This hotel is a hidden gem and I loved it that much I extended my stay from 10 to 15 days The layout of the hotel is amazing, wonderful food and very friendly staff nothing was to much trouble, a lot of thought has gone into the design of the fixtures and fittings Close to everything restaurants etc and 5 mins from the airport No idea why this place isn’t number 1 I will be returning

Stayed here for 3 nights. For the price the room was very good. Spotlessly clean. Large bed with firm mattress. Large bathroom, with powerful hot shower. I had a room very close to the lift, but i never heard it once and I stayed during a busy weekend. In fact the hotel was very quiet. There is a restaurant and a number of brrakfast options are available. Free tea and coffee in lobby. The owner/manager was always there to greet me in the morning and engage in friendly conversation. Nothing better than starting the day in a happy frame of mind. He was also very helpful in arranging a car and driver to explore nearby national park The hotel is within easy walking distance of the City Pillar. It does not have a gym, but the main park is a 10 minute walk away and who beeds a running machine when you can jog alongwith locals around the perimeter and their are public exercise equipment. The only negative is the room did not contain a safe. But it felt completely secure and I had no qualms about leaving valuables in room. Tip - if you get a chance try and visit Samphon Bok. During the dry season it is awesome.

It takes about 10 minutes by motorbike from Ubon Ratchathani station to arrive at the hotel. It faces a large street and the signboard is so big that you will never miss it. They kept my luggage for early check-in, chartered a driver, and did various things. The hotel itself was a little strange with lots of replicas of masterpieces. The room is simple but clean. Amenity is soap only. There is a shop in front of the front desk where you can buy snacks, cola, and cup noodles. There was a 7-Eleven at about 300 meters, and a cafe at about 150 meters where you can eat breakfast such as toast. The next door seemed to be a dining room, but it is unknown what kind of shop it is. To be honest, there are not many shops around. Food stalls may appear at night, so you may want to explore a little for dinner.

Times are tough in hospitality because of Covid19 and that is in Ubon too. So room rates have been slashed to get bums on (comfortable) beds, hoping they will eat and drink at the great Mexican-Thai-American restaurant It worked for me. Very comfortable room with fan 3/4 fridge and air-con. Hot water and lights all worked. Strong wi-fi. No coat hangers in the wardrobe was the only blemish. Great staff especially Aimmy. Highly recommended. They don't do breakfast anymore, Just go for a little walk. Hey this is Thailand.

I stayed 2 days in this hotel, i would think that i would not return. Parking is no problem and I was happy that they allow my rented motorcycle to be parked near the entrance where there is shelter. Once i got the in room- Room was big - good, Room had a sofa-good, I slapped on the sofa and there was a cloud of dust-no good. Bed was comfortable - Good, pillow case has stains - no good. Towels provided - good, towel was yellowish - no good. Room was also no that clean, clumps of dirt here and there. Seems like most things are done half heartedly at this hotel. There were water ants, lots of them which somehow gotten into the bathroom in the evening, i inform the front desk but the only option i was given was a change of room, which was rather troublesome as I was already settle down and checking out the next day. In the end, i have to wash them away with the bidet. Would have been nice if they had border even if just to take a look and see how bad it was. Location was good.

This is a truly wonderful place to stay. What makes it so fabulous are the staff! Every single staff member made us feel so special as their guest. The Thai people in general are very warm and friendly, but the staff here are exceptional. We stayed for 5 nights. We were remembered every morning at breakfast, and were treated to some special Thai accompaniments that they wanted us to try and gave us as extras. The reception staff went out of their way to help us with whatever we needed, from ordering us taxis, recommending places to eat, helping us set up Apps on our phone to be able to order our own transport or food deliveries, and giving us safety tips for when we were out and about. We felt so comfortable during our stay because of the staff. In addition, the rooms were very comfortable, impeccably clean, air conditioned, and serviced daily. It is a lovely tranquil place to come back to each afternoon/evening, set amongst a small garden. While the website says there is an American restaurant, please note it is only open for breakfast. There are delicious eating options nearby, ranging from street food to restaurants. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay again if back in the area.

We used to book for the younger brother, but it is not famous at the destination hotel. Like the trip itself, it would have been a mistake. But it's okay, I can forgive, but I want to communicate well. I don't want to make trouble later

We had booked the 21 with Booking, but we had to cancel it because the wife was sick. We knew the cancellation was not refundable. We have nevertheless tried our chance not to pay the night by writing to the hotel to explain why we could not present ourselves and we have also written to Booking. We were free from any charge and are grateful for this hotel. The receptionist was very welcome, and the young man who brought us to our room was bad. He didn't want to know anything about us and clearly demonstrated it. We had a deal to have a room on the second floor and we were on the first in a room that was not suitable for us at all. The room was beautiful at first sight, but there was a hairdryer and fungi at the bathroom level in the shower and laundry and the bathroom. We had a great balcony. The tranquility was at the meeting and we had very good sleep. Breakfast was service from 7:00 to 10:00 and was passable. We have already seen better. It often lacked food in the dishes. We had to do foot and hands to get two towels in the pool yesterday night, which was very clean and well maintained. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. We have some photos to share.
