POSITIVE. Location, professional and kind staff.
NEGATIVE. The resort fee is too high; $410 for a 10-day stay seems very expensive for what it includes, which is limited bicycle use, two loungers, and a beach umbrella. For example, we didn't use any of these services but still had to pay for them. I don't think it's fair to pay for a service you don't use. I believe it would be better to only charge guests who request these services. Another negative aspect for us is the deposit; $100 per night seems excessive. However, the most negative part is the waiting time for the refund. IT'S BEEN 18 DAYS TODAY, AND WE STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE REFUND. Our experience was very bad. Check in took 30 minutes. We went to the beach to discover there was NO BEACH CHAIRS available. Just terrible. We had to lay on our towels in the sand.The front desk person was a trainee and did not have the correct knowledge of the rooms as she said one of our rooms had a partial beach view when in fact it had a front beach view. We also used the private beach! Please note that service to both the pool and beach ends at 5pm. It was great that there were refillable bottles in the room and water could be refilled anywhere in the hotel! It's more eco-friendly than plastic bottles. We upgraded to a spacious junior suite, which was a great choice! Our family of four had plenty of room to spare. The bathroom was spacious, with a separate shower and chair. The amenities also had a nice scent.
It was easily accessible from the airport, and we arrived in about 15 minutes by Uber for about 3,500 yen!

THIS LOCATION is so perfect some don’t realize it. That’s fine with me. I will always be able to book. When you come to the beach it’s for drinking and partying probably. This is a great resting stay for the keep it moving type of person. The front desk are really nice ladies if you get to know them. They are 50% of my return they been doing this a long time and are real people with with problems too.
Food for thought
Remember gratuity is a thing when eating in Miami

I would totally recommend this hotel , it’s fresh the location is great the staff all friendly pool was lovely beach was lovely drinks are great but expensive and that goes for food too great but expensive. The breakfast range is outstanding but again pricey.
My only gripe was the extra $18 dollars a day per person which we were not told about for using the facilities? And we lost a whole day and night due to our flights being cancelled and they didn’t want to give any refund and wanted to still charge us the $18 dollars per person for the day we were not even there. We did argue this they took it off but refused to refund the night stay for 2 rooms was $500 so a considerable amount to be out of pocket.

San Juan was extremely accommodating. Due to rowdy out of control spring breakers Miami Beach completely closed down come 8pm every night. We found no point of staying in Miami due to these outside circumstances. We explained this to the hotel and they allowed to check out early with a refund for the remaining days. The beach is almost deserted, but the scenery is okay even if it is not a private beach. Although there are fallen leaves in the swimming pool, it is not very dirty. Environment: The hotel is located in South Beach. The beach is on the left side of the door, and the scenery is beautiful. The balconies of all hotel rooms are diagonally facing the beach.
Facilities: The room is large, with a separate bedroom and an external leisure area, equipped with an induction cooker and a microwave. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub to choose from. The disadvantage is that the facilities are a bit old, the shower head is very dirty, and the towels in my room are a bit dirty, rusty, etc. The washbasin is blocked and the water is draining very slowly.

The room smelt damp, mouldy… not the best smell for a RC hotel. They shut the A/C down one night for maintenance and the room got uncomfortably hot. That then teamed with a fire alarm at 1am & then again at 5am (obviously caused by the work being carried out) was not a great night stay. Excellent hotel, which is located on the second line from the water, no problems with this, it's still only 2-3 minutes to walk.
The city is very big and the beach is long, so I advise you to rent a car right away if you choose this hotel, otherwise the rest will only be on the beach, the distances from this hotel to everything else are very large.

Service at the pool took long (ordered a beer bucket, so no mixing)! Refreshment lounge keys did not work, had to walk through all the hotel buildings again. Elevator in Tresor tower took forever since two were out of service, late check out was obly granted after asking personally at the reception but denied when calling guest services (20Minutes in line)!

(38F) I stayed at Esme Miami Beach for one night before taking off on cruise. Wished I booked an earlier flight so I can venture out in the area. It's located right in the center of Espanola Way where there's a ton of food options and night scene in Art Deco district. The bellman helped and guided me straight to my room (sorry I can't remember his name but he was on staff 11/26 evening), he gave some pointers on food and beach within walking distance. The room size was perfect for me as I was traveling alone. Love the bathroom set and it was huge! I got up early to take advantage of their rooftop pool. It was relaxing as it was clean and quiet. I later grab lunch at their bar/cafe there also. Before heading to the cruiseport, I dropped my luggage off at the front desk to hold while I walked over to the beach which was like 5 mins away. the location is good. checking in was ok other then you have to pay for parking in the garage. we had to change our room two times. doing to the fact the bathroom every time we took a shower water got every where and we had to keep cleaning it then mold in the bathroom. then the next room ac didn't work . then day of check out when check out was at 11 we left to go get breakfast and when we came back it was around 9:45am and they were cleaning out our room and felt like we were getting pushed out. i wasn't happy about it at all. the pictures they have of the hotel isn't their hotel it's the hotel next door.FromPHP 5,049

|0.09km from city centerThe room smelt damp, mouldy… not the best smell for a RC hotel. They shut the A/C down one night for maintenance and the room got uncomfortably hot. That then teamed with a fire alarm at 1am & then again at 5am (obviously caused by the work being carried out) was not a great night stay. After all a hotels basic fulfilment is for a place to sleep!! The staff at the hotel were great 5 star service from the beach, pool, doormen/valet and checkin.
