The location of the apartment is quite good. There is a subway station on the second underground floor and a Hema fresh food supermarket on the first underground floor. The room has a wide view and is fully equipped. The sound insulation of the room is poor. I am often awakened by the rumbling sound of the water pipe in the middle of the night. The shower head bracket in the shower room cannot be adjusted. If you don't use a large shower head, you can only hold the shower head with one hand and take a shower with one hand. The installation of the faucet in the washbasin is too speechless. You can only wash a towel by the side. What's worse is that the toilet will be blocked as long as it is turned on. I cleaned the toilet myself for two days in three days because I went to the public toilet on the third day. It is estimated that toilet blockage is also a common thing. The apartment has signs and toilet pumps. I have lived for more than 50 years and dedicated my first use of toilet pumps here. There are many sanitary dead corners, such as the dust under the overhead bed is quite thick. I stayed for three consecutive days and the housekeeper said that they are not qualified to clean and even have to take out the garbage myself. In general, the location is good, but the management is not attentive.

This guesthouse is in a charming old Shanghai villa, the Qunxian Villa. The room has windows on both sides, making it very bright and airy, and the environment is excellent! Staying at this hotel is incredibly convenient! It's super close to Dapuqiao subway station and right next to a shopping mall, making shopping and dining out a breeze. Staying at this hotel with my child far exceeded my expectations, definitely a five-star review! The location is excellent, with Tianzifang and Sinan Mansions nearby, perfect for visiting with a baby. Riyueguang Plaza has plenty of delicious food options. I had communicated with the hotel beforehand, and when we arrived, baby slippers and a toothbrush were already prepared, which was very thoughtful. The location is really convenient! So near to the MRT. The rooms are also clean and well maintained. The receptionist, Ms Wu (wear glasses)，was so helpful. On the day we checked out and needed a cab to the high speed railway station, she helped to book a cab on our behalf. The cab driver who took the job was abit rude towards her as there were some errors in the booking details. However, Ms Wu was very professional and resolved the issue without a fuss. Great professional service!!

There are few cars on this road. It is a very suitable place for living. It is comfortable. Their breakfast variety is a bit small. We were given a high-floor room with a view of the park, where we could see the sunset and the fireworks show. Absolutely loved the Legoland Hotel! It opened in July, so there were no strange smells in the room, and it even came with an air freshener. It felt like stepping back into childhood; the bunk bed setup was truly a childhood dream come true. Plus, the bottom bed can actually be pulled out, accommodating both kids and adults – so thoughtful! The hotel also has an exclusive entrance to the park, which is incredibly convenient. Although the location is a bit out of the way, there's a shopping mall nearby with everything you need for dining and entertainment. The hotel offers plenty of activities, and the staff were great at proactively reminding us about booking things. Breakfast had so many options, we ate until 10 AM and felt like we didn't even need lunch! I definitely want to come back next summer to enjoy the pool and water activities again!

I booked a room for two days. Two bottles of water were delivered on the first day, but no water on the second. The room wasn't cleaned, and the ”Do Not Disturb” feature wasn't activated. The trash wasn't emptied, and it couldn't fit in the back, so it just fell to the floor. Newer hotels tend to be cleaner than older ones, but the service isn't quite as good. The stairs to the mezzanine level are quite steep, and I almost twisted my ankle. The climb was tiring. There were no mirrors, the sofa was missing, and the hotel amenities were a bit haphazardly arranged. There was a refrigerator and washing machine. The refrigerator could freeze water, but the washing machine wasn't used, and laundry detergent was provided. The elevator was crowded, making it a bit inconvenient to get in and out. It's very close to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, about 500 meters away, and the Bund, over 1 kilometer away. There are many small restaurants nearby.
