We booked a Japanese-style room for four with futons on tatami mats. The bedding was a bit firm but acceptable. The room wasn't very big, but it was very clean. The hotel's location was great, right in the city center. There's an art museum on the second floor of the same building, featuring a Picasso painting, but photography isn't allowed. Admission for adults is 1000 JPY. In this regard, it doesn't quite measure up to the Getty Museum, which is massive, free, and permits photography. The hotel breakfast offered both Japanese and Western options and was very generous. Nearby attractions include Kawagoe Ichibangai and Hikawa Shrine, where you can pray for good fortune. I'd like to extend a special thank you to Ms. Furuhashi at the front desk! I was trying to book ferry tickets online from Aomori to Hakodate but encountered a problem; I couldn't navigate the Japanese website. Ms. Furuhashi very patiently helped me book tickets for my whole family on her phone, a process that took a full 40 minutes. She solved a huge problem for me, as all our subsequent hotels were already booked, and if we hadn't secured those tickets, our entire itinerary would have needed to be rearranged. We can't thank her enough! We're currently on the ferry to Hakodate, and I'd give her ten thousand thumbs up!👍

It's just a 10-minute walk from Omiya Station, entirely accessible via a pedestrian bridge. What a pleasant surprise to find there's even a direct connection to Sonic City Hall for concerts! During check-in, I was delighted to meet a Chinese-speaking staff member. The room was immaculately clean, and the view from the window was fantastic! The 12 PM check-out time was incredibly convenient for us late-risers. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and we'll definitely be back next year!

The room was quite spacious, but the double room only had a 1.6-meter bed, which was a bit cramped for two adults and one child. Breakfast was average, but the snacks were quite delicious. Watching the ice show at Saitama Super Arena opposite. After the show, you can see it by walking across the overpass. The front desk directly checked in with the passport and got the room card. The single room is quite spacious, well-equipped, and clean. The TV displays the buffet breakfast information, WIFI password and other check-in information. The buffet breakfast on the second day has Saitama's special colorful rice. I am greedy for rice, so I finished two bowls in the morning 😂 It was a good stay experience. I will stay again next time I come to see the show.

It's very convenient to walk to Omiya Station for 6 or 7 minutes. The basic double room is small and two boxes can't be spread out at the same time. The breakfast is very good, both Chinese and Western. There is free coffee in the lobby all day, and the front desk service is also very polite.

The location is great, especially for accessing Shinsadong. Considering Shinsadong is generally a bit off the beaten path, this location is actually quite good. The welcome drink, however, was disappointing and its availability seemed inconsistent. As for the complimentary amenities offered at the entrance, I felt some staff members gave me judgmental looks, making me feel watched – as if I was taking too many. This was strange because I only took one per day, or sometimes none at all, yet I still had this odd feeling of being monitored. On a more positive note, housekeeping was incredibly quiet, which was perfect for relaxing even if I slept in late. I enjoyed the train view from my room (though I understand not all rooms have this). Overall, most of the staff were friendly. The bathtub was small, but the water quality was excellent.

It's close to the station, so it's easy to find and I didn't get lost. I was there after an event at Saitama Super Arena, so it was great that it was close to the arena. However, the amenities included lotion and emulsion, so I bought them at a nearby convenience store. It was good that the convenience store was on the second floor, but it would have been better if they had lotion and other items. I'd like to use it again next time.

I used it for a live performance at Tamaari. There were many types of baths and saunas, and I didn't have much time not to use them, so I used them whenever I wanted! On Saturdays and Sundays, there were a lot of couples and they were flirting all over the place, so it was hard to see where to look, but maybe that's why it's so relaxing. I thought it would have been helpful if there was a refrigerator in the room, but there were plenty of original drinks and ice cream, so I might not have to worry about that too much.

Check-in was only late, so if you are looking for a cheap hotel near the station, if you check in after 20:00, you can stay until 11:00 in the morning for less than 1 10,000 yen. When I went there, I was surprised because it was a fashion hotel in the pleasure town rather than a business hotel, but it was good because I could only sleep and it was cheap and slow. I was going to Saitama Super Arena at a concert, so I used this hotel. I think it was good because I only stayed overnight, but I was a little worried about the response of the woman at the front desk. I will return at 21:00 after check-out, so when I said that I would like to leave my luggage, I was told that 「 I was just about to stop after that 」. I kept it, but I was worried about the way 「 」 was said, and I was sorry that I didn't want to serve it. The room was beautiful, but I was worried that there was some dust on the TV remote control. My nose was muzzling and I couldn't stop running. The bath was a unit bus and it was good because it was beautiful. The breakfast morning Mac free ticket was very helpful. If you were in the room without noticing that the room was locked, the male staff politely taught me, thank you. I won't leave my luggage this time! ! ! ! ! !

I stayed here for two nights during a performance at Saitama Super Arena. The bathroom and toilet were all in one, and there was a step when entering, which I thought was typical of an old hotel, but it had been renovated and was a beautiful hotel. It was close to the west exit of Omiya Station, with a convenience store right across the street, and I could go for a drink by myself at the nearby Hidakaya even late at night, and there was also SOGO right next door during the day, so it was very convenient. It was only one station to Tama Arena, and I forgot something on the second day of the performance, but I was able to get there and back quickly. I would definitely stay here again if I won tickets.

The young man at the front desk of the store has a good attitude and is very kind. Every question will be answered. The older ones may have been cheated by Chinese people before, so they are very wary. For example, when you leave the hotel, you must hand over the key to the front desk for safekeeping, and after checking out, you must leave the hotel and cannot wait in the lobby. Young people don't have any of these broken rules. It doesn't matter how long you take as long as it doesn't disturb others resting in the lobby. I probably won't stay in this hotel again.

Compared to Omiya Ward: It's like Tainan, with its convenient transportation; Taipei's cleaner and quieter East District; Nangang, more suitable for living; or Taoyuan, a pedestrian paradise. Avoiding tourist hotspots and minimizing friction with other tourists, while still offering amenities, convenient transportation, shopping options, and a quiet night, Omiya Ward in Saitama New City is a perfect solo travel destination. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of everything, and the friendly service is a huge plus, making it a very comfortable semi-residential suburb centered around the hotel. If you, like me, have a budget and don't want to go to crowded and noisy places like Tokyo or Akihabara, please consider this hotel in Omiya, Saitama.

GGuest UserIt's very convenient to walk to Omiya Station for 6 or 7 minutes.

The hotel's location is really close to Omiya Station, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. It's also super easy to get to Tokyo from here. There's a large 24-hour 7-Eleven right across the street, so you can pretty much find anything you need nearby. The rooftop onsen is quite spacious and available 24/7. The smoking room on the same floor is very clean and even has vending machines. The service was good. Overall, a solid choice.
