"The hotel is very nice. The location is a bit secluded, but still easily accessible. Being on a side street, it's definitely super quiet. The staff is friendly. Breakfast was great, a wide selection of everything. They also cater to allergies. The coffee, unfortunately, was from a machine and not very good. Our room (Deluxe) was large and good, but unfortunately located in the corner of the building. The view from the bed was directly into the neighboring room. Also, free water in the room would have been a nice touch. The gym was unfortunately very disappointing. For a hotel of this category and size, one would expect better quality and a wider selection of equipment. The pool area is very beautiful with its landscaping, a small paradise. In our opinion, they should clean up more often; empty glasses are standing and lying around everywhere. Despite everything, it's a very nice hotel. WE WOULD BOOK IT AGAIN."

"The hotel’s location is great, and the room is quite comfortable. However, upon checking in, I was assigned a room with a malfunctioning air conditioning unit. I promptly requested maintenance, but they didn’t send a technician. After multiple calls to the receptionist, they finally agreed to change my room, but their attitude was quite unpleasant. On the positive side, the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options."

"Need to up early and out to have your room cleaned as it finished at 12, was there 3 nights and room never got cleaned. Had a cockroach crawl sprint across the floor one evening. Also breakfast finished 10:30 or so and the place closed by 10:45. Is a pity as the staff were generally nice but should be better to clean rooms. That aside location is good, rooms.modern and decent pool."

"The hotel is decorated with decorative lights outside covering the entire building (in all balconies ) that are changing color that are very annoying. They're on the phone until 00:00 and then turn off. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. A senseless, no logic."

The only negative aspect was the elevators. It was almost impossible to get from the second floor to the breakfast area with a stroller because there were only two elevators, and since the hotel had around 10–15 floors, they were always full when going down. Therefore, we had to carry the stroller down the stairs to reach the breakfast area. Apart from that, all the facilities were great. We would like to thank all the staff for their excellent service. Lo único negativo fueron los ascensores. Era prácticamente imposible bajar desde la segunda planta hasta la zona de desayuno con el cochecito del bebé, ya que solo había dos ascensores y el hotel tenía unas 10–15 plantas, por lo que siempre bajaban llenos. Por ese motivo, tuvimos que bajar el cochecito por las escaleras para poder llegar a la zona de desayuno. Por lo demás, todas las instalaciones estaban muy bien. Muchas gracias a todo el personal por su excelente atención y servicio. Tek olumsuz nokta asansörlerdi. İkinci kattan bebek arabasıyla kahvaltı alanına inmek neredeyse imkânsızdı. Otelde yalnızca iki asansör vardı ve otel yaklaşık 10–15 katlı olduğu için asansörler aşağı inerken sürekli dolu oluyordu. Bu nedenle kahvaltı alanına ancak puseti merdivenlerden taşıyarak ulaşabildik. Bunun dışında tüm olanaklar güzeldi. Çalışan personelin sunduğu güzel hizmet için çok teşekkür ederiz.

A great value hotel in an area that is close enough to everything Benidorm has to offer but is far enough out of the Hussle and bussel to ensure you get a good night's sleep. The swimming pool isn't very big for the number of guest rooms but it is only a ten minute walk to the beach. The breakfast was excellent value at €8.

Stayed end of August with my mum and my sister for a few nights. First impressions the hotel is impressive, one of the nicest looking in the area. Location is good, close enough to the beach and ***** without being on top of it. The grounds and the pools are very nice - however pools are not heated! So even in Aug it was hard to get in! The buffet restaurant is what you’d expect. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh bacon! Evening meals were a bit repetitive and food was lukewarm. Buffet staff were a mixed bunch. Some happy and friendly… others really don’t want to be there. Bar staff at pool bar were always friendly. Be warned if you’re not on all inclusive the drinks at the bar are expensive. Around €24 for two vodka and cokes. If you manage to get a cheap deal… give it a go!

This is a great hotel on the seafront, we have stayed twice now, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and well stocked with toiletries. The rooms gets cleaned every day. There is a fridge in the room but you have to ask reception for a kettle - €10 returnable deposit (which is fab as other hotels charge you the full €10 for the privilege of using it). We love their luggage storage once checked out, so easy to use. Only one downside to this stay was the breakfast options - previous stay we enjoyed the breakfasts, this time we noticed their selection was limited and my partner had so little to eat so it was not worth the extra money for us this time. This was sad as we were looking forward to the breakfasts. Breakfast aside, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Booked the hotel for a flying visit to surprise my Mam for her birthday. Didn't need luxury, just decent room, a shower and a bed. On arrival, we noticed the 'slight' hill to get to the property from the main road and thought ”worse case scenario -TAXI” Reception staff were fantastic each time we chatted to them. Checking in - we were told the room wasn't ready even though it was 2 hours prior to check in time and was told they would give us a call to let us know when it's ready. We returned a few hours later after food and drinks and was given our key. A deposit was requested of £150 but would be refunded on check out if everything was in order. We even got given an iron to use if needed. Room was nice and big, could sleep 6 people (4 single beds and a double sofa bed) Air con was lovely and cool, Fridge freezer and microwave all worked. Only downside was there was no hangers but when we checked out, the reception staff apologised and noted this in order for the next occupants. Check out was fast and pleasant with check out time 12pm which was a bonus. We were very happy with the hotel, staff and value for money. I would recommend and return again.

Hotel well, but the very unfriendly and unresolute staff, I had a mistake when booking and they didn't help me at all, they gave me the number to contact people who could solve it and they didn't even take my phone, They gave me another number and was of a particular person, very unresolute and uncomprehensive because as a hotel where I booked you should have a means of contact where to solve these problems and not wash your hands so easily.
