The sea view is unbeatable; opening the window, I was truly stunned by the beautiful ocean vista. If you're booking this hotel for the sea view, you won't be disappointed. However, the cleanliness doesn't quite live up to the Hilton brand standard. The bedsheets were pilling, and the bathroom had a noticeable odor, like a drain. If they paid a bit more attention to details, it would be much better. The hotel facilities are extensive, and there's a wide variety of breakfast options, though my Chinese palate found them a bit hard to get used to. Also, there are very few Chinese guests here, and the service seems a bit more geared towards Westerners. If that bothers you, you might want to reconsider. The rooms were clean and tidy, the environment was superb, the greenery, pool, and bar were all fantastic, and the sea view was stunning, with some sections resembling the crystal-clear waters of the Maldives. However, there were very few Chinese guests at the hotel. A small number of staff were noticeably more enthusiastic towards Caucasians than towards Chinese guests, but when asked, they were always helpful and there was no obvious discrimination. Typical Egypt with its typical nuances.
There's a high turnover of people; to eat, you have to try to find a place inside, and if outside, you have to manage to eat before the crows eat your food. The food selection is average, as is the quality (my tummy was pretty upset after my last dinner).
I stayed in the ”new” building, 6232. It's the very last building on the left side of the sea pool.
As far as I know, compared to the old building, it's Luxury.
I had virtually no complaints about the room. The lights worked, the air conditioning worked, the shower/toilet worked. The linens didn't feel fresh at all, though...
There were ants wandering around the refrigerator, but that must have been something the previous guests left for them to eat.
The room was superficially cleaned; beach sand from previous guests remained during my stay and never disappeared.
The staff were top-notch! On beer since 10:00 and with the vibe of the 2000s))

I believe the Meraki hotel is allegedly the No. 1 party central hotel in Hurghada. They have a great entertainment team who makes sure there are endless parties. The staff is always attentive and offers great help when needed.
There’s one special person who I MUST give a special shout out to, and that’s Naglaa from the wellness and spa team, she is always smiling and serving an incredibly welcoming energy and has been the kindest to us.
Others incredible staff includes Osama from front desk; Shady from the Munchery buffet; and Dasha from the entertainment team too.
My favorite spot in the whole hotel is definitely the shisha tent, all of their staff were extremely nice, polite and efficient.
The only side note I have is the Greek restaurant, although the staff there is attentive, the food can also use an upgrade, other than that, I would love to come back to this hotel in the future, perhaps with a bigger group so we could enjoy the parties more.FromSAR 736

The buffet is quite extensive (featuring a wide variety of European and American cuisine, with a large selection of breads and desserts). If you opt for a meal plan, you can stay entirely within the hotel grounds. However, the rooms are rather old and basic, and while the cleanliness is acceptable, I didn't (and dared not) check them closely, so I just wiped them down again myself (I have a slight obsession with cleanliness). The staffs at the hotel and their hospitality was incredible. The facilities were super clean and there was lot of hard work from the staff to clean and monitor it. There were lot of fishes if you are snorkelling. I stayed in Block 8 and moved to block 4. Block 8 was very modern and nice however the water pressure seemed low in top floor and there was some smell from bathroom drain. The cleaner Mohamed in Block 8 is amazing chap, he kept the place sparkling clean. I have to appreciate the chefs and waiters for offering a great dining experience along with a safe and delicious food. The security is top notch. Thanks a lot for the great service. People are friendly and offer a great service, so I highly recommend it.
The snorkel kit at the resort is of great quality. You get everything you need in the resort as there are lot of shops and activities inside. There are tip boxes in resturants and for cleaners we can tip per service. I was not sure how to tip security / receptionists a tip etiquitte policy or notes from hotel will also be good.

The price/performance ratio is quite high. The twin room I booked is probably sold out, and we were upgraded to a family room. The resort is very big, but friends who are traveling with us feel that it takes too long to walk. This is not the hotel's problem, but the friend's problem. We had a very pleasant stay at the Bellagio, the hotel is about twenty minutes from the center but with Uber prices it is very accessible!
The hotel has everything you could need, a huge swimming pool, as well as others for the little ones.
Activities are present every day.
The meals are diverse and varied, but still very fatty, it takes a little time for your stomach to get used to it!
We had an electrical incident in our bungalow and we were upgraded to a jacuzzi room at no extra cost. Thank you to reception for this gesture!
Just one negative point, the manager of the cosmetics shop near the swimming pool is a crook, he never gives the same prices, one time €10 then the next day €25. For a moisturizing cream bought at the small shop near the reception it was €5 and he wanted to sell it to us for €25 even though it was exactly the same! And we had the same experience with him for a bracelet sold for €1 that he wanted to sell us for €5!
A piece of advice: don't buy anything from this person who is just dishonest, go instead to the reception shop or the 3 pyramides store next door!
A small negative point also on the nuisances committed by the children in the swimming pool, it is horrible, they play with their balls and people get shot in the head, they splash everyone, the lifeguards although very nice do not say absolutely nothing, we are obliged to intervene ourselves to calm the children, we should create a space for ball games that would allow people wanting calm to rest!

And when diving on the first day of the two dives, there is still 100-120bar before the boat rises, and there is no reason. On the second day, another dive guide kept asking us to buy a photo package instead of throwing the phone on the spot. It was a very poor experience.
The hotel’s private beach is not very good, the water is muddy, there is nothing to see when snorkeling, and there is no living creatures. The water quality is not as good as the hotel’s private beach in the city center.
The only bit of food is okay. But the beer is mixed with water.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel in Hurghada! The room was beautiful, spacious and very well maintained. I particularly enjoyed the view, which was a nice surprise that I did not expect.
As soon as I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist who checked me in. He spoke excellent French and immediately made me feel at home. One of the porters was also very friendly and professional.
At the Italian restaurant, Fouad is a real gem, and the waiter Abdo offered impeccable service. As for the spa, Maryam and Aya, as well as the masseuse (whose name I unfortunately did not remember), were simply incredible. The entire staff is highly qualified, attentive and always eager to make the guests' stay unforgettable.
The atmosphere is calm and pleasant, and although I traveled alone, I never felt uncomfortable, quite the contrary: everything was perfect for relaxing. The beaches are absolutely magnificent.

I was amazed when I first saw this hotel. The price is more than 400 RMB for two nights and the environment is very good. We wore a blue hand ring for our left hand. The hotel restaurant had free breakfast with the hand ring. The room for two people was booked with three beds. The space is also large. all good. Don't expect much from the room amenities; they're comparable to older Marriott hotels in China. The public areas are beautiful, but the service is mediocre. The breakfast tablecloth was left untouched by a guest eating on the table in front, leaving me to use it. I reported the poor service to the front desk, but they only gave a bland response and didn't take it seriously. For a 2,000 room rate, the service doesn't match the quality; don't pay for this place. It's a Baron Palace, but the waiters are the barons, and the Chinese guests are the targets of his arrogance. It was a pleasant stay at Prima Life Makadi.
The staff was extremely nice. I requested a room in the ground floor to ensure an easy accessibility for my child's stroller and they gave me a very good room with the specs requested. The food was very good, not a huge list of items but with a delicious taste.
Animation team was a active and they do a great job entraining the guests.

Because I stayed one more night and booked two more times, I'll say a few more words. The weather was cold when I went there, so I didn't go to the sea. The hotel's beach is average, but the sea view is beautiful from a high place. This hotel and the castle hotel are both in a relatively far area. If you sign up for a sea trip, you usually have to pay an additional $5 per person for pick-up and drop-off. We had a rest in the beginning of March 2025. We liked the concept of the hotel very much, low houses in Moroccan style, very beautiful landscape around (it is obvious that people pay attention to it), the beach is quite large with soft sand and good entry into the water. The staff is very friendly, helpful. The animators are great, they try very hard to entertain the guests. 1 hotel in Egypt that I came across, where there is tomato juice) Relaxing atmosphere, especially in the evening by the pool. The food is good, but we were not in season, I think that when 100% occupancy in the restaurant and bar there will be queues, so they are not very big in size. The most satisfying hotel on our trip! The overall design style is exotic and unique, I couldn't stop taking pictures! Completely different from Sanya, it's definitely worth experiencing. I regret only booking 2 nights. It was too cold to swim in the sea when we arrived in the afternoon, and we spent half a day island hopping and dolphin watching! It felt too rushed!
I emailed them beforehand requesting a quiet room, and they gave us building 5. It was a bit far from the lobby and restaurant, taking about 5 minutes to wait for a buggy, though it was also walkable. You can snorkel right off the beach downstairs, and there are lots of small fish around, but the sea was a bit chilly in February, so I didn't spend much time in the water!
The interior of the room was a bit dated, but for a beachfront room, it was quite well-maintained!
The surroundings are quite isolated, it's a 30-minute drive to the city, so it's really an all-inclusive resort. Although there are many restaurants, the variety of dishes is pretty much the same. Only the restaurant in the main lobby, which is only open for dinner, was good.
I didn't feel any differential treatment, maybe I just have a relaxed attitude and focused on having fun!
There was a light show at night, and the activities were quite varied.

It was a perfect experience for me. Me and my wife had fun so much. I strongly recommend Hotel Pick Albatros Resort Palace. Their services were awesome. There is only one serious issue I had. I wanted to join Orangerr Bay tour with my wife. Hotel Reception suggested me to work with Mr. Ayman Kady and Mr. Kady managed us a boat tour company called ”Ayaa”.
I wanted to go diving but there was a misunderstanding. There was a one diving instructor guy of ”Ayaa” boat tour company. He was very rude towards guests. He was giving me attidude because of misunderstanding but also there were another couples who faced organisational issues of Ayaa as well. I asked him why he is giving attidude towards us and suddenly he started to shout at me and other 2 couples. He used many bad words against Germans and Deutschland.
He mentioned that we have to act like according to his wishes because we are on his boat and in his country otherwise he would kill us diving insttuctor mentioned.
Anyway I called Mr. Ayman Kady immediately when I was on the boat and thanks god there was internet connection eventhough it was too low and he called his boss and we changed boat tour immediately in diving break. Thanksfully he saved my day to be destroyed because my wife so scared and very unhappy.
Eventhough It was nice experience but I do not suggest you to work ”Ayaa” boat tour company you can mentione that to Tour guide Me. Ayman Kady of Pick Albatros Resort Palace Hotel.FromSAR 705

Highly recommend especially if you are a family with young kids. We went as a group of friends and still enjoyed it, the water park has slides suitable for adult fun and also kids with a special area for kids only. The only negative is that the beach is a bit of q walk away, however there are consistent shuttle buses. The reception team and manager are very polite and helpful, the life guards and water slide guards are all very nice and are there for your safety and happiness. The food was amazing, there is also food all afternoon by the pool. Pools are big and there are more than one with an all adult only pool for pure relaxation. Very safe resort just keep your belongings near to you. I want to give the biggest thanks to the animation team, they are the ones who made this holiday, from day time entertainment to evening shows and night outs, they truly look after you from their hearts wanting you to have a great time in Egypt.
