Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The amenities and the butler service were top-notch, truly exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pingyao Ancient City. 1. They provide high-quality toiletries from Le Labo, mouthwash from Appelles, and a Dyson hairdryer – truly premium personal care products. 2. Since it was the off-season, the hotel upgraded our room. And due to an unforeseen issue on the first night, they upgraded our room again, showing their excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Upon check-in, they immediately offered food recommendations and a travel guide. 3. Every afternoon, we received a delightful delivery of fresh fruit, selected snacks, and a heartwarming sweet soup. It was a lovely touch that made us feel very cared for. Plus, breakfast could be delivered to our room to enjoy at our leisure. Overall, this was an absolutely amazing stay!

Come to Pingyao to play, it is estimated that this is a newly opened hotel. The environment facilities have nothing to say. It is very clean and spacious. The hotel is convenient to go anywhere next to the ancient city. There are snack streets next to various restaurants to eat. The hotel service staff are also good. Everything is in place. Give me a good experience, and then Pingyao will live in his house! ! !

The quaint courtyard was truly worth the trip. The owner was incredibly thoughtful, contacting us a day in advance to provide parking information and even turning on the air conditioning in our room beforehand – more considerate than I expected. Because we got carried away sightseeing, it was already dark when we arrived in Pingyao. Luckily, the owner had sent someone to wait for us along the parking lot route, otherwise we might have missed our stop. The hotel's location is very convenient, easily accessible from West Street and South Street. The breakfast was also excellent and definitely worth trying. Oh, and the owner even upgraded us to a cave dwelling room and gave us a discount coupon – thank you! I felt that the businesses I encountered in Pingyao were all very friendly and had excellent service. Highly recommended!

A few days ago, I went out with my boyfriend and booked this inn with a relatively high cost performance. I mainly like the ancient style of decoration. It was my first time staying in a kang and I felt very comfortable. The kang was very big and the bathroom was very clean. Overall, it was very good. From the second floor, you can see the scenery of the city wall, which looks very nice!

I had an incredibly pleasant surprise staying at a guesthouse in Pingyao Ancient City! It's been converted from a hundred-year-old traditional house, and the bricks, tiles, and carved wooden windows all exude an ancient charm. The pomegranate tree at the entrance to the courtyard and the stone table with enamel bowls inside create such a wonderful ambiance. The guesthouse also has its own restaurant, serving up authentic Pingyao flavors. It was a comfortable stay with a genuine local vibe!

The hotel is beautiful, specially the patios. The location is just 10 minutas walking from the North Gate of the wall. In reception they do not speak English, but they were very helpful with the translator. However, if you really need to rest, this hotel is not made for you. At 7am there were already families and kids shouting and playing in the patio. Even with taps, it was too noisy to keep sleeping. The hotel is also offering folkloric dressing and photos shoots, so you might find people take pictures in front of your room anytime, also at night with flashes

Our stay at Xinghuacun Inn was excellent! Since we were traveling with elderly family members, they upgraded us to a suite, which saved us the hassle of going up and down stairs. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience. The inn's accommodations were clean and tidy, the room decor was elegant and cozy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and it was wonderfully quiet, making for an outstanding rest. The staff were warm, thoughtful, friendly, and polite. Their service was meticulous and attentive, responding promptly to any request. They were genuinely reliable and made us feel truly welcome. The restaurant's food was authentic and delicious, with fresh and substantial ingredients. The dishes were abundant, tasty, and full of flavor. From the accommodations and attentive service to the specialty meals, everything was well-arranged and served perfectly. It offers incredible value for money and is our top choice for travel accommodations. Highly recommended!

A wonderful inn nestled in a tranquil location amidst the bustle of the city. From the initial pick-up and parking arrangements to the final departure, there was not a single unpleasant experience; they were incredibly attentive, helpful, and meticulous. The inn is elegant, clean, and tidy. The staff are friendly, patient, and responsive. The aroma of freshly baked bread fills the air daily, and the Chinese and Western breakfasts are cooked to order. While the variety isn't extensive, every bite is satisfying, especially the bowl of beef noodles, which is incredibly good! The room's simple and elegant decor perfectly reflects the ancient city's style. No matter how exhausted you are from exploring, returning to the courtyard provides a truly relaxing and tranquil experience. Overall, it was a truly wonderful two-day stay. I'd especially like to thank Ms. Dong Yanxia (I think that's her name) for her patient, meticulous, and attentive service, which has left me and my family with wonderful memories of this holiday!
