Oh, you're in for a treat! First things first, the staff at this hotel were truly remarkable. They had this uncanny ability to anticipate my every need. It felt like they had superpowers! Whether it was arranging transportation, or simply offering a warm smile, they went above and beyond to make me feel like a VIP. Now, let me paint a picture of the room for you. It was like stepping into a dreamy oasis. The bed was so comfortable and fluffy, it felt like I was floating on a cloud. The room itself was impeccably designed, with stylish decor and all the amenities I could ever ask for; the kitchenette, washer dryer, cutlery and more. It was the perfect sanctuary to relax and recharge after a long day. Just to add and suggest on breakfast could have more hot foods and cooking station; making scramble eggs etc. But what really set this hotel apart was the attention to detail and the genuine care they showed towards their guests. It was evident in the personalized touches, like a handwritten note welcoming me to the hotel or the surprise treats left in my room. It made me feel valued and appreciated, like I was part of a big, happy family. All in all, my stay at this hotel was nothing short of magical. The hotel staff are friendly and responsive. They taught me how to use the self check-in and check-out machine (even though I prefer checking in and out in person). Check out time is 11am, but it was easy to negotiate for a later check out time. You can do that in person, through the phone messages, or from the bedside clock in the room. The staff also gave me a $20 voucher to use at the lobby lounge. The room was upgraded to a king bed with view, newly renovated. The bed was particularly comfortable, and I had a superb rest. The noise insulation for each room was ok, but you can hear the doors opening and closing. The swimming pool and gym are well maintained. Theres sitting areas on the 2nd floor, for hanging out and making calls. The lobby lounge opens at 12pm, so you can order food there. Their grilled squid is fantastic!

This is our second time staying with Msocial hotel, and we got the loft room! Staff members are pleasant and courteous. Nice amenities, including a gym and pool. The room is not particularly spacious, but we appreciate the atmosphere and the room's unique design. Recommended for someone who like the Robertson's Quay neighbourhood 😊

Good location but the cleanliness is questionable, noticed cockroach in the walkway and tiny insects resembling bed bugs crawling on the bed covers. Room also had a musty smell. The staff however was quick to react and helped to change a new room upon reporting about the incident. The new room does look cleaner but I was worrying about the bed bugs all night that I didn't get a good sleep. I don't intend to stay here again.

The hotel lobby is quite unique and the surrounding transportation is convenient. However, the rooms are average and the design of the bathroom can be optimized. The bathtub and shower area are together and the floor drain is slow. The bath towels are a bit off-line and look a bit old. I hope the hotel will update the items in time.

I think this has been one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, not just because it had a swimming pool which is nice in such a hot and humid city like Singapore, but also a gym and a sauna, however I didn't get the chance to use those since I only stayed 2 days and spent most of my time out exploring the city. The rooms are quite spacious and have plenty of storage space, the usual amenities, comfortable beds, and even a tablet that allows you to do things like call the front desk, schedule wake up times, check out local travel tips, etc. The staff were also really friendly and kind, always trying their best to make your stay easier, and they let me store my luggage at the hotel even after checkout so I could explore the city some more since my flight was only leaving later in the day. If I find myself in Singapore again someday soon, I will be sure to book a stay in this hotel.

Pros: I like the design of the room, where I can segregate the toilet / wardrobe area from the bed. The room isn’t big but it makes full use of the size of the room. I like the small corner where I can lounge and have food there. I like the shower where door is a mirror that will not be transparent to anyone outside. The toilet and shower is separately, which I also like. The buffet food is decent and is hot (I rarely come across any buffet food that is hot, thumbs up for that). Cons: The soundproof for the door is not done/ well done. At night, we could hear people closing their doors which is quite disturbing. Even though I was a member, I wasn’t offered any choice of late checkout, which is sad. The bidet in the toilet was very difficult to use - it takes a lot of force to press the lever so that the water is activated. Hotel will need to check that. The buffet range lacks Chinese food for my family as my mother prefers Chinese breakfast - there was only porridge and fishball noodles (and she can’t take yellow noodles). Overall though, I would stay again. The restaurants nearby are good for friends and drinks.

Booked for celebrating my 32 year wedding anniversary. This is my first time in this hotel without any compliment of cake for my stays. Not like other hotels that I had stay to celebrate Wedding anniversary or birthday. And a bit of disappointment in my room faced the sun almost the whole day. The room feels very warm even though I am on the air-con to the maximum low temperature.

It is still a bit far from the subway station and bus station, and it takes 15 minutes to walk. However, the hotel is still very close to Clarke Quay and Orchard Road. It takes more than 10 minutes to walk. There is a supermarket downstairs from the hotel, which is very convenient for cooking. But the price is a bit expensive. There is a low-priced supermarket about 10 minutes away, which is much cheaper. We stayed in the room on the second floor. Every morning, the supermarket downstairs was loading and unloading goods, which made it difficult to sleep. The hotel is cleaned twice a week. There is often no one at the front desk, and you have to contact through what.s, which is a bit inconvenient. There is no shower cap and no slippers. The price-performance ratio is quite high. On the way from Fort banning to the hotel, there is a Hainanese chicken rice restaurant, which is highly recommended. We ate there for 2 consecutive days.

One of the first things I gonna mention is customer service, they are so friendly, warm welcome, and kind. This is an important thing. The location is near the bus stop just walk across the bridge for a few minutes. And the bus stop No. 64,123 I always took Because the bus stop is near the Fort Canning MRT. Hotel room equipment is good but mostly just I have noticed many hotels in Singapore don't use Bidet showers. I got a room on the 9 floor so it was a nice view, the nice view will make me feel fresh and enjoy my stay. I didn't have time to swimming or gym but I went to see the swimming pool, I think it is nice as they show is booking hotel on the trip.com. For mattress I think it’s good for me that I slept well without feeling back Pain.

I often stay in hotels for work but this was my first time trying a capsule pod. The lobby is very small but the check in process was efficient. The whole place felt more like a dormitory than a hotel. The common area was spacious and there weren’t a lot of people when I ate my dinner there so it was pretty quiet. The common ladies bathroom was quite clean but the shower stall in the common bathroom smelled strongly of pee and the body wash was not replenished. I also didn’t like how untidy the bedroom area was but I suppose this has more to do with the other guests than the hotel staff. But I would like to make special mention of the pod itself. It was a lot more spacious than I expected and it was so comfortable. The duvet was of good quality, the kind you would see in a traditional hotel. I just wish the AC was a bit stronger cos I felt hot a few times during the night. There was also a desk and mirror in the pod so you can do your work there if you wished. Overall I guess it’s a good place if you’re on a tight budget but I personally wouldn’t stay here again.

To my surprise for the very first time I didn't realise booking a room with no TV. The room has no television and we aren't informed upon check-in. It wld be nice enough of the staff to inform us earlier instead of us seeing the room without a television. Of cause is a big deal, we aren't those who are glued to the hp. We love to watch movies on the big screen. We went down to the reception, (because our calls was not answered)to clarify on.this matter,. According to the staff he was busy with a guest but I dont see any at that moment. Whatever the reasons are, guest should be informed earlier. Doesn't matter how.late we checked in, late check out is not granted too.

It's right smack in Little India! Probably the most vibrant area in SG! Colourful tirades of friendly people, eateries that offer savoury authentic Indian food and endless shophouses that offer almost every basic I need are all within walking distance. The Hostel itself is never a bad place. For the price I paid for my stay, it does offer the most basics that I need for those days I was there. The daytime staff are all friendly and approachable, always willing to offer assistance when I need one. The hostel could do much better if they have a staff on duty for the night, though.

There were several power outages but they were quickly fixed. Our room was on the third floor and had stairs, but they carried our luggage for us which was helpful. The bed was clean and there was one bath towel and headphones. The shower is in the same room as the toilet. You will need to take precautions such as bringing short pants and slippers that you don't mind getting wet, so those who are not used to traveling may have trouble. They were very kind and looked after our luggage after we checked out.

Studying in curtin Singapore, it is very close to the new school site, 15 minutes by bus, and very close to Clementi. The hotel provides continental breakfast from Monday to Friday, although the variety is very limited, but the breakfast is nutritious enough, especially the ham is delicious Yes, the hotel apartment room is relatively large from what I saw in a Singapore hotel. There is a kitchen for cooking, kitchenware and tableware. The washing machine and dryer are very convenient. There are also food courts nearby, but there is a pasta downstairs in the hotel. The taste of the restaurant is also very good, and it is very close to the west coast park, which is very suitable for running. House keeping is done on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, and it will not disturb the rest too much. Overall, this apartment is very good, very quiet and livable. Great hotel! Located 5-10 minutes from the exits of various metro lines and bus stops. Marina Bay is a 30-40 minute walk away. A very beautiful area, quiet in the morning and coming alive in the evenings: bars and restaurants are located in traditional houses. You can also walk to the office skyscrapers in about 7 minutes. Simple and clear check-in and check-out, no room cards, instead you set a PIN code. The room is small but comfortable. The mattress and pillows, especially the pillows)) are comfortable. The water pressure is good. After turning on the water heating button, hot water flows for 10 minutes. Cons: a small blanket for two, USB sockets charge the phone very poorly (from 20% in 5 hours of sleep it only charged to 45%), but perhaps with a traditional socket it is better. Beautiful lobby, we did not use the cafe, but it looked nice, the prices are average for the city. The hotel smells nice, the shampoo and shower gel in the room also smelled nice, but I didn't like the hand soap at all (but that's subjective) If we come to Singapore again, we will consider this hotel for a repeat stay.

Got a free upgrade to a ‘Lux’ room which was at the back of the hotel, completely overlooked by the hotel behind. We couldn’t open the curtains and there was nothing to see anyway apart from a big grey wall full of windows. Requested a room change and they downgraded us to a standard room which was smaller but had a lovely view of the river and the pool area and a bigger shower! The staff are so friendly, polite and helpful. Thank you! A big thank you to the porters too for handling our bags with care, calling us taxis and generally being really helpful. I think this hotel is in the perfect location allowing you to walk to anywhere of interest in the city within 30 mins. Recommended.

Booked a spontaneous stay over the weekend as I needed a little bit of unwind. A bit of a mixed feelings with the receptionist who checked me in, initial unwelcoming vibes but she warmed up at the end. Room was big, spacious, and clean, bed was huge. Amenities provided were sufficient. A little too quiet at night (which is a good thing) that I had to play pink sound for me to sleep. Otherwise, location is perfect and near all the malls, walkable distance. D9 bakery bakes looks delicious I had it purchase one for myself. Will definitely return in the future.

There is the issue of that guy who lives there and thinks he owns the place, but he didn’t bother me a whole lot. Think of him as a really quirky traveler, and you’ll be fine. The location is very convenient, many places for food and close to the station. The space is quite cleaned and the bed is very comfortable. If you don’t mind sharing bathroom it is good. The breakfast was also nice, possibility of cooking your own eggs. I’m not sure if when is many people it would be same experience as there are not many toilet and the breakfast space is not as big, only one hob. For us it was perfect.

The Transit Hotel is incredibly cold. The rooms remind me of the remnants of the old sovet style communit who placed and importance l on privacy. The upshot is that you will be jetlagged and will be able to acllimstise to the dark and harsh condition rooms. Theres a small gym outside for avid runners and also have a small selection of delicacies for travellers to eat and take with before their flight departs. The showers and toilets are clean.

The location is good. Clarke Quay Metro Station and Clarke Quay Shopping Center are just a few minutes walk away. There are two 7-11 convenience stores next to the hotel. The buses are also much closer than the subway. The minutes are here. The hotel facilities are fairly clean, the air conditioner has no noise, the bed is comfortable and not soft, there are free mineral water and oranges every day, there are not many samples for breakfast, but it is enough, eat in the morning and start the day. The room has a hair dryer, very nice. The front desk can help to call a taxi, there is a lift for the disabled, very practical. The room is very small, the washstand is next to the bed, the 20-inch suitcase barely opens two, and then it is more difficult to open the door.

Stayed here for 4 nights for a short visit to Singapore. Good value and great location, just next to Orchard Rd, behind Paragon mall. Room was tidy and clean, note that they only do housekeeping every second day. Rooftop pool is small but good enough for a quick splash. Don't expect too much of the gym, which is very small, it only has a couple of treadmills as well as free weights. All in all, a very decent place if you're looking for a budget option close to Orchard Rd.

Mary, Maica, and Carms were excellent team that help me in everything that I requested, thanks to all of them. The room was quiet at night even it is in China Town. Plenty good restaurants, near to two SMRT stations, ”China town” and ”Maxwell”, The cleans of the room was amazing and in the same floor you can wash and dry your clothes free or charge. The cooking stuff enough to cook a regular meal. Decent Internet speed. Easy check in and out. quick to revert the deposit to my credit card. Overall wonderful stay

Was told to pay $100 cash deposit when I arrived, didn't have cash so I paid via paynow which they say will take 3 working days to refund. The room was not like what the picture shown, didn't have the steps like what you saw in the picture. There is no bottled shampoo and soap like usual hotel, they only give small pack of soap, luckily i brought my own. The TV was unable to play video at all despite it having the youtube app. The environment was also rather noisy at night, couldnt really sleep well.

Loved our stay at The Clan Hotel! It’s conveniently located right next to Telok Ayer train station with lots of cafes and food options in the area. The room was spacious and beautifully designed in a modern heritage style. We were welcomed with a complimentary tea ceremony and lots of in-room refreshments as well. The only underwhelming part of the experience was the hotel breakfast - the spread was rather small and food tasted mediocre. The pool and gym also have limited capacity but the pool is open till 12 midnight and the gym is 24/7 so that makes up for it!
