyone will go to New York to buy these; there are also a lot of food, and the starting point of the highline is nearby. As a designer hotel, New York is invincible in the price range of 2,500 a night. My friend said that it would cost 4,000-5,000 in peak season?

The room is not big, and the bathroom facilities are a bit old, but it is comfortable and clean overall. The front desk and room attendants are very friendly and enthusiastic. The location is convenient, less than 10 minutes walk to Central Park, and close to the subway station. There are two food supermarkets across the street, Starbucks and Sephora on the right, and many restaurants with different flavors within a short distance. The most treasured thing is that in addition to the capsule coffee machine, the hotel room also has a microwave, an electric stove and simple pots and tableware. We bought eggs, sliced ham, hamburger billets and rice from the supermarket opposite, cooked porridge and fried eggs by ourselves, and DIYed a rich breakfast that combines Chinese and Western styles. It was great. Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures of the room, so I can only upload pictures of the lobby and exterior.

Stayed for three nights, the general feeling is average. Location: The location is very good and very convenient. It is across the street from Central Station, where you can take the subway to almost any place in New York. There also seem to be buses to and from LaGuardia and JFK airports, but haven't tried them. There are many places to eat, and there is no problem filling up the stomach, but there does not seem to be a particularly good restaurant. Facilities: The hotel itself is very old, so the rooms are older. Although it is a room facing the street, the windows are too small and the light is always dim. The air conditioner in the room was too loud and had to be turned off while sleeping. Fortunately, I don't need air conditioning when I go. If it is summer, it is probably a big problem. Maybe it is an old relationship, the smell of the room is not very good, but fortunately, the windows can be opened a little bit for ventilation. Service: I have only dealt with the front desk and was very friendly at check-in. Overall, I think it is quite satisfactory, there is nothing to be picky about, and there is nothing outstanding. Breakfast is average, not included in the room rate, needs a la carte, not many choices, average taste. Compared to the price, I feel quite disappointed. However, this is the heart of New York, understand. Will not stay again.

Omgosh ... hotel was really nice! Breakfast was excellent and it lasted til 11a, which is pretty awesome for those that like to sleep late. So many options (hot, cold and dry). They offer bacon, sausage, scrambled/cold boiled eggs and breakfast potatoes. Whole fruit (apples and bananas), sliced fruit (melons and pineapples). Cold and hot cereal (oatmeal). Yogurt and granola. You can make your own waffles or pancakes (such a cool machine). Make your own toast and/or select from many pastries or muffins available. So many options! You can even place an order vs. eating from the buffet. They also allow carry-out and to-go boxes. Drink options at the buffet include: coffee, O.J. and apple juice. PLEASE NOTE: There's a separate fee for breakfast if not selected when booking. Having said this, the hotel does not have microwaves in the room, just a fridge. There are microwaves located on each floor though (along w/ vending machines -both are in same location). Our room was spotless and absolutely spacious (no deviation from website)! We arrived way beyond check-in and did call once we knew we'd arrive later than expected. Spoke with front desk staff who assured everything would be OK, only to arrive and find that our room (which was already paid in full) had been given away. The hotel was only able to provide us a King and a rollaway bed. Of course we were disappointed, but the next morning the hotel Mgr. made everything right. Having said that, the rollaway bed is THE HARDEST THING EVER. We bring our own everything (e.g. bedding, cleaning supplies, etc.) so we were able to make it work and make it comfortable. So much so, we'd chosen to not to be moved to the room we'd originally booked. It rained our entire stay which is what caused us to arrive late in the first place (that's a whole 'notha story). Anyway, the hotel had a few small trash bins about the lobby catching leaks here and there, but that didn't stop anything. I barely even noticed. Had I not been recording how beautiful the hotel was inside, I would've never noticed. Parking is $30/day, it's NYC what do you expect? 🤭 There's also parking on the street if you can get spot. Careful though, NYC parking signs can cause confusion for those not familiar with the City's play on words. All in all, this was great stay for us and I'd certainly stay again. Oh, I forgot to mention -I did! Yes, I extended our stay another night because the hotel and location was exceptional! p.s. they also offer a seated bar area. Overall: 10/10✨️

What surprised me most about this store is the service. Although I encountered some minor problems, the staff kept apologizing and helping to solve them. They really put customers first! The environment in the store is very good, clean and spacious, with a wide variety of snacks and drinks, which is good. The problems are handled very promptly. I like this platform. Σ>―(〃°ω°〃)♡→Although there are a lot of people today, the service staff is fully equipped, the service is in place, and the attitude is also very good. We all agree that many designs in the store are great, and the experience is very good. Everyone must come to experience it in person! It meets my needs very well, the ingredients are bright and colorful, and I am very satisfied to be able to taste food of this quality at this price! The ingredients are very fresh, and they are really a very honest merchant. The coupons on the platform are also very cost-effective, and they will get better and better! The service of the brother who takes us to play is super good. He will seriously introduce us to the specific play strategy. The experience is excellent. This is the second time I have come. After being abroad three years and taking a long flight, I stayed here for two nights to get my bearings. The location, airport shuttle service and space were great. The only concern I had was one evening around 11 pm, I was sitting in the lounge when a customer came in but found no service clerk at the desk. He looked everywhere and called several times, but no response. Finally, the clerk came after about 20 minutes. This is concerning because what if a robber had come in instead of the customer?

Happy overally with the stay, but I would recomend using a card for the deposit that you can lock. At 1:00 am, THREE WEEKS after my stay, the hotel attempted to charge $50 on my credit card that I used for the room security. There was nothing that should have been charged, and the hotel advised that ”it was just our system” - no explanation why the ”system” was attempting to charge my card, and there were no incidental charges to the room. I'm glad the fraud guard on my credit card declined the transaction, since I may have missed the charge if I were not alerted to the possible fraud.

This hotel has poor soundproofing. The clatter of dozens of exhaust pipes and boilers filled the air outside the window, making it impossible to sleep. There's a bar on the first floor, and the noise was so loud until 2 a.m. that I had to take sleeping pills to fall asleep. Rooms 1113 and 1115 were right next to each other, and we were woken by the banging of doors. Furthermore, his room light was on all night, shining into ours. Terrible review, terrible review, terrible review. We paid for breakfast and were told it was on the first floor. When we got there in the morning, we were turned away. We couldn't communicate, and after a half-hour of struggling, my diabetic companion suffered from hypoglycemia. I commend the foreigner for his attentiveness to tourists and for promptly providing a cup of sweet coffee and a hot bun. Very kind! I was deeply touched and deeply grateful to this foreigner again.

The hotel is neat and clean. The atmosphere of the environment is nice. I would have visited so many places but it's so cold. it has free breakfast but no gym room. You can still take a stroll down the street if you want to exercise. I will stay here again if I visit NYC. There's no parking lot if you rent a car. It has street parking lot.
