We booked a Japanese-style room for four with futons on tatami mats. The bedding was a bit firm but acceptable. The room wasn't very big, but it was very clean.
The hotel's location was great, right in the city center. There's an art museum on the second floor of the same building, featuring a Picasso painting, but photography isn't allowed. Admission for adults is 1000 JPY. In this regard, it doesn't quite measure up to the Getty Museum, which is massive, free, and permits photography.
The hotel breakfast offered both Japanese and Western options and was very generous. Nearby attractions include Kawagoe Ichibangai and Hikawa Shrine, where you can pray for good fortune.
I'd like to extend a special thank you to Ms. Furuhashi at the front desk! I was trying to book ferry tickets online from Aomori to Hakodate but encountered a problem; I couldn't navigate the Japanese website. Ms. Furuhashi very patiently helped me book tickets for my whole family on her phone, a process that took a full 40 minutes. She solved a huge problem for me, as all our subsequent hotels were already booked, and if we hadn't secured those tickets, our entire itinerary would have needed to be rearranged. We can't thank her enough! We're currently on the ferry to Hakodate, and I'd give her ten thousand thumbs up!👍FromTRY 2,807

It's just a 10-minute walk from Omiya Station, entirely accessible via a pedestrian bridge. What a pleasant surprise to find there's even a direct connection to Sonic City Hall for concerts! During check-in, I was delighted to meet a Chinese-speaking staff member. The room was immaculately clean, and the view from the window was fantastic! The location is great, especially for accessing Shinsadong. Considering Shinsadong is generally a bit off the beaten path, this location is actually quite good.
The welcome drink, however, was disappointing and its availability seemed inconsistent. As for the complimentary amenities offered at the entrance, I felt some staff members gave me judgmental looks, making me feel watched – as if I was taking too many. This was strange because I only took one per day, or sometimes none at all, yet I still had this odd feeling of being monitored.
On a more positive note, housekeeping was incredibly quiet, which was perfect for relaxing even if I slept in late. I enjoyed the train view from my room (though I understand not all rooms have this). Overall, most of the staff were friendly. The bathtub was small, but the water quality was excellent.FromTRY 2,313

It's close to the station, so it's easy to find and I didn't get lost. I was there after an event at Saitama Super Arena, so it was great that it was close to the arena. However, the amenities included lotion and emulsion, so I bought them at a nearby convenience store. It was good that the convenience store was on the second floor, but it would have been better if they had lotion and other items. I'd like to use it again next time.FromTRY 2,051

First time in Japan, to watch Yuzuru Hanyu's ice show in Saitama, a friend recommended the hotel, close to the station, very convenient for taking the bus, very friendly front desk service, excellent soundproofing in the room, stayed for 4 nights, the air conditioner was not turned on and it was not cold, the windows were large, the view was good, the breakfast was also delicious, but I found that Japanese people eat very little, I would always add more if it was not enough. I picked this hotel for a concert I was attending in Saitama. Its location is fantastic – just a five-minute walk from the subway station. Plus, there's a McDonald's and a 24-hour ramen shop (which was delicious and very popular with locals!) conveniently close by. You'll also find a FamilyMart and a 7-Eleven right outside the hotel entrance. The lobby has a lovely, welcoming feel, and the complimentary self-service coffee and drinks available from 2 PM to 10 PM were a thoughtful touch. I used it for a live performance at Tamaari.
There were many types of baths and saunas, and I didn't have much time not to use them, so I used them whenever I wanted!
On Saturdays and Sundays, there were a lot of couples and they were flirting all over the place, so it was hard to see where to look, but maybe that's why it's so relaxing.
I thought it would have been helpful if there was a refrigerator in the room, but there were plenty of original drinks and ice cream, so I might not have to worry about that too much.FromTRY 3,307

* **Spacious Rooms**: The room size is quite generous.
* **Fresh Air in Non-Smoking Room**: The non-smoking room felt fresh and not stuffy, even though the window couldn't be opened.
* **Great Views from High Floor**: Being on a high floor offered a distant view (the temple next to the hotel is visible in the bottom right corner of the picture).
Things to note:
* **Thick Duvet in Summer**: I visited in the summer, and the duvet provided was too thick, though the bathrobe was just right.

The young man at the front desk of the store has a good attitude and is very kind. Every question will be answered. The older ones may have been cheated by Chinese people before, so they are very wary. For example, when you leave the hotel, you must hand over the key to the front desk for safekeeping, and after checking out, you must leave the hotel and cannot wait in the lobby. Compared to Omiya Ward: It's like Tainan, with its convenient transportation; Taipei's cleaner and quieter East District; Nangang, more suitable for living; or Taoyuan, a pedestrian paradise.

The 12 PM check-out time was incredibly convenient for us late-risers. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and we'll definitely be back next year!FromTRY 2,204

The room was quite spacious, but the double room only had a 1.6-meter bed, which was a bit cramped for two adults and one child. Breakfast was average, but the snacks were quite delicious. The location is fantastic; it's right next to the station exit, and there's a food court downstairs. Everything you could want for eating, drinking, shopping, and more is nearby!FromTRY 2,743

This is a 4-star chain hotel located in a major city. Here are the highlights:
* **Spacious Rooms**: The room size is quite generous.
* **Fresh Air in Non-Smoking Room**: The non-smoking room felt fresh and not stuffy, even though the window couldn't be opened.
* **Great Views from High Floor**: Being on a high floor offered a distant view (the temple next to the hotel is visible in the bottom right corner of the picture).
Things to note:
* **Thick Duvet in Summer**: I visited in the summer, and the duvet provided was too thick, though the bathrobe was just right.
* **North Entrance on Second Floor**: The north entrance is on the second floor, requiring an escalator ride up. The outdoor signage on the ground floor is only in Japanese.

My only minor complaint is that the standard room was a bit cramped for a family of three.

Free coffee, green tea, black tea, hot water and ice water in the lobby, really convenient!

It's very convenient to walk to Omiya Station for 6 or 7 minutes. The basic double room is small and two boxes can't be spread out at the same time. The breakfast is very good, both Chinese and Western. There is free coffee in the lobby all day, and the front desk service is also very polite.

The bathtub was small, but the water quality was excellent.

The hotel's location is really close to Omiya Station, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. It's also super easy to get to Tokyo from here. There's a large 24-hour 7-Eleven right across the street, so you can pretty much find anything you need nearby. The rooftop onsen is quite spacious and available 24/7. The smoking room on the same floor is very clean and even has vending machines. The service was good. Overall, a solid choice.

We booked a Japanese-style room for four with futons on tatami mats. The bedding was a bit firm but acceptable. The room wasn't very big, but it was very clean.

I'd like to use it again next time.
