"An older hotel, but the breakfast was superb and definitely met high standards for Vienna. The room was clean and had a classic feel, but some of the facilities weren't very modern due to the hotel's age. If you want a kettle, you'll need to pay a 20 Euro deposit at the front desk."

"Smartments just within the walking distance from Wein Hbf, via the entrance near to Plaftorm 9,10,11 there, just next to SPAR Pronto mart. Inside the main train station you can find all you need so is very convenience. The hotel was highly with self serve register and check-in upon the arrival. However, there’s a receptionist at the front counter was very helpful, assigned the room for me adequately, truly appreciated. The room was equipped all your need just like the second home. WiFi and TV works well, except no aircon in the room, only with one small tower fan so may need to open the window during summer time. Overall is good stay. Thank you."

"Everything was good, location, lobby, reception, cleanliness. Just housekeeping tried to enter my rooms once at 8.00am and 2-3 times(8am, 10am and 11.15pm in the morning next day. They just knocked then tab the card without waiting. Feel really unsafe. Not sure why did they do that. It was still early. Told receptionist and he was sorry and said that it should not happen. That’s it."

"This is an excellent hotel! The staff are all wonderful, especially the restaurant servers who were incredibly professional. When I needed a spoon, they even wrapped it in a napkin before handing it to me. The hotel's environment and facilities are also very clean and tidy. There are many supermarkets nearby; Hofer is the most convenient, about a 3-minute walk, and Billa is also an option though it's a bit further. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained. While it's a bit of a distance from the metro and bus, it's still manageable. Overall, it's a great value for money hotel with beautiful views."

"Warm and comfortable, good location, a bit far from the airport, the subway is not particularly close, it is not convenient to pull luggage, the small biscuits sent in the room are allergic, so I went to the hospital. The biscuit ingredients are not marked, it is recommended that the hotel improve"

"The bed is very small, it should be 80cm wide. I’m so skinny and I can’t even sleep on it🉐It’s uncomfortable when I turn over and it’s easy to roll off. The service is average. Even the front desk asked a man to show me the way to the elevator. He didn’t bother to move his feet. The door said he would help me with my luggage because🈶 I had to walk up the stairs to the front desk, but no one helped me no matter whether I was checking in or checking out... The hotel is old and has poor soundproofing. I could hear people walking outside the door and upstairs. Breakfast is quite rich and satisfying. The rest is just a good location. It’s not far from the Parliament Building. There are also supermarkets and bakeries next to it."

"Great location, perfect for a solo traveler. Had a really good experience. The room is indeed quite small, but it's perfectly adequate. The bedding is super comfortable and soft. **Environment:** It's very close to the subway station, with direct access to the airport. There are also a few nice cafes nearby. **Facilities:** Standard toiletries are not provided, so remember to bring your own! They charge a €100 deposit, which was refunded to my UK card in about a day."

"This is a rather unusual hotel. The upper floors seem to be a youth hostel. The pros are its excellent location, very close to the subway, and well-equipped facilities like a restaurant, luggage storage, and a coffee area with vending machines. The staff were all very good. However, there's one downside: my double room was on the first floor, not far from the lobby bar. It wasn't noisy when I went to bed, but at 3 or 5 AM, I was woken up by a group of people in the lobby bar. Then I heard someone shushing them, seemingly telling them to be quiet, but I was already awake. The room was very large and tall, definitely cool in the summer. The bathroom was especially spacious. When I arrived, a bunch of young people were smoking around the check-in entrance – smoking at the entrance/exit is really not acceptable."
