My kids loved the hotel facilities especially the bath tub, they enjoyed it a lot. The hotel staff is also kind and very accommodating especially Andy.
The location is also super nice, hotel is near the MTR, it's very convenient especially if you have children with you. There are also many places to eat near the hotel.
I will definitely book here again if I come back to HongKong.

Almost floor to ceiling full length window offers a panoramic view of luxurious condos on the mountain slopes and the famous HK turf club and all its sports facilities.
Bathroom: Big and spacious too with separate bath tub and rain shower cubicle. Excellent shower pressure. The basin has a mixer but with two separate tap controls. The WC is of standard design.
Housekeeping: Very polite staff who keep the place really clean.
Reception: Very polite and very fast. I emailed them before my arrival and received a reply instantly. I emailed them at 1am during my stay and received a reply instantly. Incredible service.
Concierge: Impressive young staff. They anticipated my needs and acted on it before I even utter a word. And they have excellent knowledge of the area and HK to give us very accurate information and direction.
My wife and friends say ”this is the hotel we will stay again when we come back to HK.”

I don't need to bother taking expensive taxi from airport to hotel for check in and vice versa when I need to travel to airport on my departure day. Excellent location and I think this is the main merit compared to most other features.

|2.56km from city centerGot a very cheap room. So assumed it would be small, but it was by ChungKing mansions standards huge. Bathroom was probably the biggest I have seen. Bed was a double bed. There is not much view given you are facing towards an internal light well. Also facilities all worked very well, with hot water on tap anytime you wanted and shower was powerful. Only drawbacks were the facilities looked a little old and I made the mistake of not keeping the extractor fan on in the bathroom on the first night and a smallish creep crawley was waiting for me in the sink the next morning...so keep the extractor fan on and I had no issues for the rest of my two week stay. There was a kitchen and hot water and coffee all provided. Staff friendly and helpful. I could not get the microwave to work on all occasions but other guests did not seem to have the same problem with it? So for the money it was excellent value.

While I did not use any of the in house facilities, I was pleased with what's in the room. The wifi speed was good enough for me (it was right under the dressing table) and guests could easily indicate when they would like their bedding changed (just leave the same note with the stated instructions on the bed). Free daily replenishment of drinking water in a big glass bottle along with mini kettle were among the welcomed conveniences. When checking out, just drop the room cards in a metal box outside the lifts as pleasantly guided by the hotel staff and that's it.

Requested for late check out the next day and the staff was accommodating.
One thing that the hotel must pay attention to is the cleanliness of the bathroom. The bathtub wasn’t cleaned thoroughly as there’s ***** hair right in the bathtub and stains on floor. The “note” to previous guest was still lying on the floor when we entered the room.
Overall speaking it is valued for money however awareness on hygiene must be enhanced

The space will naturally be larger, but it is indeed a very good choice for guests who need to work! 👍🏻 Regarding the meal arrangement during the quarantine period, the taste is very good, the temperature can be maintained, and the fast service of the staff responsible for the delivery of food! However, we mainly taste Chinese food. For the opinions of the Western Menu, other guests may need to provide it! 🙏🏻 This year is our second experience of quarantined hotels. A great view of the harbor is just a few minutes away. Citibank, 7 Eleven, minimart, Tsim Sha Tsui MRT station are all within walking distance. There is also a self-service laundromat just a few blocks away where you can do your own laundry for less than $60 HKD. I recommend that you do your own laundry and do not pay somebody to do your laundry because they might steal your clothes. It happened to me several years ago and they stole my Tommy Hilfiger shirts. As a person who was born in Hong Kong, I can honestly tell you people in Hong Kong are deceiving and dishonest. I paid everything with cash and I would not trust them with my credit cards. I might come back to his hotel again. the next time I visit. Overall I'm satisfied.

The room was a good size and had a nice bed, a decent size shower etc. It's a little difficult to find; there's a door with a sign next to a cafe and you need to go upstairs for the hostel. There's not really a reception - you need to scan the codes on the door with Whatsapp or Wechat to contact the owner for check in. It's nice though and good value for the area, very close to Prince Edward subway station and lots of nearby bus stops.

|2.39km from city centerWe booked the exquisite room for the much needed space and because we are a family of 2A2C. It has a superb view of TST’s Nathan road and Haiphong Road.
Heres what it consists:
- 2 queen sized bed
- bath amenities (replenished anytime you need them)
- toothbrush set (for kids too!)
- bedroom slippers for all guests
- bottled water provided daily for all guests
- room cleaned and bed made daily
- toilet is a little small but expected as HK rooms are small to begin!
- bed is a little hard to sleep but probably cos we are tired, we still slept pretty okay.
Took us awhile to locate the hostel as it’s not as prominent as hotels around. The check in counter is at another building from where our room is. Location of hostel is super conveniently located right outside TST exit A2. Lady boss is super duper friendly and helped us with any queries we have regarding traveling around HK. She even bought packets of little treats for my kids to eat!
Last day of our stay, we checked out and left our luggages at the counter, came back at night to collect them, couldn’t find our way to take the A21 bus. Lady boss got her friendly staff to bring us to the bus stop and provided us with water. 🥹
Never regretted choosing them for our stay and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a convenient location, especially if you have kids!

|1.6km from city centerAwesome hotel very close to lot of attractions and metro station. You can walk to Kowloon Park, Tsim Sha Tsui, Yau Ma Tei etc within 13 minutes of walking. Or take the lrt exit B1 which is just across the street from the hotel.
The hotel is located on the 5th floor of National Court. The host was very accommodating and you can keep your luggage at the counter after check out if your flights are later in the day. High recommend this place.

|2.39km from city centerI stayed for 1 night. The room I stayed in had bedbugs (10 bed male dorm). I saw 2 of them crawling on my bed curtain, but I don't think I had any bites. I told the manager about it but she said that she didn't believe me because no one else complained. This can happen in even the best hotels, but you have to deal with bedbugs quickly or they will become a big problem. The guest house is generally clean and well kept but the 10 bed male dorm mostly has long stayers and the room smells like it has long stayers, complete with a big pile of junk in the middle on the room.
