This hotel is right in front of the beach plus they have a private pool. It is one of the most clean hotel I've ever seen.
I had breakfast and the selection was the usual continental one, there were eggs, ham, croissant, cakes...a mix of sweet and savory.
The girls at the reception are very kind and smiling. Definitely an enjoyable place to stay.

The check in clerk was not friendly at the check in. She was far more friendlier with local guests.
The feel we got , that we were more of a bother than playing guests.

Never come back - Verschimmelte Dusche - Stinkender Gulli - Auskunft der Putzkraft: Da kann man nichts machen - Bäder mit 2 m², enweder Duschen oder auf dem WC sitzen, beides zusammen nicht möglich - Sämtliche Bestandteile des Frühstücksbuffets waren ungenießbar - Die Umgebung war vor 40 Jahren in Ordnung, jetzt ist alles auf niedrigem Niveau - Der Pool ist eiskalt und wird gerne mal für eine Hochzeitsgesellschaft geräumt - Winzige Zimmer - Auf die langsamen Aufzüge muss man bis zu 15 Minuten warten (7.OG) - Die Putzkraft kommt trotz Schild und Aufforderung mehrmals in die Zimmer - ein absolutes NoGo!! + Die Servicekräfte sind größtenteils sehr bemüht + Die anderen Hotels außenrum scheinen, zumindest von außen, in noch einem schlechteren Zustand zu sein

Great hotel and location near Chioggia the original Venice. Hotel staff were great had a small issue which they resolved swiftly special thanks to llena( excuse the spelling) excellent customer service and professional. Hotel is 1 hour bus ride to Venice for only 27 euro return they run every half hour until midnight. The bus stop is 10 min walk . The beaches are clean and well organised and breakfast is adequate as we eat out every night

The reception is very nice. The rooms are clean. The beach is close to the hotel and you get a discount for the umbrella on the beach. They also offer beach towels. There are bikes and electric steps available which are very handy to get to further destinations.

Very Good Hotel. Very friendly reception. Clean Rooms and nice reception Big pool, parking available, possible to rent electric steps or bikes. Good breakfast with all the things you need. We enjoyed our stay very well
