The apartment belongs to the UHA group. Be sure to pay attention to the place where the key is not in the same place as the hotel. First whatsapp contact UHA to get the office address and gate password. Go to the key yourself. Go to the hotel again. Less wrong roads. The location is very good, there is a swimming pool with sea view. 10 minutes grab drive from Legoland. You can cook your own basic cookers. Suitable for a family of four.

The view is excellent. Quiet place for a slow pace holiday. Do note there's no gym available. Only a level 7 swimming pool. The other 2 pools which I am looking forward we cannot use. Below there's a food court which sells good roti prata and nice fried chicken. And a small super market. About 15 mins drive to bukit indah town.

Communication from team was crisp. Easy to collect keys from mailbox. Crockery in kitchen is very limited. Rooms need to be deep cleaned and maintained. There were so many spiders and ants in the room. Spring mattress average comforting. For 2nd day room service didn't come to clean the room. No water bottles supplied. Parking was provided in visitor parking, no direct access to lobby.

Extremely beautiful scenary. Super high class, HOST IS SO POLITE AND KIND. I had a late check out she didn't scold me but still welcome me back. Also allow me place luggage at security guard area. THE SECURITY AT JOHOR IS AMAZING. SURELY NOT LIKE THOSE PEOPLE ACCUSE THAT BAD. SURELY WILL VISIT AGAIN. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I NEVER BEEN IN SUCH HIGH FLOOR IN MY LIFE AT A BALCONY, SO GRATEFUL TO FOUND THIS LUCKY GEMS.

Detailed instructions given by the management of the apartment (home stay) on the check in and check out process providing a seamless access to the apartment unit. The apartment unit is clean and has many facilities such as swimming pools, squash court, table tennis, children playground, etc. Food wise, just below the apartment is the R&F mall where you can find food and beverage stalls and shops. Walking distance to city square. So you can find lot of good food in this area.

The stay at R&F was generally good but there were some down sides: - the R&F mall is practically empty - this particular apartment was a bit run down and a bit dirty. - one of the benches has a tear in it - electric switches for the fans in home can be a bit confusing to use. - one of dining chairs feels flimsy and about to break. - dining options are not that cheap or worth the money Good sides: - air con was decent - has cooking stove and electric equipment - washing machine - decent balcony and comfy furniture - Jaya grocer is near

The apartment was quite troublesome in terms of check-in procedures as you require to go to the agency to collect key and then walk to the apartment as it is located in another building. The amenities are good as there are many kitchen appliances provided, including microwave oven and oven. However the beds are super hard and difficult to sleep in, and only 1 toilet (junior master bedroom) has the heater working but not the other 2 (living room and master bedroom). Hope they are able to rectify these to provide more comfort for the customer to enjoy their stay better.

A very nice scenery view from 31st floor, with superb cleanliness. Except the drainage flow rate quite slow in the bathroom but not significantly affected the trip

Felt safe and assured staying at the accommodation. Room is clean and maintained. While not the fault of the property owner, found the area around the accommodation to be a bit despondent - the pandemic has really made it very difficult for developers and businesses to prosper or even to maintain. Hope that with a bit of time, the Puteri Harbour area will thrive again (much like the revitalisation of central JB and the crowds coming back). Will definitely come back to Almas.

3 adults and 2 kids stay. Like: - location near to Legoland - bed in main bedroom is big and comfy. - air con is strong enough. Ceiling fans provided. - management help replace faulty water flask on same day. - nice and big swimming pool. Dislike: - nearby no place to buy food nor supermarket. Need to take taxi 10-15 mins away to shopping mall. - jacuzzi is dirty, and cockroaches around at night. - bed at living area, height is quite low for adults. - Balcony is dusty. Area is small, not really suitable to sit outside to enjoy view. Not recommend to open balcony door esp at night. As we did that and cockroach came in.

the location of the hotel is not bad. there's food nearby and its away from the busy city so its more peaceful. the check-in instructions given was clear. however, i guess the room has been quite some time since someone checked in cause the bathroom had spiderwebs and some areas were dusty and the utensils they provided was dusty as well. there were only knifes, no fork and spoon. but the oven and fridge are working well. best part about the stay was that the tv has netflix. and i like the simple concept of the house. would come back to stay again.

The facilities are very good, it is a local villa area, very beautiful, the landlord is also very good, and provide a lot of help. The only thing that is not perfect is the 30 Singapore dollar sanitation fee, which is not cleaned. It is said that it will be cleaned only once in 7 days. We only live for three days. We do n’t have cleaning tools ourselves, which makes us unreasonable.

Open the window is the kitchen or something, the smell is a bit big, so I didn't open the window. It is best to adjust the position of the air conditioner so that it is directly opposite to the bed, and it is cold and not hot.

The boss is very nice! They also gave us a box of mooncakes. The hotel environment is great. It must have been newly renovated. The kitchen and laundry equipment are very complete. We washed all the dirty clothes we had saved for several days while traveling. The room is also equipped with a laundry bag and coffee machine. , the Chinese at the front desk is also good. If you can't communicate occasionally, use the translation software 😅. There is a small problem, because the house facing the street will be noisy at night. It is recommended to make the balcony sliding door a new one with better sound insulation. The old sliding door has too big a gap. No soundproofing possible.
